Hello, Amalia.

I hope that this support article is what you need:

http://support.Mozilla.com/en-us/KB/websites+look+wrong

In any case, yyou can have a problem with some Add on Firefox which is an obstacle to the normal behavior of your Firefox. Have you tried to disable all add-ons (just to see) to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, make sure that it's not one of your modules installed, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do this easily and cleanly, start Firefox in safe mode , and then select disable all add-ons. If the problem goes away, you know that it's an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode and allow them one by one until you find the source of the problem. See this article for more information on troubleshooting extensions and theme. You can troubleshoot plugins in the same way.

If you want supported for one of your modules, you will need to contact the author.

  • Firefox does not correctly load certain pages?

    I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 8 so I installed Firefox. Most of the time it works fine but I noticed, for a reason that some Web pages will not load properly. It seems that only the HTML code of the site has loaded.

    Now, I can easily fix by disabling the cache, but only for the same problem occur a few hours later and it's really annoying me. The problem still occurs in safe mode, and other browsers seem to work well. I also tried to reinstall, but not a reset is complete.

  • I have an index page that does not correctly load the css and css works on all other pages of the site.

    http://www.boulderridgecondos.com/ does not correctly load the css, but all other pages of the site loading the css correctly. There is nothing (that I can identify) between pages.
    http://www.boulderridgecondos.com/news.htm

    I guess something is wrong in the css, I inherited this site and have exceeded the css but can't find a problem that would cause this to happen.

    Any help or suggestion looking for something would be appreciated.

    This page is saved in UTF-16 format (Content-Type: text/html (UTF-16 BOM, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is sent as ISO-8859-1. Firefox fun to see all the files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and so use the CSS file. You will need to re - save this page as ISO-8859-1 and download the corrected version.

  • huffingtonpost.es/com does not correctly load in safari (and firefox), but he does it in chrome

    I have problems loading of the huffingtonpost.es and sometimes .com on Safari on my mac and also in Firefox. But the web even chrome load perfectly.

    It is the only web that I have problems up to now and is not a related problem of expansion because I don't have extensions in firefox and the same problem occurs there.

    Does anyone have an idea of what's going on? It seems that something in relation to the css.

    The really strange thing is... I try to load huffingtonpost.com on safari and do not load correctly, I reload and reload and does not load correctly. Then I load in loads of Chrome perfectly and after that I try to load in safari (or firefox again), then load it. :-/ This does not always happen, but then sometimes drive me crazy.

    Thanks for any help in advance.

    Make sure your OS X software is up-to-date.

    Click on your Apple  top left of your screen.

    In the drop-down menu, click on: software update

    That should launch the App Store.

    If you see an update for OS X El Capitan and Safari, install these updates, restart your Mac and try Huffington Post on Safari and Firefox.

  • Firefox does not correctly close preventing a second time without a restart of opening

    Firefox opens ok the first time I connect, but if I close Firefox it will not open again unless I restart the laptop. I can see a part of the flicking cursor "wait" and sometimes I get a message "firefox was closed" even when I do not have it open. Also sometimes a small window in the center of the screen that contains a white entry bar, and a narrow red top arrow to the right. It seems that firefox will not completely close and a background Member he prevents re-opening. I followed the suggestions help without success.

    It is usually a Firefox extension software or security that prevents from correctly closing Firefox. See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_hangs#Hang_at_exit and Firefox crashes or does not - how to fix .

    As a first step, try extensions, themes, and issues of hardware acceleration to resolve common troubleshooting Firefox problems .

  • Flash animation does not correctly load in Internet Explorer only

    I have a simple flash animation which through text and pictures. I have a (AS3) preloader on frame 1, which sends the playhead to the frame 2, once the film is loaded 100%. For some reason, in Internet Explorer, the preloader bar will load completely, but fail to move the playhead to the frame 2, so it will just stay here with prestressing bar to 100%. However, this does not happen every time. For example, at the present time, the flash animation will play when I initially on the site, but when I click on another page, the same flash header (same swf on each page) just goes to show the preloader bar but will not play the rest of the film. Didn't help not reload the page. Close the browser and reopen it don't help. Clearing the cache of the browser did not help either. Thus, the flash animation will play correctly on the first page of the site I'm going to (be it the home page or another page) but then when I go to any other page that has flash animation, he won't play, he's there with the preloader bar showing. And then when to return to the original page, I entered the site, the flash movie play there anymore, either. I have not seen this problem in another browser than Internet Explorer (6 and 7). I checked in Firefox on Mac and PC and Safari on Mac. I use flash player 10.0.22.87 on my Mac and PC. The flash animation was made in Flash CS3, flash player 9, actionscript code 3.

    So to see the problem, here in Internet Explorer: http://demo.matthewpavkov.com/adairsolar . Wait for the movie to load and start playing. This works. Then go to one of the other pages and you will see that the same swf will not play. Go to the homepage, the swf file does not play.

