  The following link has instructions on uninstalling the current version of FF and revert to a previous version. This info is at the end. The first part talks about Flash Player. I think that some of them would apply to a uninstall and install the same version. Other users who have done this have expressed a lot of trouble because they have lost the settings/profiles/bookmarks etc. I think these two links to address those.

  The driver that you downloaded is a zip package.
  Unzip everything first.
  Then you will see a single .exe file in the unzipped folder.
  This exe file is also a package.
  Therefore, unzip the .exe file too.
  Right click on the exe file and select unpack here
  Now, you will have access to the files together. Now choose Setup.exe or Install.exe

  I understand you are trying to install apps on your SD card instead of internal storage.

  Unfortunately, this is not a feature available on any Android device that does not have root access.

  There are methods available, but most require rooting the device, or by using the APKs HP could not support or encourage.

  I tried to install on Vista Ultimate x 64 German language pack, but it failed with error code 2. The KB942903 hotfix for x 64 (also tried x 86) does not install with the message "this update does not apply to your system.

  1. What is the service pack installed on the computer?

  This problem occurs if a previous Windows Update process did not cause the computer to be in a corrupted state. This prevents the installation of any language pack.

  I suggest that you reset the Windows Update components and you try to install the pack of language, to check if it works.

  o here are the steps I took... which I think should work:

  (1) go to the Microsoft Download Center:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx
  (2) look for each update code that begins with the letters "KB" and followed by a set of numbers (i.e. KB974234)
  3) click on the link for the download and then click on download and run. I think you have to accept an agreement, then click on continue or OK
  4) repeat for all downloads that you can not install
  (5) run Microsoft Update new and click search the updates and if updates have been installed successfully, they should no longer appear in the updates that must be installed.

  I don't know if it is not relevant or if it helped me succeed to install updates manually, but before I manually installed my updates I followed the instructions David_O posted under this threadhttp://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vistawu/thread/f3390e74-9961-4aae-8a05-554c1a9cf1a2?prof=required&lc=1033 .   Sorry, you have problems getting your patches installed. I have a number of things for you to look at.  First of all, your Background Intelligent Transfer Services set to Automaticand started and Windows Update ? You can check these settings by typing services.msc in the search box of the start menu.

  Sometimes in order to get patches to install correctly, you must perform these tasks manually.

  (1) Download Center to visit Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx.
  (2) search for each update code that begins with the letters "KB" and followed by a set of numbers (i.e. KB979309).
  3) click on the link for the download and then click on download and run.  You must accept the agreement and then click on continue.
  (4) repeat this process for each download of updates Windows could not install.
  (5) to rerun the update from Microsoft, click find updates.  If all goes well, it will show that you are completely patched.

  If this does not work, try to run the Microsoft OneCare safety scanner.  Sometimes it will solve problems of hidden registry, or erase viruses can prevent the installation of patches: http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/center/whatsnew.htm. Click full service scan, and then Quick scan (full scan takes a long time to complete). Try the patches.

  SP3 does not install automatically. It's like IE8.
