Firefox not open correctly the web pages, they disappear to the right of the screen, remaining on the lower toolbar in size of postage stamp

Firefox has stopped working properly, some time ago. I had to go back to IE, which seems to work fine, although I'm used to Firefox. All Web pages, at the opening of transit across the screen to the right and disappear, with the exception of height thumpnail display associated with the lower toolbar. I tried several times to download Firefox. Always with the same result. I am running Vista 64 bit on this desktop computer.

    Please check if this happens in a new profile. If the new profile is correct, you can later copy the necessary personal data of the old profile. Firefox stores your personal data and settings in a different location (folder profile) separated from its files/folder. A new profile would have default Firefox settings in Tools (Alt + T) > Options and topic: configand generally would also void of Extensions and themes (appearance) in Tools > modulesand their parameters. In addition, a new profile would have no previous stored site cache, cookies, data, preferences etc. (Tools > clear recent history).

  • Outlook express does not open links on web pages e-mail

    Is no longer, I can click on a link of e-mail on any web page and that my outlook express open (6) upwards to compose new e-mail messages. Does not open upward.  Copy and paste is a poor solution band-aid if e-mail link name is different e-mail real address (often).
    I think that an update of firefox (firefox8) may have disabled this... only guess. Hyperlinks to other web page still work. Just impossible to open link in email that opens my outlook express 6 to create new message and puts in e-mail address in the 'To' line up.

  • Why is the latest version of Firefox not compatible with the Google toolbar? It will never or should I go back to Internet Explorer?

    My Google toolbar has been removed when I downloaded the latest version of Firefox. There will be no re-load because it is not compatible. There's this problem with Google or Firefox? Will be fixed soon, or I'll have to go back to Internet Explorer?

I downloaded some new realplayer (flash) video files, but one of them seems to be a MPEG-4 file (.. all the files in my video file realplayer are flash videos)... this curious MPEG-4 file will not be deleted: when I try to send it to the Recycle Bin, he refuses to convert & go...     This MPEG-4 file would contain some type of malware unrecognized by Stopzilla or Norton?  Can I download another anti-spyware program and another scanner?

    .. or is it simply a coincidence that my video page realplayer will not open properly at the same time?  If it would open, would the file MPEG-4 immediately convert into a flash format & works normally?

    Finally have it running. Seems that the enterprise version of McAfee is blocking the installation of the program. McAfee uninstalled, reinstalled Firefox, installed McAfee and now, it's good to go.
