  Once you have registered the product, you should not see the banner of 'Trial' on NEW projects. This isn't the case, right? You only see on the project that you created before you register the product, right?

  That said, to remove the banner, go to the folder of directory on your hard drive where your project PREL files are stored and delete the folder called Adobe Premiere elements preview files.

  On what computer operating system is your first items 13 running? And you have updated 13 to 13.1 still using Help Menu/implementation of an open project? If this isn't the case, please consider this.

  Now to your question immediately.

  I would consider placing your files for organizing items (person, place or event) in albums that you create in the organizer of items for each. Then,

  (a) the content of the album of the opening of the first elements add multimedia/Organizer.

  or

  (b) by selecting your album in the elements Organizer, select the photos in the album you want, then right click anywhere in a selection and Edit with Premiere elements editor selection?

  After having made several highlight videos for recruitment purposes, Adobe elements editor 12 suddenly became too slow to work.  Using a MacBook, I get the wheel of death, no matter what I asked it to do, and try to do something with video materials other than to play at normal speed causes the video to freeze in place.  Does anyone have an idea what could change so quickly?

  I'm strictly a Windows of the elements user. That being said, your problem description... files. mov (id) caught my attention.

  What is the file name complete for one of these problem files. I found a name online... (id) .mov - HD.mp4. Do you have anything in your afterlife (id) .mov file name?

  What happens if you rename the file

  a. If you see now .mov (id), then just remove the (id)

  b. If you have now (id), mov - HD.mp4, then simply delete the .mov (id) - HD, leaving just a .mp4 file.

  I took 'a' and 'b' in elements of first 12/12.1 on Windows 7 64 bit and it has not made a difference... any both in the program without problem.

  I don't know why Mac could be rename some of your files, but would it be the name change process which slows down things. Is there file storage / recording of locations that need to be explored? Is the name of the file to the left of the .mov (id) change also when appears the .mov (id)?

  Just some thoughts.

  Photoshop elements editor does not support video, except in one case.

  There used to be an element in the editor of Photoshop elements 11 and earlier versions, video frame/Menu/import file.

  where you could take a video in the feature and generating static images (one at a time).

  I don't see this feature in Photoshop Elements after version Photoshop elements 11.

  Hello

  I try first Elements 9 (via the trial). I choose the project type correct for my files (for my Canon T2i DSLR formats) but when I add the clips to my project and play them, there is no video - only sound. Even if I double-click an item to open it in its own window, not always no video - just the watermark that says creation of first Elements 9.

  Since then, I have tinkered with a few options and preferences, but still no video.

  The correct read files in the multimedia organizer of the elements and the 'snapshot' of the video image appears in Elements - not just video playback. My files will work perfectly in other video editors - even Windows Media Player.

  My computer:

  Dell Inspiron 15r Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM

  Windows 7 64 - bit (installed as x 86 items)

  Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics chip

  Where are you looking for in organizing elements 13/13.1 that you do not see Edit Menu/preferences /-media analysis that you do not see the options of AutoAnalzyer.

  Please point out where you find a command to run AutoAnalzyer in the background in 13/13.1. If I right click a file, I see AutoAnalzyer perform what seems to be a time run command automatic Analyzer of a file.

• Adobe Edge (with video) + Sizmek does not load on the first attempt in Firefox

  We tried to get a series of Adobe Edge HTML5 with video to work with Sizmek and Firefox and have had no luck.  We did a series of works autour and nothing seems to work.

  But if we do a sequence of basic Adobe Edge it works fine, but as soon as that video is attached it crashes and does not do anything (on initial load).

  We found this banner of Adobe Edge with video works with all browsers except Firefox unique.

  So far, we tried the following solution.

  What has not worked

  • Move the code of compositionReady edge of Sizmek at the head of the document.
  • Mix video load order in the file edge.js
  • Reduces the size of the video thinking it could be a weight of file problem.

  What worked

  • Deleted the video in the Edge file and have basic animation and it works very well.
  • Removed the Sizmek EB codes and it is loaded with videos, but is of no use to us because it does not respect the framework of ad Sizmek platform.
  • Re-build the banner using only the model Sizmek with greensock and works perfectly.

  Have contacted us the support of Sizmek and crossed a few developers and they said that the issue is in the ship's library and the compositionReady event is not dispatched to the first loading of Firefox.

  They have also done a few tests and think it might be a big problem with Adobe Edge and asked that contact us Adobe to find a solution.

  Can someone please point us in the right direction or other solutions of workaround to get the edge work "reliable . ” with Sizmek and Firefox?

  We know that we can build with just all the code, but our digital designers are not coders and need a solution to animation of timeline as opposed to a text editor. (With "Edge animate the logical progression of Adobe Flash for them")

  Part of the requirements is the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere elements 11. You have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer as well as the first items 11?

  There may be other factors, but more than likely situation caused you by the latest version of QuickTime is not installed.

  Please check this. If this isn't the case, then we need to dig into the properties of your video file with the .mov file extension.

  If you burn to a DVD disc in first items 10 and later versions, some choices are

  a. DVD-VIDEO standard screen or 4:3 16:9 on DVD disc

  Both will have the frame size of 720 x 480 pixels. But the big screen comes with a 16:9 flag that extends approximately 856/480 16:9 display video after encoding. The screening is not adjustable by the user... and you end up with the DVD-VIDEO format @ 29.97 images per second interlaced.

  b. format of the AVCHD on DVD

  Here is the video display 1920 x 1080. And, depending on the version, can be 29.97 images interlaced per second, or 23.976 progressive frames per second (if not just 29.97 images per second interlaced). Although you can generate some AVCHD DVD with a regular DVD burner, DVD AVCHD is in need of a blu - ray player that supports supported AVCHD DVD or one of these drives multimedia multi which is also.

  c. If the player allows... you can export your Timeline file saved on a USB Flash drive and then insert this USB Flash drive in the drive to get the reading of the file. On this route, you can set the Premiere Elements avancΘs to customize your choice of export preset.

  Just recently, when I try to open my first Adobe Elements 9 and an error message keeps popping up that says "we have detected an incompatible driver display, please update.» HD 4400 3.0.0 - Build 10.18.10.3977 graphics card. "I went and updated the driver, but whenever I try to open the first pop-up continues to appear and when the Prime Minister opens the video tracks on my calendar does not display on the back screen of game then it makes editing impossible.

  Directly - no.

  PrE is a nondestructive video editor, so it is based only on the original files for data export/action, with instructions and links to these files, to collect their data. It never alters an original file, somehow.

  However, you can import and edit these files, then share export / in a new AV file and delete those that are 'raw' and not edited.

  The choice of the share of exports / will depend on the Source files, and also how you intend to offer, or to use the files that result.
