  What operating system is involved? And, did you buy the 12 elements of Adobe's first direct?

  If you have purchased from Adobe directly, you should be able to get a new set of installation from the web site of Adobe files 'my orders '.

  When you do this, you need to download two files, the exe (the smallest file, Adobe Download Assistant) and the .7z file (the larger file, one for the program itself). You need both.   I bought by download 64-bit pse10 and pe10, correctly downloaded and installed very well, I have a Toshiba 1 year i3 windows 7 64 bit laptop.  PSE10 works well, but when I try to run pe10 that appears on-screen before and organizer runs but new project will not, that if I go into Organizer, select a video and then try to burn a dvd with menu, pe10 loading screen appears with all the cmdlets that are being loaded and then just disappears. I spent 2.25 hours with tech support yesterday with no solution, I've updated all my drivers, latest version of quicktime installed, tried running in different compatibility modes, can anyone throw any light on this problem? Thank you in advance.

  Did you remove the graphics card of the first device manager? This seems to be the essential action required to install the generic driver.

  You should always start your own thread, even if you think that your problem is exactly 'the same' as the issue raised by the original question.  After all, if you have had exactly the same problem, you should be able to use exactly the same solution and should not be asked.

  The data retrieved by chkdsk may or may not be usable.  The simplest data - for example, a plain text file - the more likely a file retrieved will be usable by the appropriate application.  More complex data - such as files created by Excel, Word and Powerpoint - may lack the essential elements of the formatting of the data that can make the unopenable file.

  That said, you need to rename a data file retrieved with the extension (3 or 4 characters after the dot) appropriate for the application you want to use with the file.  For example, if you see a file named Dec12Letter.chk, and you know that it is a Word file, rename it to Dec12Letter.doc.

  For Excel files, use .xls and Powerpoint, use. ppt.

  If you are using Office 2007 or 2010, use 4 letter extensions: docx, xlsx, pptx instead.

  Please ensure that your Pen drivers are up-to-date. (check the manufacturer's Web site)

  Also, what exact version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you using?

  Search for graphics card drivers update as well.

When I installed first SmartView, everything was ok - menu item "Hyperion" appeared in Excel and I have established the connection to planning and has worked with the data in Excel with success.   If you have issued your slideshow Organizer items 12 to get a wmv file saved on the hard drive of your computer, you should be

  able to import that in first 13 items editor with add Media/files and folders of the editor and edit and export accordingly.

  There is no integration between the Publisher of slide show of 12 elements Organizer and first 13 items Organizer 13.

  However, you can convert the catalog 12 to 13. But it will take 13 allows you to convert the slideshow in this catalogue in its new format which

  is significantly different from what you used in 12.

  Have you updated 13 to 13.1 yet. If you have, say the program uses a new feature in 13.1 that leaves you with the .iso image file
