It seems to me that it's an admin setting, as if the admin did not give other users rights to use, but it has begun since Monday and last Friday, they were able to use it normally.  They are on a field, at first I thought that this might have been a connection problem.  I wanted to remove the pc of the field and back, but did not know that the domain password and none made the worker.  Apparently they have a crew of tech OK but they never come down and they always use remote access to their problems (if you ask me which is pretty cheap).  So, without being able to check if it's an issue of domain, rights user programs or else I couldn't fix this pc last night and since then I'm going crazy to explain why this issue is not solveable yet.
