Find and restore any changes? Where/how?

So one of the latest updates had "view and restore changes made to a document over time" as one of the new features, but no information on how to do it.

Does anyone have instructions for this? Could be very useful.

Thank you

Jason

After doing some more fiddling around with the program, I found versions.

On the screen of the main file (where you take a spreadsheet to open), click on the button "Edit" "" at the top right.

Ignore aid that says it's just for 'duplicate or delete worksheets' (see image below). Apparently that is not updated.

After tapping once on no matter what spreadsheet in the edit view, you will see then "Versions" at the top right, next to the Finish"" button.

Type this and will try to load all the previous versions that you can select.

    I have a laptop Dell inspiron 1501 with windows vista on it.

    I don't have the disc of windows Vista DVD you are referring to, I have never recived a Dell I bought the computer on the internet with vista already installed.

    My problem is that, with respect to the windows updates, I get a message saying "Windows have been developed to date not be properly configured and restoration of changes". I have 51 updates pending, 47 of these updates is equivalent to 170 MB.

    As a result of these updates, I think it's the cause of my freezing computer once I have connected and I have to restart only having do not 2 - 3 times.

    When the computer "freezes" the cursor does not move throughout the scene, none of the keys works, including Manager tasks etc., the only thing that works is to turn the computer off. Sometimes, there is a beep, beep once the computer crashes.

    Over 95% the updates I have try have 'no '.

    I'm lost as how to how to repair?

    All good suggestions welcome to solve this problem, the simpler the better... I don't want to have to buy a new computer... If I won't Dell... and I'll have to get the windows disc... most solutions here seem to require it...

    Hi AL0001,

    Run the chkdsk command to check that there are no problems with your hard drive. To run the disk check, follow these steps:

    1. Restart your computer and immediately press the F8 key until you reach the menu Advanced Boot Options.
    2. Select Mode safe mode with command prompt.
    3. At the command prompt, type chkdsk/r (there is a space between the k and /)

    Meanwhile, check the Dell website to see how you can get a recovery disk in case you need to recover Windows.

  • Reinvest a presentation Manager and detect any changes in size

    Hello

    I am trying to create a user interface that mixes elements I draw myself with native widgets and I do this by substituting the painting and drawing to an image in the background before drawing the fields themselves.

    To position the fields, I created my own Manager and position fields in absolute position based on my own component positions. For the base case works very well...

    When I type in a field, it grows, I do not detect this growth so I can not ebb the user interface. How can I detect a change to the default size of the field? I followed the field muddy/Sales status but that doesn't seem to help here is a picture of my test case, white in the middle is a native field and find it me difficult to follow its growth in real time:

    When I start the native UI scroll fields remain in place, I tried calling invalidateLayout, but it throws an exception? How to trigger the IU blackberry to call sublayout again?

    That's what I mean fields are now on top of my drawn text box:

    Thank you

    Shai.

    Yes, I noticed that you implement LWUIT. Two big thumbs up!

    First of all - don't spend just a new Manager (...) as a parameter in your full screen (I hope you meant that when you wrote FullCanvas).  Create a handler that is personalized with its own sublayout() and do the work there. In this way, you will be able to instantiate this Manager custom rather than writing the same code over and over again.

    Second - substitute object it inside the Manager, not the screen.  Not necessary, but once again - for the best control.

    Third - It's weird that sublayout of your Manager is not called automatically, but you can force it anyway:

    // in your MyClass:
    protected void sublayout(int width, int height) {
      layoutDelegate(width, height);
    }

    Have not tested but it should work.  This way, you should be able to rearrange and re - position your fields in the same manager that has all the knowledge, he needs.

    One problem remains, though - how are you going to partially show these fields when they slide to the edge of the screen?  I hope that you can set negative positions for them. Documentation for the manager class specifies all IllegalArgumentException on negative x and y in setPositionChild, so you might be lucky .

  • Is it possible to just buy Photoshop Cs6? I can't find anywhere, nor any information on how to get it?

    I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question.

    I decided to finally buy Photoshop Cs6, but now I don't him is nowhere hand, as seems to have been completely replaced by this creative cloud thing. I don't like or need all cloud storage, and I'm particularly not interested in not having to continue to pay for my product over time. I want to buy it and it has forever and ever.

