Firefox says my account already exists, but cannot me access

I recorded with the help of mozilla, and I can connect using my username and password. To configure a synchronization, I have to use my email address. When I try to do, it is said that an account with my address already exists, even if I never put in place. Data synchronization are deleted from the synchronization servers when change you your password to allow you to walk away with your same account synchronization - it does not make you create a new account. Data on the individual devices are not affected.

    A week or two ago, the non-administrator user account icons disappeared from the Welcome screen in Windows XP (32-bit home edition).  Also do they not appear on the list of user accounts.  However, their directories of files remain on the hard disk in Documents and Settings.  They can connect via CTRL ALT DEL x 2, but that's all.  If I try to recreate the accounts, returns the message "account already exists."  I searched the web for ages and many similar symptoms, but none reported patches work.  Any ideas please?

    In light of the where you are, my next step would be to treat these users hidden like 'corrupt profiles' and try one of the several approaches that cover profiles corrupted.  The General method to recover a damaged profile is to create a new user and move all data of the corrupted user profile which has been created.  Once this was accomplished, the corrupted profile can be deleted from the system as well as the user name.  Follow the procedures described in either of the following items:

    On the desktop, the installation of Acrobat Pro DC failed. The failure occurs when you try to uninstall Acrobat 10, and the error is "Error 1316: specified account already exists." I tried several times. I also have:

    Back connected with the local account and I tried install Acrobat DC. Failed with the same error.

    I tried to uninstall Acrobat 10 programs and features. Failed with the same error.

    I downloaded the installer for Acrobat 10, hoping it might be an option to uninstall or repair - instead he told me a 'new' version is already installed and failed.

    I found nothing which explains this error or what to do about this.

    First of all, you can use the cleanup tool to remove all traces of the Acrobat software installed on your computer:

    One time uninstalled, try installing Acrobat DC and make sure that you logged in as an administrator on your machine.
