  Hello. I'm having a problem with Firefox 8. I've updated just now.   Edit: Starting from 27/11/11, I tried also back to previous versions of this browser to see if that fixed this issue, all to nothing does not. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this browser several times, always with no end to the problem in sight. I decided to leave Firefox uninstalled for now, out of pure frustration with this issue. I really love Firefox, but it is of no use to me if I can't access the content I am trying to see. I hope this problem is solved in the future, because to switch browsers threw me for a bit of a loop. Thanks again for your time and consideration in this matter.

  Use Restore or expand in the context menu of the icon in the taskbar to set the focus to the Firefox application if you do not see it.
  
  Open the system menu via Alt + space and see if you can resize the window.

  If you have successfully transferred your files and they are stored in a location on the hard disk, that is, in a folder or drive on your computer, they will remain on your computer, regardless of any number of reboots.

  Assuming you're in Acrobat X Pro, or Acrobat Pro XI:

  1. Open the cover sheet (menu view > portfolio > cover sheet)
  2. Open the JavaScript console (CMD - J or in the Tools pane > JavaScript > JavaScript debugger)
  3. Delete it with the little icon to the trash
  4. Enter the following command, select it and press ENTER:

  this.collection.initialView = "Details".

  Close the console and save your file - to return to the mode default 'layout', do the same thing again but with initialView = "Custom"
