  I recently bought a new HP Envy with Windows 8 (previously Vista) computer and updated my laptop Windows 7 HP for Windows 8.

  I would like to know how do I return my Spider Solitaire & hearts playing cards for Windows 7 and Vista.  It is very annoying for me.  The version on Windows 8 is terrible.  It was so handy on my desk.  I still see the files on my Windows 7 laptop that has been upgraded, but I can't make them work.

  Is it possible to buy the same games for Windows 8?  From my XP computer for many years these were still embedded in my PC.

  Here are a few additional steps that you can follow.
   
   Step 1
   
  You must first copy all the games to some removable drive as a USB key.
   
  Then, go to "C:\Program Files\" and copy the Microsoft Games folder in the removable drive or disc.
   
  
   
   Step 2
   
  Now, go down to "C:\Windows\System32\" on your Windows 7 location and copy the .dll files for the games as well.
   
  
   
   Step 3
   
  Now, go to the system of Windows 8 and navigate to the location to "C:\Program Files\" and paste the Microsoft Games folder.
   
  
   
  Step 4
   
  Paste all the .dll files in the Microsoft Games folder.
   
  
   
  Now, your work is done.

  You can run the Windows Update Troubleshooter & check if the problem persists.

  IM using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Since I reformatted my laptop. I have to reinstall everything. Now the most important part is that I have to reinstall my Visual Studio community 2015. The whole process is very good but when Hotfix for Windows (KB2882822) applies its takes too long. I leave my laptop 2 days for this process, but nothing happened. I tried to manually install the fix for windows, but it is written "looking for updates on this computer" sound also takes too much time nothing will happen if you wait. • Pavilion a6530f: what video card installed works for Windows 10 and a 300W power supply?

  I have a6530f a desktop Pavilion PC.  I am currently running Windows 7 and am interested in upgrading to Windows 10.  I get and error message when you try to install the W10.  "NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430".  I think I need to improve my video card.  Can what video card I install that will work for Windows 10 and is rated for the power supply 300W in my lap?  I'm not very techie.

  Your model has the AMD/Intel switchable graphics.

  It is unlikely that the W8 AMD graphics driver will work on W8.1.

  Normally, you can use some of the drivers W7/W8 on W8.1, but the graphics is very doubtful - not switchable graphics anyway.

  You can run the windows 8.1 upgrade wizard and see what it reports.

  b. do you get errors trying to run the game in compatibility mode?

  Look for error messages in the event viewer. If you find error messages after return the exact error message so that we can help you better.

  Measures to check the application event log:

  1. click on start.
  2. in the search box type eventvwr.msc, and then on enter.
  3. now, click Application in the event viewer (local).
  4. now locate the event log on the right side of the event viewer window.