    Because Photoshop Cs6 has been removed from the Adobe website (I can't find anyway), I feel that I missed something. If I pay for Photoshop (and the formidable creative cloud with her) for 1 year, I then have it? How much do I pay before I can stop paying and simply admit? It will take 3 years? 10? Will I be charged for this product until I have die of old age? And believe me, I have a few years ahead of me. Payment of God knows how many one year for another 50 years don't seem all very tempting.

    And will remain at this never "Photoshop CS6? Keep up to date and it will eventually become a new version of Photoshop? I want instead of making their site fancy look and modern, they keep it simple information for idiots like me. "CLICK HERE TO BUY. THIS is GOING to BE 500 [insertcurrency] Thank YOU. THIS IS YOUR PRODUCT. Good bye. ».

    All this is very confusing and almost makes me rethink my plans to buy Photoshop at all.

    Yes, you can still buy CS6. You are not required to have a creative cloud subscription buying CS6.  Can I still buy CS6?

    To purchase by phone, call the 800-585-0774.

    Adobe is no longer create new versions of the Creative Suite beyond CS6. All newer versions are a part of the creative cloud.

    You see the disk cleanup option if you click on Start -> all programs -> Accessories -> System Tools?

    If you see it there, you can just right click on it and click on send to -> desktop (create shortcut) to get it on your desktop.

    Search not finding the disk cleanup option could be because of some problems with the search parameters in your computer. Here is an article that has a list of things to try in such a scenario, good reading and try things out there. After the back if you still need help.

    Hello.  My computer is a HP Pavilion a1430n, double quick March, media library.  Quite awhile back, I got some virus problems, and when I got rid of the virus I have deleted some files XP fax as well.  I can still send a fax, but cannot get the fax monitor to open or view what I send you after the cover page.  Will someone please tell me how to fix my fax?  In addition, I don't know how I ended up in Vista, because it is XP.  Thank you for your time.  Sincerely, Cindy

    You should be able to do that in ' Control Panel | Add/Remove programs. Add/Remove Windows components.  Uncheck remove to allow complete and Fax services (which allows to uninstall Fax), then repeat the process and replace the check mark for re - install the Fax components.

  • Satellite C50D with Win8.1 - cannot perform any change of Director

    I recently changed my account administrators of Microsoft for a standard account. Unfortunately I can not restore and make any changes to my computer's administrator.

    Please can someone tell how can I do this?
    Jargon in simple free instructions would be greatly appreciated

    There is a built-in Windows 8 and 8.1 Win system administrator account. You must enable it first.

    Start the command prompt (black box).
    To start this type in the CMD in search window and choose command line
    You can also go to C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe, right click and RUN as administrator

    In the console window type: + net user administrator / active: yes +.
    Now log out of the system.
    Start the new laptop and now you should see the user account additional administrator
    Use this admin account to identify the system and create new user account or change the existing user account.

  • MSINWINPC - FBW files and restore, backup Dec 2009 concerns, concerns given PC June 2011

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I did a back up of my data in December 2009 and I was wondering what is happening during a restore because I read that FWB is an extension for the backup file that is created. It compresses all the saved data and it incorporates in a single file so that it develops the files when performing a restore.

    What happened to my computer from my backup, it's that I had to install the Windows Vista Service Pack 2, which has consistently failed. To cut to the Chase, I contacted HP and everything they suggested the partition of hard drive HP factory reset factory reset, does not work properly and therefore all erased my disk hard but does restore all apps doing so my computer a brick. But since then, I contact Microsoft who kindly helped me with my cmputer and it is now working very well. (Thanks a lot).

    In any case, since the restore will be expanded I have 3 fear and would like advice on how I should go about restoring:

    1. the data amounts to 35.8 GB is currently on my external hard drive and free space on my drive hard is only 38 GB. If the files are all developed the 35.8 GB of data will take over 38GB?

    2. If I wanted to restore only certain files (I have a master's thesis I want to find and restore), copy the data to a file on my C drive before using the backup and Restore Center on my computer to find the file and restore?

    3. I'm worried that the old files that are saved can conflict with existing files I have been restoring my computer (like copying and pasting a file with the same name). I have to worry about this at all if I had to restore my backup data?

    Thank you

    Hi Densebrains

    Yes, the files get expanded after a restore of the backup is performed and the free space, you mentioned not be enough to restore the backup. When restoring files is performed on the computer disk files with the same name are replaced and you will get a prompt notifying replace it taking place.
