Firefox does not switch not between tabs if clicked 33.1.1 worm?
Since I've upgraded to 33.1.1 I can't switch between tabs and now I have a tab ghost between the current tab and the sign + to open a new tab. Even if I open the new tab, I can't switch to him.
Help!
Update: remove the Restorer of the classic theme add-on seems to have been the culprit. Hope that helps someone else running this problem.

I have set preferences to "show my windows and tabs from last time '. I used the button "use current Pages". I changed the used the ' | ' and I changed the ' | ' to 7% C I read in one of the bandages. If Firefox is stopped and restarted, the Mac is still in place or after I turned off the Mac and then restart it, the problem persists. I'm on Mac OS X 10.6.5 on Mac.
If you use Remove navigation, search and download history on Firefox in Firefox 3.5 and later to clear the browsing history when you close Firefox then restore the tabs from last session ("Save and exit" or "show my windows and tabs from last time ') does not work.

behaviour observed with firefox 16.0 (15.1 upgrade) on windows xp sp3Firefox 16.0 behaves as you would expect with slackware 14.0
is there a fix for this regression
Looks like that for me, it was the Firebug extension that was screwing things up. Disable Firebug solved the problem.

Firefox 7.0.1 on Win7 pro 64
Hello team FF & community.
sometimes FF 6/7 shows a VERY strange behavior:
While 'normal' things on Web sites (click on the links, edit text, scrolling, evolution of the tabs boxes) FF starts to ignore my simple clicks. The only way to work is with double-click instead of single-click (i.e. for links, enter a SBO, switch tabs, even to open a menu of Firefox) for all actions.Previously, the last example was about a minute
https://plus.google.com/circles/find
While moving to a "circle" contact - FF changes only are allowed double clicks. No errors, no message.
I found this behavior buggy on many different sites - simple websites and with complex features, too - in the past few weeks since bf6 + 7 are current versions.
With my other two questions, I get the idea that the current releases of FF contain more bugs in versions between FF1 to FF3.
OK, I think that this issue (change of behavior: needs double click to get the reaction of simple click)-isRESOLVED: -
I have disabled all addons and enabled/tested one by one... it was, apparently, the add-on "Multi links 3.0.0.16" was the problem.
I replaced it with "Snap Links 2.1.1" (installed, but not yet tried a new), and less than a week daily work of 10-12 I never got this bug again.
SOLVED!

Firefox functioned perfectly earlier today. Tonight, when I tried to start Firefox as I usually do by clicking its icon in the quick start of Windows 7 bar there is no frequency. The same thing happens when I click on the application icon in Windows Firefox program folder. Is some way this can be fixed easily?
I ran a full scan with Norton 360, Malawarebytes and Iobit Malware Fighter, whose no is no problem. Also, I checked the settings of Norton 360 and found no problem with the settings of Firefox. I downloaded the Firefox installation files and ran a custom implemented, by clicking on upgrade. Firefox now works well with all the Add-ons, bookmarks, history, cookies and saved passwords intact.

Firefox does not ask me to remind passwords even if I ticked the box "Remember passwords" in the Security tab.
Hey groveman21,
Have you looked at the section of the Base names of users and passwords are not saved ? There are lots of good information in there.
If it's only a particular site, you experience problems with, you can also delete cookies from this site in order to make the site you not forget if you have created a remember me cookie by visiting to Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies" that there could be a "don't remember" cookie for this site.
Hope this helps!

Why Firefox does not delete cookies by leaving to open tabs?
Firefox does not delete cookies for the tabs that are left open when you quit the browser even with empty cookie options set. Cookies are only eligible for the tabs that are closed before leaving the browser. I do not understand how this could possibly be a design decision because it completely defeats the purpose of the privacy settings.
Under Options > Privacy I enabled/selected, the following options.
- Accept cookies (no "Exceptions... »)
- Continue until the "closing of Firefox".
- Clear history of Firefox closing
- * Download history
- * Cookies
- * Active Logins
- * Cache
- * Data from the Web site offline
These cookies are stored in session data.
You can set the browser.sessionstore.privacy_level pref 2 (never) or 1 (no HTTPS, default in the Firefox 3 versions) on the topic: config page to disable the registration of cookies via session restore.
