First problems Pro CC 2014 MTS/AVCHD

Hi all

Since I updated my software last month, I have problems to load my pictures from my camera (Sony A77).

The camera produces the MTS files in AVCHD format, which hassen been a problem before. But now I just get an error:

-Error message: the file has an unsupported compression type.

Any ideas on one solution other than transcoding images before using it?

After Effects has no problem to read the files.

Concerning

Rename the folder in which the images reside?

    Hello

He is a recent problem I had when trying to play some clips in first Pro CC (2014), I import the entire private folder and some game clips as normal and others seem to have ignored audio. This causes the second half of the video for do not have audio in there at all because it's boots upwards initially. I don't know even where to start by trying to solve the problem, the only thing I've done is re import the files and put them into new folders to change the destination, it was imported from.

Any advice would be extremely useful as it is above all preventing me from getting any work.

    Thank you!

    Hi amber1992,

I will suggest you to go ahead and clean the media cache and cache media files folders manually.

MAC OS: Click the go menu > go to files > ~/Library type, and then click ok. This open the user's library folder and then access the Application Support > Adobe > commune > media Cache and the Cache of media files. Delete all the files in these folders.

Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common or you can click on the Start button and search for type %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto and the Roaming folder > Adobe > commune > media Cache and the Cache of media files.

Once done the project again and check.

    Kind regards

  • Impossible to import the MTS with first Pro CC (2014)

I have the problem with first Pro CC (2014) and Media Encoder CC (2014). "Compression of media is not supported" (or something like that, it's in German...)

After effects CC (2014) and Prelude CC (2014) there is no problem to import these files.

MTS to a Panasonic SC-V550, files from a folder structure of AVCHD, 1080 p 50 fps.

I already did a project with the file of the theses in first Pro CC a few months ago!

    Hi Das modular,

Move media to another directory, drive, or simply change the name of the folder where your media. You should be able to import the files after that.

    Thank you

DAS geschieht relatively schnell, wenn man den stabilizer einsetzt. • Premiere Pro CC 2014 error 'first pro could not find capable video game modules.

Hello, I'm having a problem with Premiere Pro CC 2014. Whenever I try to open it, it displays an error saying that "Premiere pro can't find capable video game modules". In the start screen, when it starts to load, it stucks at loading "ImporterQuickTime.prm", and then displays the error. I tried to reinstall the program, update the drivers for my graphics card, delete the Temp files, rename folders called Adobe to OldAdobe, by installing the latest version of Quick Time, and a lot more that I don't remember. Surprisingly, first works in my old PC and when I say old, is OLD, it has only 1 GB of RAM, and it still works there. The PC in which that I am trying to open it, is much better, has 4 GB of RAM and runs almost all of the games and programs like CC Flash and Photoshop CC. Please help me someone, any solution will be really appreciated. Thank you and sorry for my English .

Hello and sorry for my delay in answering.

I could solve it, when I was trying to solve a problem I had with another program. I don't exactly know what it it solved, but if someone has the same problem, try to install .NET Framework and Visual C++ 2013 or something like that. Hope it helps and thank you all for helping me.

  • First Pro CC 2014.2 frequently crashes when switching between programs

I started to program frequent crashes in first Pro CC 2014.2 Mac OS 10.10.3 on my Mac Pro 2013. This problem occurs when I switch to another program, say word or Adobe Audion back to Premiere Pro. I have the dialog box "we're sorry" and the application breaks down. About 50% of the time when this happens - when I reopen it the application that it hangs again - and then on the 2nd re - open it is successful. It's really annoying my workflow to worry about a crash whenever I have spend in AE or hearing. I uninstalled all the plugins, uninstalled and re-installed PP, erased the media cache and reset the preferences. Happening every day on this machine. Problem of mask in first Pro CC 2014 - YouTube

play with some projects I have, just by chance I had used an old layer of setting in 1080 p for a sequence of 720 p. When the mask is applied to this adjustment layer, he did exactly the same thing as you in your video!  to check your adjustment layer, it is the right size for the sequence?

  • First Pro CC 2014.2 - Crash when you drag videofile in timeline

    Hey guys,.

When I try to drag an image or videofile (doesn't really matter what file format, codec or length) in a sequence first Pro CC 2014.2 will crash immediately, without warning. Just the usual "Adobe Premiere has stopped working" in Windows 7.

I use Windows 7 64-bit with 4 GB of RAM, Intel Core i3-4130 NECK @ 3.40 GHz and an Intel HD Graphics 4400. Premiere Pro worked no problem a few days before, with no changes to the system. The error occurred in first Pro CC 20141 too. Maybe that's a problem with the preview of the video? Music files are no problem.

Thanks in advance! Need help as soon as possible. Visitors are waiting

    Solution:
My graphics not supported the "Mercury Playback Engine (Open CL) GPU acceleration. You can replace "Mercury Playback Engine software only" in your project settings.
But it's in the wrong place in my opinion. Why not in "Edit/Preferences"? I could have changed by myself, but I have not found the menu.

