FileOpen of initialization Failure (2)

I have receently updated Acrobat 8 standard, and Adobe Reader 9 up to their latest versions.  Everytime I open a PDF file with either a product I get the following message

FileOpen of initialization Failure (2) you will not be able to open protected documents.  I'm an admin on my system.  Someone has an idea of what's going on?  I searched the forums and have not found anything related to this questions.  Everything worked fine before patching.  Operating system is windows XP SP3 - not microsoft silverlight installed (I found that silverlight might casue much strangeness with Acrobat)

    Hey Vandana,

    Leave was correct, he had some problems with the packages that I downloaded earlier. I downloaded again and this way it is resolved. See below.

    The only difference is in the size of RPM. First of all, I downloaded below:

    Suggestions?

    Hi ned.wilde and EDA.

    I sent your log files to the other team for study. The comments are as follows. I guess your network administrators have done half of the work. They have disabled the update via an Adobe server but does not configure the local update server in your corporate network.

    ==============================================

    In these two papers, ACC.log clearly states:

    | VAC | ProductsAppsBL | ReadUpdatesPref |  | ProductsAppsBL | 6168 | Updates are deleted! Remove the tab updated

    PDApp.log is the same:

    | USS | UWANative | UWANative |  |  | 8384. Update is removed

    What are the business users and should contact the COMPUTER administrator to get the updates which is used to push the packages on the system to get updates.

    The presence of the files as shown in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/disable-auto-updates-application-manager.html will confirm the same.

    You may confuse the package with oracleasm oracleasmlib. The oracleasm package contains only the kernel driver, which is included in the unbreakable Oracle Enterprise core and does not need to be installed. If I remember correctly, OEL 5.6 installed the kernel default UEK.

    The oracleasm-support and oracelasmlib packages, however, are still necessary. If you have not paid to the LSN network access you can install the rpm oracleasm-taking in charge of the public yum repository for Oracle (http://public-yum.oracle.com/). Use of yum is easy and will also solve package dependency issues.

    To install oracleasmlib, you can try:
    RPM - ivh "http://download.oracle.com/otn_software/asmlib/oracleasmlib-2.0.4-1.el5.x86_64.rpm."

    I installed Halo 2 on my Windows 7 64-bit computer.  When I try to run it, I get this error message:

    "LIVE Gaming on Windows initialization failure. Maybe it's because an another LIVE Gaming on Windows application (for example the dedicated server Halo 2) is running on the same computer.  Otherwise reinstall the game may fix this problem. »

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but got the same message.  I am then went on the LIVE Gaming on Windows, downloaded the software and connected to it, then tried to run the game again - same error message.  I went to the support site for Microsoft Halo 2 and downloaded the last updated and tried to run the game - same error message.

    I don't want to play this game as a multiplayer online, I just want to play the campaign solo mode.

    I have installed and played several other games on this computer, since I upgraded to Windows 7, including Halo Combat Evolved.  How can I run Halo 2?

    Update did not work for me, but my husband found this solution:
    http://forums.haloonwindowsvista.com/forums/thread/7677.aspx

    GER bear:
    The only way I found to play the game after installation of Windows 7 was to disconnect the internet cable before you choose the game to play after game starts to reconnect the cable... weird but it works...

    It worked for me!  I pulled the power cord from the modem before starting the game.  He starts without a problem.  After it starts, I plugged the modem in.  I don't know if the Gaming Live runs from there, but at least I can play in campaign mode (which is what I wanted to do anyway).

    MiPa, NetBeans 7.1 is a suggested version.
    Igor probably refers to the 7.0.1 because he used different signature model.

    To extend you build.xml, you must use task ant jfx extensions.

    URI = "JavaFX:com. Sun.JavaFX.Tools.ant ".
    classpath = "${JFX." SDK.anttask.jar}"/ >
    Where jfx.sdk.anttask.jar should refer to the Ant - javafx.jar (default on Windows is C:\Program Files\Oracle\JavaFX 2.0 SDK\tools\ant-javafx.jar)
    Take a look at your nbproject/jfx - impl.xml generated by NetBeans. BTW, it of always subject to change, will be final after the 7.1 version in a few weeks.

  • Process scheduler doesn't start not

    Hello
    I am running 9.1 PeopleSoft HR, db Oracle 11.1.0.6, PT 8.50. The database, the application server and the web server are all on the same machine - Enterprise Linux 5.

    Basically, I have problems to start the server after an ip address change.
    I changed the system wide configuration ip - / etc/hosts, network ifcfg-eth0 script and so forth
    psappsrv.cfg has changed with the new corresponding, in charge of the tuxconfig edited ip address
    (also changed the configuration.properties for PIA)
    As far as the network is concerned, everything works fine - LAN and outdoor access.

