  I do video editing on the mac end 2009 with 2 x 2, 26 Ghz Xeon

  System: 10.9.5

  Was CS6, and everything was fine.

  One point, had to move to CC in another studio...

  Thought it wasn't a problem because I am in a CC text.

  But after I installed first Pro CC on my Mac, I had the very unpleasant surprise to discover that it crashes at startup,

  Displays this message:

  Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any compatible video conference module...

  (Yes, it's the French for: Adobe PP could find any compatible video player)

  Any ideas would be much appreciated!

  Hello

  Please go to the following location to move the Adobe folder on the desktop,

  User library > Application support >

  User library > preferences >

  Make sure that you are in the library user not in the library system.

  Access the hidden user library files. Mac OS 10.7 and later versions

  Please rename the Adobe folder in the documents to old.adobe

  Now try and launch.

  Finaly! If you stuck after tracking media, during your drive are disconnected from the computer and your project contains media from him - just press "ESCAPE"!

  Here are the solutions. Solution 1 should be able to solve the problem. In the case where it does not, try the solution 2 and 3.

  
  

  Solution 1: Install Dreamweaver CC (2015)

  • On your Mac, open Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application and go to applications.
  • Install Dreamweaver CC (2015).

  
  

  Solution 2: Install Muse CC 2014.3.2

  • On your Mac, open Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application and go to applications.
  • Scroll down to FIND ADDITIONAL APPS, click Previous Version > VIEW PREVIOUS VERSIONS.
  • Click the Install of Muse, select CC 2014.3.2 (2014).

  
  

  Solution 3: Install Acrobat Pro DC

  • On your Mac, open Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application and go to applications.
  • Install Acrobat Pro DC.

  • When you upgrade an application CC 2014 2015 CC, you can choose to keep the 2014 version.
  • After you upgrade an application for 2015 of CC, you can also reinstall the CC 2014 version. Please refer to the procedure described in solution 2.

  Try disabling hide MenuBar in your system prefs - which seems to be a trigger for crash at startup in El Capitan...

  [7Pro - 32 bit] [Acro Pro XI] After the first Acro Pro XI began with the last v11.0.9 update (no PDF file is open.. just application of Acro Pro XI), AcrobatPro XI quit unexpectedly without message 20 seconds

  I have first:

  Uninstall Adobe Reader XI then uninstall Acrobat Pro XI and then restart the computer then install again as Acrobat Pro XI, then restart the computer.

  Try to start the Application Pro Acrobat after you download the last update (v11.0.9)

  Same behavior: Adobe Acrobat Pro XI closes unexpectedly

  I tried also to start in administrator mode but it's the same result...

  So, today I decide to uninstall Adobe Acrobat and Reader products.

  Use the cleaning tool for Acrobat Pro Acrobat and reader for deleted prefs, register etc...

  it restarts the computer, and then update all the firmware of the computer DELL OPTIPLEX 380

  Restart the computer again then install Acrobat Pro XI ADMINISTRATOR mode

  Then download the 11.0.9 update manually and install it right after

  Restart again...

  Start Acrobat Pro and bad result... Acrobat Pro quit unexpectedly after 20 years of his first start without open document

  Why nobody gives an idea or an answer?

  I have the same problem after update 9.3 OS on my Ipad 2... Crashing in IBooks. PDF and missing books. I have access to my books for about a minute before it crashed.

  It still occurs with the 9.3.1 update.

  I don't really know where to go then except put it there the 9.3.1 upgrade did not fix my problem.

  Thinking that I might have to consider for an Apple Tech which is an expense I really don't think I should have to bear, because I did not cause the problem that everything worked fine with my iBook before upgrading the OS 9.3.

  If you subscribe to a SINGLE, as the first application only, it includes Media Encoder and Encore CS6. If you subscribe to CLOUD CREATIVE at the higher cost, you get all applications including After Effects.

  Could if it you please let me know what happens when you click on the Acrobat icon to launch it for the first time.

  You get the error message? If Yes, then please let me know by sharing the screenshot of the same so that I can analyze the problem.

  You can try to uninstall and then reinstall Acrobat XI from the below mentioned link:

  Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X

  In the activation window that appears, use your serial number to activate the software.

  Then, try to start again and check.

  Let me know how it goes.