    Here is the preloader code:

    import flash.display.*;
    this.stop();

    this.loaderInfo.addEventListener(ProgressEvent.PROGRESS, PL_LOADING);

    function PL_LOADING(event:ProgressEvent):void {
        var pcent:Number=event.bytesLoaded/event.bytesTotal*100;
        lbar.scaleX=pcent/100;
        lpc.text=int(pcent)+"%";
        if (pcent>=100) {
            this.gotoAndStop(2);
        }
    }

    , If I remove the preloader ActionScript flash animation plays correctly. You can see it here: http://demo.matthewpavkov.com/adairsolar/no-preload

    The .fla is available for those who want to take a closer look.

    mjjp,

    Can just that in IE, the ProgressEvent never triggers - because your content is already cached.  See what happens if you add the following lines again (end of the sample code):

    this.stop();

    this.loaderInfo.addEventListener(  ProgressEvent.PROGRESS, PL_LOADING);function PL_LOADING(event:ProgressEvent):void {  var pcent:Number=event.bytesLoaded/event.bytesTotal*100;  lbar.scaleX=pcent/100;  lpc.text=int(pcent)+"%";  if (pcent>=100) {    this.gotoAndStop(2);  }}if (this.loaderInfo.bytesLoaded >= this.loaderInfo.bytesTotal) {  this.gotoAndStop(2);}

    See what's happening?  In this way, even the Manager ProgressEvent never triggers, you always compare the bytesLoaded, bytesTotal property property.

  • bug? Firefox does not clips load!

    Hello world...
    I have a terrible problem...
    I develop a site made entirely with flash (the customer request), and I rely on the ability of flash to loadClips (movies)...
    It already works on Internet Explorer, Opera and other browsers, but with firefox... it's like he's not even send the request to the server to load the clip, as I put some listeners, and the onLoadStart() is not called...

    I use the MovieClipLoader object to perform loads... then... is - anyone have an idea on what is happening? any solution?

    the site I'm doing is: http://colegiosalesiano.org.mx , maybe it is a problem of my ISP, I don't know... and you have to accept that I have TO turn on the flash on firefox

    Hoping for an answer... wish you a happy new year

    Hello...

    Kglad: I checked all the code, looking for possible errors, made some corrections, but the problem was still there...
    Arunbe: I use relative paths, although I've retyped the URL as ".". "/ example.swf", and the problem was still there... but...
    later finally found the solution...

    For some reason, the 'link' to the server was the origin of the problem... so I can think that the problem is that the plugin firefox does demand that the local host (host of the user), and the hotlink refused the download, so that IE, Opera and other, recognize the request made by the server... maybe I'm wrong I don't know, but now, the problem was the service of "link".

  • Firefox does not work after all, uninstall them and reinstall.

    Very few of the buttons are used in the firefox menu. Add ons will not open the Manager. None of the buttons on the open Help menu, open only a few menu options. Does not work in safe mode. I completely uninstalled, went into effect the deleted data from the preferences file. Reinstalled several times and nothing... Kind of frustrating. Any ideas?

    In case someone else runs into this I thought about it. I had to remove the program, remove the Preferences folder in Appdata, then click on registry local machine > software > mozilla and then delete the registry keys. There are three folders, I don't remember the exact name, but they all began with Mozilla. Once I did, I rebooted and reinstalled. Now it works...

  • 10.0.2 Firefox does not correctly (formatting, paragraphs, editing) with a forum that I use

    I use the community on Cakewalk.com forum and found that Firefox 10.0.2 does not respond to the positions of others, and does not for good formatting of paragraphs during display causes often the forum because of the error messages.

    I never had this problem with previous versions and to check that Firefox is the problem, I looked at the forum by using Internet Explorer and found no problem.

  • Windows XP Pro does not correctly load after the release of the Radeon graphics driver

    Hello

    I have a Shuttle XPC with Windows XP Pro and an ATI Radeon Sapphire graphics card. The entire system is 5-6 years, if that helps my raw description.

    My graphic card Radeon has had performance problems, so I downloaded ATI "autodetect tool" and he did choose the update of the driver concerned. After installation and reboot, my PC load Windows XP, but remains unused in ' grainy 8 colors low resolution version ' of my office. No icons, toolbar or whatever it is well visible. The mouse moves the pointer autour, but does not respond to clicks. The only combination of keys which gives anything is Ctrl + Alt + Delete, raise the usual options (in this case useless) to lock the computer, close the session, stop etc.

    In short, it seems that I'm not really on my desk, even if it loaded my wallpaper by default.

    'Safe mode' or "last working configuration" does not take me anywhere useful.

    How to contact with the system to at least start to change my settings for graphics cards?

    I thank very you much for any help.

  • Firefox does not correctly display any page. It seems to lose some, not all, form and image.

    Installed 20 FF to do some tests for a site I am building when I came across this problem of cross browser compatibility. It seems as if it is impossible to connect to external style sheets to Web pages (best guess, I don't really know enough to be sure, but with what I know, it's my best guess) it seems that some formatting is to come through, but not all. I don't know what is the cause, but it seems all the pages visited in this browser, Google, Facebook, etc.. They all display fine in chrome.
