This report also contains technical information about the state of the application when it crashed.

Great, thanks for posting back. I will mark your answer as the solution.

Oddly even though I could see speedbit mentioned in your reports of incidents and the title of related bug I didn't see he's looking for to your system details side. It is a component of something else, or Firefox support simply not picked up and listed.

  • Firefox keeps crashing after update this morning

Turned my work computer on and firefox had an update for today. Updated and since then it will not start. It will only crash upon restart it hangs again and send a report. Tried to go to safe mode, but it keeps crashing.

Here are a few reports of incidents

    BP-3e28e04b-71cb-49fe-9e13-741a02140903

Really frustrating as this my work computer with all my passwords and links saved to it.

You may have to reinstall Firefox 31 temporarily until someone figures more information about this particular crash signature.

To properly replace your program files Firefox 32 (without affecting your settings):

    (1) this section has a link to get the installer: install an older version of Firefox.

    (2) rename the folder (Windows 64-bit folder names)

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

    TO

    C:\Program Files (x86)\OldFirefox

    (3) run the installation program that you downloaded in the #1. It should automatically connect to your existing settings.

    It starts and runs correctly?

If so, one note: Some plugins can only exist in this OldFirefox file. If it is missing something essential, present in these files:

    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \OldFirefox\Plugins
    • C:\Program Files (x 86) \OldFirefox\browser\plugins

Otherwise: We were looking for an issue or in the folder of the external/malware software settings.

  • Firefox keeps crashing

    Crash report ID: aa69ad39-8f6c-4bd0-bef4-109152150617

My Firefox browser crashes randomly, say about 20 times a day. Only the browser window stops and opens the dialog box 'send report '. I continued sending these reports for these days, filling my e-mail then like someone to contact me, but nothing happened. I tried to open with Safe Mode and all disabled add-ons Mozilla but no solution that's happened, he crashed again. I tried not to open more than 2 tablets at the same time thinking maybe it's a RAM problem, but it crashed again. I periodically check my task manager to increase the CPU usage or RAM but everything is normal! I have updated both my version of Firefox and all my Add-ons are up to date.
A clue is that I constantly have a Facebook tab open, so I don't know if it could be a complication with Facebook itself. I use Firefox as my navig by default for the past 5 years at least, and I've never had any problems.

    I use Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 64-bit.
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300@2,66 GHz
    RAM: 3 GB
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 9600GT 512 MB
My last update of the material has been more than 2 years ago, so I guess there is no compatibility issues or hardware defect.

I'm happy to share any other information you need by e-mail.

    Hello

Have you tried to update to FIrefox? This function usually fixes most of the issues Firefox.

You can also try a clean reinstall of Firefox and see if the problem still persists?

    I hope this helps!

  • Firefox keep crashing on start

Cannot open firefox. It crashes as soon as it starts to

You can try to see if you can start Firefox in Safe Mode:

    • On Windows, hold down the SHIFT key while starting Firefox with a double click on the shortcut to the desktop Firefox
    • On Mac, hold the Options key when starting Firefox
    • Help > restart with disabled modules

Do a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.

Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.

If possible to uninstall your current version of Firefox to clean the Windows registry and settings in the security software.

    • Do NOT remove the data personal when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because all profile files will be deleted and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords from other versions of Firefox profiles.

Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

    • (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
    • (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but make sure that 'delete personal data' is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.

If you keep problems also create a new profile.

Do a check with some malware malware, analysis of programs on the Windows computer.

Please scan with all programs, because each program detects a different malicious program.

All of these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before scanning.

Alternatively, you can write a check for an infection rootkit TDSSKiller.

Thank you for the report crash IDs. They seem to imply the Norton Identity Safe extension, which then calls Norton Confidential, which tries to display a window, but crashes. If I read them correctly.

Could you try running for a day with Norton Safe to identify people with disabilities? You can do this on the page modules. Either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + a
    • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then find Norton on the right side.

I start the computer in safe mode and then to the 1st time FF goes down, but I was able to open it in safe/recovery mode and now I'm able to open FF, but only when I start the computer in safe mode. In normal mode it crashes every time at startup. I can't open it in SafeMode (also in failure).

Still does not - reset FireFox in safe mode, does not always

    Please HELP:(

Thank you. Unfortunately these accidents are caused by security software websense currently running on your system and adversely affect firefox.

According to some information, this can be corrected with more recent versions of websense, then you might want to contact your Department and if they could sliding an updated version of websense. otherwise firefox esr can also be an option: the pre-8.1 Websense versions cause outages starting in Firefox

Hmm, both of your accidents involve ATI display drivers. You can search for an update. AMD has a small app that simplifies the process of searching for the best update of automatic detection. However, the updates themselves are huge, so I hope you have a good internet connection.
