  I have a problem with multicam first CC and it seems to fall during the switching of audio mutlicam cameras. I don't understand what causes this because it happens about 4 times by an hour, completely random sequence. Now, I don't see any wrong settings, but with the expanded view, I also see that the waveform is missing:

  

  Any ideas on how to get the sound back, don't know what happened but all ideas are appreciated. I have re-record audio, so I think that it is not a cache problem. The audio is a direct of the mixer and complete contribution without jumping through the video.

  I've never had this problem before. Today when I tried to import some. MP4 files to the large external hard drive, where the video was recorded with a GoPro HERO3. Half of the records import in first 12 only audio and video is not displayed. It seems that files that have a. THM files which accompanied them. For some reason only half of the files on the seemed to have one. File THM that accompany them.  I have re-installed first, and that did not help.

  In post 11, I indicated that I have had no problems to work on your GPO30006.mp4 in first 12 Windows elements. I thought it was the example of the file that would incorporate audio nothing for you in the first of 12 elements.  You have now said that this GPO30006.mp4 was one of the files without a problem. So, good news, we agree that it GPO30006.mp4 present in the first 12 items as a file supported video and audio.

  Your GOPR0005.mp4 file that you confirm the problem (only audio import in first 12 items) file has now been considered.

  1. There is no problem it play in Windows Media Player or QuickTime Player. And I'm not picking up on any significant difference in the reading properties, MediaInfo or gspot programs, comparing it to GPO30006.mp4.

  In the first 12 items, after you import the file in the active project, I think I have picked up on the heart of the problem. I propose that it is probably creating the timecode in the camera or some unexplained glitch in the reading of the first elements 12 of time code of the file. • Late of video development

  My video in first pro is "late" and when I make it, it works well. Where is the problem?

  They are correct in saying: you're well below the minimum requirements.

  The absolute minimum RAM proposed by Adobe first CC is 8 GB and it is suggested to have 16 GB and you have only 2 GB.

  Your configuration tells me you have probably only one hard drive (I hope it's at least a 7200 RPM drive) where real video editing requires a minimum of two disks, and this time we SSD because they are a minimum of three times faster if you have ports of disk SATA III on this (probably) old mother of 8-year card.  "The full 3.0 standard (6 Gb/s) was released on May 27, 2009"

• First continuous CC audio drop-outs during playback

  I am a professional editor and I'm at the point plan to switch to another software after you have always had this problem for over a year. Without fault during playback the audio will stop randomly forcing me to stop and resume playback until it does it again and again and again. He has made it impossible to show the work to clients.

  I had this problem on several computers and I am currently using the iMac spec higher available running a Sound Devices USBPre 2 as an interface, so I don't see how this is causing the problem. I work almost primarily with images of the FS7 Sony (XAVC-I), but I also had the same problem with images from other cameras. I have experimented with setting the IO buffer size, but this does not solve the problem. I also make sure to import all the clips correctly using the media browser.

  Is it simply a major bug with first that will force me to change software or anyone has any suggestions as to what could be the problem?

• Difference of sequence first Pro CC Audio Source vs reading

  Can anyone offer a solution or a reason for this:

  I recorded audio with a microphone from blue snowball to QuickTime. It has exported audio as a .m4a. I imported the .m4a in first and listen to the audio from the source and it was excellent. cut out what I need and placed the parts in my sequence. When I have the sequence of playback, the audio has taken a turn for the worse. It's as if I added a kind of static texture. The quality has decreased very significantly. Everything I've done is cut out from the source audio and inserted pieces.

  This is my first post and I dunno if someone needs more information to help. Let me know!

  Sequence > sequence settings > audio > sampling frequency must be increased

  Thought I would create a new thread for this audio plugin even if it's the same problem as the plugins from Izotope.

  When the plugin is used in the string of runway or placed directly on the audio clip, you do not drive change it w / the program to stall for about 20 seconds.  All the wave plugins work fine...

  
  

  2 speaker works very well in 2014, but not in 2015, both on two different machines.

