  I am putting together a short demo clip, 8 seconds of a particular moment of my project on first Elements 9. The section has two clips that have been taken separately, but are cut in half with the function of the harvest, so that they both play on the screen at once.   I found a solution in entering all the clips in the project and dragging about 3 seconds in the timeline, leaving a few seconds of black space that I can cut easily.

  Try to restart your machine and pressing F8 before the spash screen Windows appears.  Choose the option "last last known good configuration".

  If this fails, you can try to repair your installation of starting for the original CD-ROM for Windows XP installation and choosing the option 'Fix' when prompted.

  This does not happen on my computers.  Try to download Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and see if that makes a difference.  I also recommend the safe boot and checking the virus.  Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

  The last two days, Netflix and Hulu give me questions on my ATV 4. Applications work fine on my other TV. The menus work and I can select shows or movies to watch, but when I hit play the screen goes black and I can still hear the audio. Also, the name of the network remains visible, in the lower corner, on some TV shows.

  I have tried all the suggestions... unplugged troubleshooting, new HDMI, restarted ATV, restarted the modem & Airport Extreme. I even reset it Atv back to the factory. Still does not work right. All my applications and games works fine.

  It really looks like a HDMI problem. You say you tried another cable, if you have reconnected both ends already. You can try an another HDMI input on the TV, to rule out the possibility of a potential problem to tne connector? Is the cable "high speed"? Must be marked on or printed directly on the cable connectors. Which indicates that it is the standard in force.
