Firefox does not recreate or modify prefs.js

After you delete prefs.js file Firefox does not create a new.

Firefox does not save my settings so I tried all the method described in the following articles:

Finally, I completely uninstalled FF, remove the installation of FF directory and moved my old profile.
FF reinstalling did not help in any way.
After the reinstallation, the preferences have been saved always not so I deleted the file profs.js.

    I have no idea what to do to get out of here to go to solve this problem or difficulty why Firefox doesn't work anymore even when the reinstalled.

    Have you tried to rename the Mozilla folder?

    Also try to delete the folder to the location of the cache in AppData\Local.
