  Hey everyone, I'm tech-savvy so go ahead and throw detailed responses to me. I've recently updated for Windows 8.1 because first Pro CC (version 7.2.1) crashed at startup of Windows 8. After the update to Win8.1, it worked fine with my old 19-inch full-screen VGA monitors. However, after I installed the new HD widescreen monitors yesterday, I opened the first Pro and it starts very well and is stable until he treats a video file. I understand that once you had done a update driver and recently upgraded to level to Windows 10, now your HP for laptop - 15-af122no (ENERGY STAR) is not allowing you to start correctly.

  Please note , remove all USB devices. Disconnect all devices of non-essential, as these can cause some problems.

  Are you blocking upward at the HP Logo?

  Have you tried a hard reset?

  Have you tried to Test for hardware failures?

  Are - that you receive error messages or error codes?

  You happen to see a blue screen to choose an Option at all?

  If the computer hangs at the HP logo screen, try to clean the vents from the computer to the air and then restarting the laptop.

  That is a difficult question to debug.  I suspect a problem with the SELinux based on what you wrote.  You may consider to disable SELinux on the source before the conversion.

  In addition, it is advised to disable active servers (Tomcat and especially Oracle) before starting the conversion, you could try to do this.
