    Hi Steve,.

Thanks for the reply again, I just did a Tassel factory by pressing F8 at startup upward and then through the options and make Factory Image Restore (after saving the contents of the hard drive to external hard drive) which took about 5-8 minutes after the return and then re-installed all my programs etc. , and everything works fine!

So I say this to all who have the same problem and no other method does work, simple - easy - fast!

  • Audio Codec error box when I try to watch a clip in Edit Box

Just started trying to use 7 E Pr. Vista

I get the media since an external hard drive, drag it to the area of the timeline. When I try to 'play', I get a

"Adobe by default Windows Sound Device" box that says:

Feature: IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

    Error code: FFA-8-000 D (80040154)

    Info:

Maybe the card does not support full duplex mode.

The funny this is the clip that I'm playing is not any audio in there.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well, depending on how the video has been encoded, it just might, if she can well be quiet. G - Spot will tell you for sure, and it's free.

Now, the first thing I would do would be to download and install the latest Realtek or similar, pilot.

  • I get the error box whenever I try to open my email box.

I; m receives a message box that prevents me to open the email and as soon as I click on the error report send in the box that the Outlook express stops.

I can't restore the computer to an earlier date when this problem started.

    Folders.dbx is probably damaged.

In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

The path to the message will be very similar to this:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Your User of utilisateur\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\ {long string of letters & numbers} \Microsoft\Outlook Express

With OE closed, find the Folders.dbx file and delete it.  Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

    Note these possible side effects:

When you re - start OE, it will build a new index of all *.dbx files it can read and create a new Folders.dbx. However, understand that you will lose the mail directory structure and message rules will probably have to be edited.
  • Error message when you try to open the project in Captivate 9

    Hello

I have a huge problem with one of my projects. It was working fine and that it was completing something happened. One of my coworkers opened to check the faults of grammar of last minute, and when she tried to save him and it took him a long time she decided to close it. which resulted in the error "not responding" and the screen is empty. After this incident, non of us can open the project. When I try to load it goes to 10%, and gives me this message.captivate error message.PNG

Needless to say that this is the only copy and I really don't want to repeat the same project from scratch. Could you guys please help? Any suggestion is appreciated!

Can you check if it's "locked" files on a system?

You do not check the backup option in the preferences? It's always the first thing to do when you install or patch Captivate.

The cache folder may be a secondary cache if you can identify it, you compress the folder corresponding to the date that you have finally opened the project.  Do not clear the cache at the moment.

  • When I try to open pdf files, they are converted into speedy.ashx files and I can't open them. What gives?

The problem is associated with attachments to incoming e-mail. The first time that this has happened, I looked for a solution and has finished installing something called fast. The problem has not resolved itself and I uninstalled the software. Now when I try to read a pdf attachment, the file seems to be converted somehow in a speedy.ashx file and I can't read it.

Try to rename the file and give it a .pdf file extension.

  • C:Windows/system32/rundll32.exe - Application not found - OK__I get this error message when you try to open a program

Error messages occur now - seem to appear now, after I did a Defrag.  If I try to open AOL, it brings me to a display list who wants to choose from a list of programs.  For AOL, I click on AOL.  I didn't used to have to select from a list of display.  Then I tried to open an Astrology program and it took me to the same list, which of course is not.  Now, I get the same error as follows: C:Windows/system32/rundll32.exe - Application not found - OK

    Here's a Plan:

Goto, start system restore restore Menu\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System

Now select the oldest Restore Point and restore your computer, but first make sure that you have an external drive.

After that C:\Windows\System32\Rundll32.exe copy the external drive and the disc is ejected

Open the system restore and undo restore

After the undo operation is copy the Rundll32.exe in the road to C:\Windows\System32

    and the problem solved

Note: the rundll32.exe should be missed recently and you should have an old Restore Point which contains a file Rundll32.exe Intact
