• First Pro CC crashes when you use jpg images in the timeline. Any help?

  My CC PP (on Mac) crashes when you use jpg (large) images in an HD timeline. PP gives me this way in an error message: [/ sirreact64/releases/2013.03/shared/adobe/MediaCore/Backend/Make/Mac/... /.. / Src/video/Vid eoPreviewCache.cpp - 75]

  But it's not the worst. This accident of the project folder destrys and I can't open it again, so all the work is lost. Also backup files will not open. Someone knows how to fix this?

  I would also advise people to resize pictures and graphs to not more than twice the size of the frame they have for their sequence settings be on the right side and for better performance. Bigger than that you are having problems.

• Newbie question: Dimension of the hierarchy doesn't let me drag columns to levels

  I am installing a new Dimension of the hierarchy in my repository OBIEE. It allows me to create a new dimension, and to set up the levels, but then it doesn't let me drag the columns above. I missed a step somewhere, but I don't know what.
  
  Steps to create a hierarchy of Dimension - >
  Create a dimension object.
  Add a parent level object.
  Add objects of child level.
  Determine the number of items.
  Specify level columns. -C' is where I'm stuck. I can drag columns from the fact, but not the size.
  Create level keys.

  You can take the dimension columns from the dimesnion on which you created the hierarchy. You cannot extract columns of two dimensions in a hierarchy...

  Try to rebuild the hierarchy. Right-click on the dimension table and select Create dimension. All the columns in this dimension will be appera in the hierarchy. Then, you can create different levels and can drag columns of fall of hierarchy itself.

  Suddenly my first Pro CC 2015-2 arrested runnig when I tried to drag a clip to the timeline, or when, after scoring its entry points and in the Preview Panel, I tried to slide the timeline. Apparently it works because it keeps at the opening, but one cannot do anything but you close with control Q; the keys on the keyboard are one thing that really works.  I can't do anything with the mouse and it seems that a certain way, the software crashed, but with all the panels open and without any warning. I copied the complete proyect to your laptop with the first Minister Pro 2015-1 and it happened the same thing, so I think the question is on the project and it started to happen after the update by 2015-1 about 10 days ago (this is not the first time that's happened but to this day I don't know how every time it turned fixed) old work projects and I finish the proyect (from scratch from another) on the same computer and with the same OS (windos10) without any problem with the Premier Pro CS6. So far I have not had problem with the version of 2015-1 that I bought last November. Could someone tell me what is happening and what is the solution?

  Fixed with a new version of the same driver 341.92. I hope that it will be forever. Thanks for your advice and also thanks to the chat support team that came to the same conclusion.

On previous versions of Firefox I could view my folders of bookmarks on the left side of my screen and just leave them there, to access saved bookmarks when I needed to. Now with FF4, I can open a vertical column of my bookmark folders by clicking on bookmarks in the navigation bar, but it will not stay there; If I click elsewhere that they disappear. I could put a bar of bookmarks on my screen, but it takes more vertical space. I have a lot of horizontal space that is unused. How can I return to the display of bookmarks in previous versions?

  {Ctrl + B} opens and closes the bookmarks bar, which will remain open until you close yourself - even when you actually close Firefox, it should reopen the next time to launch Firefox without having to do anything.

  Drag / drop may not work if you don't have any enabl; e source patch or did not target the track for the same thing.

  Well, I hope someone can help with this, because it starts to become frustrating.

  I produce commercials, and I've always had roughly the same workflow that I started. But only within the last week, when I drag the music from the project Panel to the Source Panel or timeline panel, the program freezes and I won't be able to click on anything or to save my work.

  The targeting of the track is tilted, the track is unlocked, and all the sound elements was MP3, WAV, or types of files otherwise bearable. And that's how I worked for years. I don't know if the problem as I've updated until 2016.

  I run Windows 7.

  when I drag music leave the Source Panel or project Panel on the timeline, the program freezes and I will not be able to click on anything or to save my work.

  I apologize for this annoying problem. This is a bug we are working on a fix for the next version. The solution is to remove brand when you drag any file of film to the timeline. Hope that helps.