  Both machines are fast.  Here are the specs;

  Machine #1: 2013 Mac Pro, Yosemite 10.10.4, 2.7 GHz 12 - Core Intel Xeon E5, w / cards Dual AMD over-pants D700 6144 MB 64 GB Ram graphics card.   Maid in PCI box w / AJA card connected to a Raid 6 array 600 MB/s and a Mackie mixer.

  Machine #2: Early 2009 Mac Pro, Yosemite 10.10.3, 2x2.66 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 16 GB of Ram and ATI Radeon HD 4870 512 MB graphics card.

  Any suggestions?    I have also contacted Audio Ease on this problem and you will know when I hear something and also posted something similar on Izotope plugins in this thread: first CC 2015 + Izotope Ozone 6

  Here's an update.   I think I found a solution that works w / both this plugin and plugins Izotope.     Everything seems to work fine and no more than stalling / crashing right now.

  I just disabled "Composite display during Trim ' option in the timeline view settings and now riding the audio with one of these plugins in the bus is like butter.

• Adobe first Elements 11 Audio will not play?

  I'm doing a video for the birthday of a friend, but the audio doesn't WILL NOT PLAY no matter what I try. I looked at all the possible solutions I could find for it and even tried to redo the entire project, ONLY TO FIND THAT the AUDIO STILL will not PLAY. It drives me nuts is how tense this product. Sometimes he plays audio, sometimes it doesn't. He sometimes plays audio through a speaker but not the other, and sometimes he plays on both speakers very well. Usually, a quick adjustment on the volume of the speaker would fix it, but not this time. It would simply not work. I am thinking seriously to a new editing software and stay as far away from Adobe Premiere Elements as possible. Unless there is a quick easy fix for this glitch. And I know for a fact that the audio is there, because it shows the audio in the video. I can play audio very well elsewhere, but not in first 11 elements. If anyone has a solution for this, please let me know. I was hoping to finish this today in time for my friend's birthday, but then this glitch happened and I can not get audio either. I tried to adjust the audio settings, change the ASIO driver settings and what things I googled before. IT WILL NOT WORK. If anyone has fixes for this, please let me know.

  I created my 3 1/2 (three and a half) minutes of video music using the first, I did all my cuts and do 2 tracks or channels of video with an audio wave 1 and registered as a first draft.

  I imported the AE CS4 project (a project to create import)

  I added all my effects, corrections of colors and etc, but when my friend saw the project made (my final film), he disliked some parts of the video and told me to replace it with different scenes.

  Now I can take back this "project almost completed, in addition to a few scenes that he didn't like" back to first, to replace the scenes and bring my project to AE or what is the right way to solve this problem?

  AE has a function to replace the images, but it is not necessarily needed.  You can change the composition directly, make necessary adjustments.

• First elements 11 Audio import error

  I have PE - 11 on my desktop and my laptop.  I get an error - but only on the desktop.  No matter which movie I am editing - when I go to drag the music file (soundtrack) for blocking the "audio of the drag here", I get the following dialog box, saying "Add Media Failure" followed by "the importer reported a generic error.

  That's all it says - and he does not accept the audio file.  No matter if I do it in the 'rapid' or 'expert' or if I try to move it to another audio track - I get the same error.

  When I drag an audio file on the audio track on the laptop, it works perfectly.

  Is there something I can do - on the desktop - to eliminate this error?  I really don't want to reload all media to the laptop and build times from scratch.  At the end of the day, the office is my primary workstation - so I have to find a way to solve this problem.

  iTunes has changed some things, compared to their music and their files. For other reasons, I have an older version of iTunes, which works very well, and with which I am familiar. The more recent versions probably offer other benefits with respect to the use of music in a production of video, but as I do that, I don't feel the need for it.

  Coming back, the only way to use iTunes music was to create a playlist in iTunes, and then burn it to a CD-Audio. That CD could then be torn (it would be the CDA format), to a 48 kHz 16-bit PCM/WAV (as John T.). The resulting PCM/WAV would incorporate in first perfectly. I use Adobe Audition to tearing it, but many free audio editing programs can do the same thing very well.

  With this workflow as a fallback, let's see if we can get both of your computers managing the iTunes files properly. First of all, you have iTunes (and identical or very similar versions) installed on two computers? You have the same, or very similar versions of Apple QT Player installed on two computers? If this isn't the case, that is where I would start.
