Find the end of the session of the invocation

Hello world

I wonder if its possible to know when doing a "session of invocation" ends?

For example:

The application calls an editor, the user edit the photo using the image editor, and when the user saves the image, the image editor closes. Is it possible to know when the user saves the image?

Thank you

As far as I know, this is only possible if you use an invocation of card...

http://developer.BlackBerry.com/native/documentation/Cascades/device_platform/invocation/card_invoca...

And even then it seems to be a signal in option (CardFinished) and so unless published, supported by this app (look at the music player) then best not to exercise.

If it is to do with the transfer of information between two applications you control, then of course you can implement an invocation that calls to the called party.

This should help align your labels layouts, depending on what you did you do could go with absolute layout, docking station or stack (allows you to align the top to bottom or left to right)

I'm not too sure that everything, however, to determine the length of the text, I would think that you could store the text in a string and then somehow programmatically count each letter & do return a result... not exactly on how to do it but it's an idea

    Hello

Search Date arithmetic in the manual of the SQL language.

When you subtract one DATE from another, the result is the number of days between them.  .03625 days is a little more de.033333333... days, which is 1/30 a day, or 48 minutes.

If you want the difference in hours, multiply by the number of hours per day, which is 24.

If you want the difference in minutes, multiply by the number of minutes per day, or 24 * 60.

If you want the difference expressed in days hours: minutes: seconds, then you are better off conversion (at least) one of the DATEs in TIMESTAMP; then, when you subtract them, you will get the difference as an INTERVAL DAY TO SECOND, which appears as

    + 05:06:37.000000 000000000

This means that 0 days, 5 hours, 6 minutes, 37 seconds.

You need to know that the session is now. You can do it manually (try to start from v$ session_wait, v$ session_evenement to the session using CODE tags) or by using tools such as snapper.

  • How to find the OS ppid in v$ session and V$ process

    Hello

    Oracle 11gDB

I have this suspiscious process in my session of $ v which is always running and connected to a 'HR' scheme, even if the 'HR' application is also stopped and other HR related batch process.
And he also told me that it came from the UNIX sun-server1. My problem is that I can not locate the PPID OS for this process when I login to the operating system to the Sun-server1.
I tried to kill this session, but he maintains the connection. Even if I bounce the database, it come back.

How to find the source of this process to the Sun-server1?

    I tried this script:
    SELECT     p.program, p.spid
    FROM v$session s, v$process p
    WHERE s.paddr = p.addr
    AND s.sid IN (39)
    Program                                                 Spid

    ORACLE.EXE (SHAD)     6404
But if I have a ps - ef | grep 6404 there is no existing process OS. No matter what other script that can identify the process id of the operating system?

check with who ever is privilleges to kill these perticluar session, if you have few users.
It is not possible to findout without verification or error info... etc.
Otherwise, restart these jobs perticluar and follow closely.

  • How can I find the end of an open path?

I am trying to create a compound path (a shape with a hole in it), but he refuses to make the compound.  Previous Expeince showed that it is down to one or two of the paths with an open end.  This has always been resolved by drag each anchor point until I see the break, then join the ends.

But in this case, the "external" form has hundreds of anchor points and find the end is going to be a very time consuming process.

Is there a quick way to find endpoint?

Previous Expeince showed that it is down to one or two of the paths with an open end.

Your premise is false. In Illustrator, open paths can be aggravated. Check your settings fill rule and sense of the route in the range of the attribute.

  • Find the name of the database sessions via the database link

    Hello
I have a database in which I can see a few sessions that are connected to this database of one of my server that hosts 2 databases. Now if I have queries session $ v on my local database, I can only find the host name in the column programme and module of v$ session view. How will I know what database, these sessions are established because I have two databases on the remote host, hence these sessions are estableshed.

    Thank you

    Hello

You can query the column process v$ session. This column contains the pid of the source database server process.

You will find on your source machine (in your remote database of respectively two) out this pid belongs to what databases.
If its unix, you can use (ps - ef | grep ) or if it is windows, then you can query the process $ v

    Thanks, Justin.

I have alread think SQL from Google. Now the problem is that I find the process of operating system level of Solaris.

You can join V$ SESSION on the SID. The column PROCESS in V$ SESSION is the ID of the client operating system process.

  • ERR-1002 cannot find the item for the item ID "SESSION".

    Hi all

We recently ugpraded Aoex 3.1 to 3.2 and have noticed now times that I get the following error when connecting...

Unexpected error, unable to find item name at application or page level.

ERR-1002 Unable to find item ID for item "SESSION" in application "2500".

    Return to application.
I have made changes to the application, but have not changed anything to with the MEETING point, I thought that was built in APEX so am not sure why it does not.

The error occurs especially if I empty the internet cache and try to connect again on a new session, I click back to the Application and try to connect again, but the error. If I connect under a different name, it connects.

    This happened to someone else?

    Thank you

    Ah-Ah!

    INSERT INTO M_USERS_HISTORY (m_users_history_note, created_by, m_user_num, date_created)
    VALUES (V_User_Id, 'User' | upper(:P101_USERNAME) |) ' connected to the session: ' |
    : SESSION | ' - IP address: '. owa_util.get_cgi_env ('REMOTE_ADDR'),
    (: P101_USERNAME, sysdate);

Change: SESSION v ('APP_SESSION') there too.
