  I upgraded yesterday afternoon to El Capitan. Everything went well, there is no problem and all my programs have remained open.   CS6 is not supported under El Capitan. There will be no Adobe solution, since the software is of 3-1/2 years.

  What "download icon" are you right-clicking?  The icon of the file that you saved to your hard drive as somefile.zip or an icon on a web page somewhere?

  This seems to be a Roboform. Install the latest version of Roboform 7.6.2 should solve this problem according to the related Bug 691271.
