Finder keeps asking for password for the folder home page items

Didier 10.10.5 on early 2008 Mac Pro

Finder keeps askign my password even when you move to delete files on my office or home folder.

Also not Save can open documents, as it says I don't have permission.

have you tried disk since the start of the recovery Partition and repaired disk utility and checked all permissions.

Also used "password reset from the trunk to recover... and reset the ACLs

Tchanged password, the same discount utility password,

But all in vain.

What I do in my own home folder, I keep getting blocked or have to enter my password.

See other discussions on this topic and so I followed the information in their breast and tried all the foregoing.

What can I do else?

    It is actually called Subject: Home , but the only way to know would be if you were viewing the page and called to the top of the Page Info dialog... who, for future reference you can get using one of these methods:

    • Right click on a box empty page and select View Page Info
    • (menu bar) Tools > Page Info

    Go to view > toolbars, and select the toolbars you want to display. If you don't see the menu bar, just type ALT on your keyboard. Right anywhere in the toolbar will show you also the menu (no rightclick stuff which can be rightclicked to other functions, like the back menu or tabs).

  • Cannot open my Adobe suite cS6 Master Collection. Adobe Application Manager keeps asking for the serial number.

    I've never had a problem using basic Adobe on my Mac applications. I had this installed since 2012. Last night, when I try to go to Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or one of the Adobe based products the Adobe Application Manager continues on Popping up. Telling me that the trial is finished, I had to sign up to enter my serial number or to make the Trial Version. And I went through its phases by logging provided the serial number, but unfortunately his telling me I have the wrong info set. I've never updated all Adobe based products, I was still able to use this a week before that my mac is running IOS X.

    My panic, I advanced and uninstalled all Adobe products based on my mac to start cleaning, but now that I install their back to get to the entry number series its telling me the error message even to provide the correct serial number.     As far as I know, it will not work with a Master Collection serial number... it need to install everything and enter the serial number once for all programs

    My iMac mail keeps asking for the password for one of my email addresses.

    The address is... @hotmail.co.uk, when I enter the password it doesn't recognize it and declare it invalid.

    Moments later, the mail is delivered.

    A month ago I had the same problem which at any mail arriving. I tried many things and finally put in place a new internet/mail account in preferences. So, after having removed the old settings and reinsert the it worked, until today.

    I have 2 other addresses of e-mail which are not affected by this bug.

    This happened only since I changed to El Capitan.

    Your email provider may reject your password for several reasons, including:

    • You do not use your current e-mail password. If you updated the password on another device, make sure you use the same password on this device.
    • Your email provider needs you to update or reset your password for security reasons. For example, if you have turned on googles two step of checking your Gmail account in Mail now requires the appropriate password app.

    McAfee is a huge problem with Windows Mail.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 if you want to use, wait until you get the job of Winmail.

    Check if you can connect webmail and that works very well and it's not a problem on the end of the server messaging or because of misspelled powers.  Then delete your account in WinMail, compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and make sure that you have disabled the e-mail analysis then add your account to mail back again and see if it works.
