First HP - implicit differentiation and logarithmic differentiation

Good day everyone!

I can't understand how to do implicit differentiation and logarithmic differentiation on the first.

For example, I will try to find y' for this equation.

x ^ 2 + y ^ 2 = ln (x + y) ^ 2

Manually fix the issue, I know that the answer is

y'= (x ^ 2 - xy + ln (x + y)) / (y ^ 2 + XY - ln (x + y))

I hope you can help me please!

Thank you!

Hello

There is no specific order for it. Basically, it's the steps:

1. everything on one side

2. store in a variable

3-dx/dy

Example:

EQ: = x ^ 2 + y ^ 2 - ln (x + y) ^ 2

EQ '/(EQ,y)' (or diff (eq) /diff(eq,y))

Then simplify your result.
