  I have not seen Adobe personal or PRE_help this issue whenever it appears in one of the threads here. The frequency of appearance of personal Adobe or PRE_help is not defined. It's a call from Adobe on ignore or fix in the next version or other.

• My first elements will be not started

  I have the first items 11, Reg. number 13/05/2013 [S/N deleted]

  The program is after a computer installed again crash. ' t will be of blue/purper startscreens and hold there.

  

  Stopt here the program and via taakbeheer I can off the program.

  Wat you think is the problem?

  A common cause of pre hanging on launch is the video driver. While not the only possible cause, I would check that first.

  1. What operating system and version are you running?
  2. What video card you have, both make and model?
  3. What is the date and the version of your installed video driver?
  4. If you go to the mfgr. Web site, say nVidia or AMD/ATI, which is the latest version of the driver?
  5. Otherwise, download and install the last reboot and test.

  I followed the instructions for help to create a new preset.  Currently, the NTSC preset allows only 720 X 480 Hz Standard.  I clicked on the "New Preset" button and it will allow me to change the eligible areas, but it does NOT change the size of the image.  I tried to create a size of 320 X 240.  I also need to create an image size of 640 X 480 for a Flip Video camera.

  Anyone know how to change the size of the image on a new preset in first Elements 4?

  Are talking you about creating a project preset or a predefined action? And, if the latter, what category of shares, you are to create?

  It is not available to create a custom frame size preset, however, in the Premiere Elements.

• First Elements 10 does not work after upgrade from 8.1 to 10 Windows

  I haven't had any work in first 10 items from my computer updated from Windows 8.1 for Windows 10. Yesterday, I discovered that the videos I had edited and made first pay more. Videos 'Mpeg' now appear as "mi/gal." The original clips again will play, but not the edited videos.

  Is there a solution?

  First of all make sure that you uninstall and reinstall Premiere Elements after that you upgrade your operating system. Version 10 is a 32-bit program and will not be able to take advantage of the advanced architecture of Windows 10.

  Also to ensure that you have the latest version of Quicktim installed, according to the requirements of the program.

  If you have trouble running first Elements 10, the value that it is running in Compatibility Mode. It should work just fine - just not as well as new 64 bit versions of the program.

The first time I followed the instructions, the video file that results is fuzzy and blurry, not at all like HD video, I could see in the program prior to export. Since then, I tried to export several times with different parameters, and every time the program crashes when the video is approximately 95% complete. How can I correct this situation? It is a wedding video that I made for a paying customer who would like their video on vimeo as soon as possible.

• First Elements 9 will not load the workspace

  Hi all

  I had pre 9 on this computer for some time and have just had a problem in the last month or two.

  • Home screen according to the normal and allows new project or open a project to be selected.
  • Once one of them is selected the workspace opens but is empty without the chronology or the preview selector.
  • the bar menu is at the top of the workspace, but only some of the choices in the drop-down list can be clicked, Eastern are grayed out.
  • those who can be clicked is the standard file menu and workspace menu and catering help.
  • disable the button cannot be selected, nor can register or update. I am running the latest version.
  • I have the last quictime and all drivers are up to date.
  • I am running windows 7 64 bit
  • as stated above, this program has run on this machine before, I have 4 GB of Ram and plenty of space (free 1.5 TB) hard drive

  and in the folder 9.0 is the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file that you delete. If it does not, then delete the 9.0 whole folder in which Adobe first Prefs files exists.

  Have the Folder Options Show hidden files, folders and drivers active so that you can see the described path.

  I bought Adobe Premiere elements 11 Dell to install on my new Dell XPS One 27, which runs Windows 8 Pro.  After you insert the Adobe DVD in my drive hard, my computer would not read the DVD from Adobe, and I can't eject the DVD Adobe.  Any suggestions?

  Is this problem happening only the elements DVD first? You can try loading other DVD and copy their contents to your hard drive? Wanted to confirm that your DVD player works very well so that we can solve this problem. Also if bought separately first Elements of Dell (i.e., it was not shipped with your Dell XPS purchase), you can download the trial version of Premiere Elements from here and when installing it enter the serail number to allow.

• First elements 10 HG1920 AVCHD (.m2ts) playback is choppy

  Installed first Elements 10 day before yesterday and we tried a small project using my camcorder Panasonic SD900 material. The shots are HG1920 AVCHD (.m2ts) format. When I place them on the My project Panel and play them they are jerjy and shimmering. I tried to play sequences individual back by double clicking it in the task pane, and they play very well. I was given to understand that first Elements 10 can cope with the AVCHD formats. It's early days, but I I'm not at the moment who has impressed with the product.

  As with the other threads, uploading to YouTube fails all of a sudden for me with 'Online Services encountered an error. Uploading to YouTube is my main use for PE10 it's more than a little unsatisfying. All the patches?

  I bought a package of photoshop + elements first. Photoshop elements works fine, but

  First elements does not start after installation without errors.

  I tried to test the version and the registered version (w and w/o serialnumber)

  I tried double click on the link, the file orig., and administrator - nothing happens on the screen :-(

  I looked for the "FLEXnet" service... "it's 'sandrine' and started several times"LicenseRecovery109"(without the 0 of the starting point and w) before and after a reboot: nothing happens :-(

  I also tried installing without "windows defender": nothing happens :-(

  Using win8 64-bit on a intel core i3 with 8 GB of RAM

  The solution is absolutely and totally crazy:

  My login usual account was an admin account. Here, I tried to install photoshop elements and elements first.

  Photoshop elements worked very well - first elements could not be started.

  So I created a new admin account and changed my usual login on "standard," konto

  installed the program in the new admin account, set the property to "run as Administrator"

  and now I can start my usual account (standard) program by inserting the admin password.

• First elements 9 install not on a Mac

  I tried to install the first elements 9 on my MacBook Pro 2011 and it would not install.  Photoshop Elements 9 has been installed first and installed correctly.

  I'll call Adobe tomorrow.  What is interesting.  To the best of my knowledge, I've never had a problem where I could not install an Adobe product.

  I'll let you know what they say.  I downloaded the demo and it installed fine.  I deleted it before attempting to install the program on the disk.

  If there is someone who can let me know what is the trick, I would appreciate it.  If this isn't the case, I know, I hope that tomorrow.

  The installation includes installation either on a Windows or Mac computer discs and includes a program disk and the disk for each content.

  So be sure that:

  (1) you use the Mac disk. and

  (2) you install the program - and not the content - first.

  I'm in PE13.1 on Windows Home 10 64-bit

  When I try to publish ISO of DVD or DVD, PE13 saves nothing.  That is to say, happens by the process of rendering for several minutes and said, finally, she has completed successfully the process... but the file I have indicated that it is empty.  Tons of space there, too.  I'm trying to generate a DVD of 4. MOV files totaling a little more than 4 minutes of images with no menus.
