  After seeing a few screenshots of the file I think I see what's happening now. There is a watermark diagonal URL through the page that is converted to a link automatically by the application. Disable it go to Edition - Preferences - general and uncheck the box that says "create links from URLS".

  These files are not supposed to be deleted. Quite possibly user.js (thanks for the heads-up jscher2000 on hidden file extensions. A movement bonehead by Microsoft) had a content in it that made all these pop-up windows. The user.js file is not there by default unless you did so it is safe to delete it.

  For this example, create a folder on your C drive named HideTest.

  Note: In the line above Choice.Exe c:YN t:Y, 30 are looking for files to hide, 30 is the number of seconds it will wait before checking the new files. This can be from 1 to 99.

  I found a way to do it.  Mast would not the easiest, but it works. I'm not a computer genius.  Hope you understand.  Right-click on the attachment.  Then choose "Save as" click Next, right again and open the attachment.  top of the page you will see "file" click on it.  selcet open the file.  It will take you to your downloads.  Select the pdf file you want. Click Open.  The form will be displayed again.  Then the printing option is enabled.

  Drive does not auto install when you click on a PDF file. I think you mean "open". In any case, to set the PDF Viewer, choose Edition > Preferences > General > Set Default PDF Handler.

  The only way to have such links open is not Firefox is to define a different browser, the default browser.

  Looks like you somehow accidentally active the option print to file in the Advanced Options print dialogue. Uncheck that and this problem should go away.

  I opened the attachment PDF in Apple Mail, used the iOS feature "open in" (or "copy in") to open it in Acrobat Reader for iOS and filled in one of the text fields. I found no problems with your PDF form.