  • GoPro HERO4 Black - edition 4K on first Pro CC 2014.0.1

Hello, I'm new to the GoPro, and we recently bought a black HERO4.  I am editing with first Pro CC 2014.0.1 on a MacBook Pro, form below:

    Intel Core i7 2.8 GHz

    16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics NVIDIA GeFore GT 750M 2048MB

    OS X 10.9.4 (13E28)

I have no problem reading a file of RED R3D 5 K or 4K mov of a GH4 but I get reading jerky in a timeline first Pro of the GoPro even MP4 to 1080 Superview.  I was wondering if there is something that I have to be able to change the native MP4 files or I just transcode the GoPro to ProRes files in order to work with them in first Pro CC

Ideas, help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I have a desktop PC tough at home with roughly the same characteristics and I would test the images but the MacBook Pro and CC 2014 is my work Setup and I understand this point for the configuration of work if possible.

    Thank you

    -Erik

All together, I've updated for first Pro CC 20141, build 8.1.0 (81) and I can now rub 4K images from the GoPro without problem.

  • No visible video in the source or program windows - first Pro CC 2014 8.2.0

I've just updated for first Pro CC 2014 version 8.2.0, and now no matter what I try, no video is visible in the source or program window.  I used 8.0.0 with no problems (at least not this one), but was forced to update to open the calendar of a customer.  I was having exactly the same problem with the update 8.1 a few months ago and has been forced to downgrade to 8.0.0 to see my video.

It doesn't matter what is the codec, or if it is an image file, bars and tone or a title rendered in first.  Nothing.  If I play or rub I hear audio, video, not at all.

It really blows that a project saved to 8.2 will not be open to 8.0.  They are the two Premiere Pro CC 2014.

Looks like it has something to do with my video card, because when I resize the Windows I'm presented with a bunch of flight of the vertical blue lines.

I'm on a 2012 bicoeur Mac Pro with OS 10.9.5, ATI Radeon HD 5870 video card stock.

I looked first preferences to see if there is some kind of active Accelerator GPU or something, but I don't see anything like that.  Anywhere else that I can look at?

It is a big problem.  I pay $50 / month for this?

Okay, I found the problem.  My project settings had failed in the Mercury Playback Engine acceleration GPU (Open CL).  I guess that ATI Radeon HD 5870 1024 MB card is not compatible with this, so go to the option of read only software resolved the problem.

    Phew.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2014 and 2014 Media Encoder CC problem

    Hello

Whenever I'm ready to export my project my first Pro CC 2014 stop answer all together. I tried the short cut (command + M) or through the bar Manu. the result is the same, first Pro CC 2014 just freezes and does not respond to what it is until I force quit and relaunch allover again. I tried exporting from Premiere Pro auto, without using the Media Encoder, but the problem remains the same.

I use the new Mac Pro. I've heard talk of that adobe Premiere Pro has problems with the new Mac Pro. Is this true? Or another problem?

Thank you and looking forward to hear from you again,

  • First Pro CC (2014) crashing during a sequence

I just did a clean install of OS X Yosemite and installed Creative cloud on my MacPro 2008. Whenever I make a new sequence or open a saved draft of Premiere Pro CS6, first Pro CC 2014 still crashes. I don't know what is happening because before I upgraded to OS X from Mavricks, I used Premiere Pro CS6 without any problem at all. Help, please! Thank you!

    Here are my MacPro settings:

Here are the errors I get:

    Screen Shot 2014-10-21 at 2.03.04 PM.png

That empty space is usually said this:

    Screen Shot 2014-10-21 at 2.03.43 PM.png

OK I seemed to "solve" the problem. I have two video cards on my MacPro:

I have a monitor Setup three with two monitors on the 2600 XT and a single on the 6870. I disconnected the two monitors on the 2600 XT and created a new sequence and it does not crash. Not quite sure what's happening with this because this has never been a problem while I was running Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. I still don't want to run an installation monitor three but the 6870 does not support three monitors. If all goes well, there is an Adobe update that will correct this problem.

Is it possible that first will not try to use the other video card?

  • Cannot get card GeForce GTX 560 Ti CUDA to work with the new version of first Pro CC 2014

In the past, I was able to get CUDA on my GeForce GTX 560 Ti card to work with the Mercury playback engine by adding 'GeForce GTX 560 it' in the file cuda_supported_cards.txt. But with the new version of CC 2014 first, this file is not in the repertoire of Premiere Pro more. Is there a way to get my GTX 560 it be listed as a card support for CUDA with CC 2014?

So, I thought about it.  I installed the latest graphics driver, and then open the NVIDIA Control Panel.  Here, I've selected "Manage 3D settings" and went to the 'Program settings' tab  I chose Adobe Premiere (adobe first pro.exe) in the list and under the function of "CUDA" - GPU, I changed to "Use these GPU" and selected my GTX 560 it (which was the only one listed).

After that, I opened the first Pro CC 2014 and selected 'Project Settings - général' and was therefore able to choose "Mercury Playback Engine GPU acceleration" under Renderer (which was unavailable).

I hope this will help someone else if they encounter the same problem.