    The database server and the Application starts ok. I can connect using sqlplus he-based and the Application Server starts without errors of psadmin.
    When I try to start the Scheduler process I get the following:
    Starting Process Scheduler Server PSUNX for Database HDEMO91 ...

    Booting all admin and server processes in /root/psft/pt/8.50/appserv/prcs/HDEMO91/PSTUXCFG

    Due to this error, the Process Scheduler Server will not be started..
    Please correct this error prior to attempting to start the server PSUNX.
    =====================================================================
    Now, looking at the stdout, it seems that the solution may be a simple configuration change, but how do I access a report node page?

    I tried to start PIA just to see what would happen. I get the following message on the page of signon PS:
    CHECK APPSERVER LOGS. THE SITE BOOTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, BECAUSE OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: Invalid Session
    I'm a newbie at this and appreciate any input.
    Kind regards.

    Honza,

    Server Web fails to communicate with appserver. I guess that the port number you have given to the webserver configuration files (configuration.properties) is correct? Check psappsrv.cfg and match the port numbers.
    1. try changing IP address host name of the Web configuration.properties file server. Server Web Bounce (Restart) and appserver. If this does not
    2 recreating the field appserver and Web server with a different port number other than 9000. Make sure that the port numbers are not blocked

  • Installing Oracle retail point of service

    Hi guys;
    I will implement in the laboratory service oracle retail point them, my server runs on the use of the virtual machine sun Oracle enterprise linux 5.2, sun jdk 1.5, derby apache 1.2.2, and oracle database 10g release 2. my client runs on windows xp, sun jdk 1.5, derby apache 1.2.2. I created the database schema owner and a user data source; in my installation, I chose N-guard-store server for the server and the Client, N-guard. for the client, the installation went fine without error. server-side I lance./dbbuild.sh seed_data, the objects have been created in the database, I am connected via isqlplus with details of schema owner to check. My goal is to launch the application client side, whenever I run Clientconduit.bat I had the first screen with the following message: initialization failure.it gives me time on time and he also said online. I never do that before, I would be really grateful if anyone can help me get this right. just the application connection to the database, not to mention any device connected to the customer now. can someone give me the title of a book and an ISBN for Oracle Retail service point? (for now I use the oracle documentation)

    (a) reboot the server and the Client
    (b) at the end of the Client console, you can find the following lines added

    native lib \Client\360common\common\build\windows\x86na path
    tive \Client\360common\common\build\windows\x86 lib path.

    Now you can access browser, because I tried the same scenario without jdic.jar, windows record is same error produced here.

  • Satellite A660 - will not start initialize drive HARD failure

    Hello
    first of all thank you for your time.

    Model: Satellite A660 (PSAW3A-07U00R)

    The problem started yesterday, the computer has been going slowly as a closed application, so I held the off button until the pc is turned off. When I restarded the laptop, it went to a screen saying: start windows normally or repair Windows (recommended)

    When started normally it hangs just a blank screen, repair Windows recommends a system restore to a previous point that did not work. As it crashes again. I tried pressing F8 and boot in safe mode, but even once it just hangs. Then, after having repeatedly tried safe mode and another system restore the computer then hangs when I press F8. After that, the computer passes in front of the Toshiba logo with F2 and F12 options screen (which still works) and then it rises the initialization has failed then shuts off and comes with start-up bootfailed failed with a few numbers and letters, then it goes to a small box entitled menu starting with 4 options. These are some
    Toshiba MK6465GSX HDD/SSD
    CD/DVD MAST * UJ141ES ABD - CMB
    FLOPPY DRIVE
    LAN

    If I press ESC, it passes through the loop of bootfailed and ends at the same screen, if I press on enter "HDD/SSD Toshiba MK6465GSX" then he quickly returned to the screen and at the bottom it says [HDD/SSD Toshiba MK6465GSX] failed.

    I do not understand why it has gotten worse over time. Can anyone think why it occurred and more importantly, how can I get my pc working again? Note: held 0 then start does nothing for me atm

    Best regards, Matthew

    Hello Matthew,.

    To be honest, I agree with Akuma and it could be related to a dysfunction of HDD the error you described, but ensure 100% there s no software problem, you should try the Toshiba Recovery disk Windows installation. Something may be confused until the Windows installation and recovery of files on the HARD drive, so it cannot be started. Recovery disc will resolve this problem by formatting the HARD drive and restoring the settings box.

    If it still doesn t it work s hardware malfunction but an authorized service provider can solve these problems under warranty for free. So just contact the guy and ask for help. ;)
