  The file is currently in use. Close the file and then try again.

  You are not allowed to access the location where the file is stored.

  Follow these steps to grant all permissions in the folder where the files are stored:

  a. right click on the folder on the external drive and click Properties.
  (b) in the Properties window, click on Security tab.
  c. now, click Edit and then click Add.
  d. now, type everyone in the box and click OK.
  e. then check the full control box.
  f. click apply and then click OK.

  a. Click Start.
  b. go to the control panel.
  c. Select "SOUND".
  d. double-click speakers.
  e. click on the Advanced tab and then uncheck the enable audio enhancements.

  What application are you using to burn the CD?

  If you use Windows Media Player to burn the DVD, the player creates a playlist that lists the files being burned and then includes the playlist to disk. If the drive supports selections, items will play in the order in which they appear in your burn list. By default, the playlist is saved with .wpl (selection of Windows Media Player). If you want to play your data discs on a device that does not support this extension, you can use the .m3u extension instead.

  Hi Natalie - WPL is a playlist file and cannot be converted to mp3 because it contains only pointers to the actual music files. You need locate the actual music files and transfer them from there. (They may not be no need for conversion - it depends if they are in a format supported by the SanDisk card - it seems to support usual ones).

  The lack of tabs in display properties usually indicates a malware infection. First run the scans and do not skip the preparatory work. If the machine stands (not frozen) in Safe Mode (where you'll be scanning), it is also a good indication of infection.
