  Your system is running Windows 10, it can refer to the quick start being activated.

  The Pros and Cons Windows 10 "quick commissioning" Mode -howtogeek.com using this document, you can try disabling the quick start and see if that helps.

• Pavilion HPE h8-1330z CTO: video card dying fan, tried to replace the card, the computer does not start

  This Pavilion comes preinstalled with a nVidia GeForce GT 630 graphics card. The fan on the card goes bad - the card smells "burny" when I run, the fan works really hard and the computer crashes while playing graphics-heavy games.

  I tried replacing a PNY Verto GeForce GT 730 2048 MB DDR3 card. But now, with the Verto installed, my flag starts, it crashes just on the HP splash screen. I can not start safe mode nor can I access the BIOS settings.

  Care of the Verto seemed to think it would work in my Pavilion - PCIe 2.0, at least 300W PSU. I searched online for help but can't find a solution for my problem.

  Any tips?

  I checked the support page for my Pavlillion and I noticed a updated driver for my computer's BIOS. I installed and it seems to have solved the problem.

  The HDDrecovery usable only if you are able to access the Windows Advanced Boot menu. There is an option called fix my computer which will start the Toshiba HDDrecovery.
  I put t know what the user manual you have, but AFAIK press zero will not work. You must press the F8 key to access the advanced boot menu.

  If not, there is nothing you can do I think wait Toshiba Recovery disk Windows reinstallation. This will restore the preinstalled settings of Toshiba. If you n t have this disc, you can order it here:

  Alternative you can use a Microsoft Windows disk to reinstall Windows. After that, you have all the drivers and tools from Toshiba Web site.

• Using the Structure of the event in a Machine of State Enum

  I'm new to labview(~10 months). I tried my best to search on the forum/net but didn't have an explanation.
  I simplified the code to show the problem. I'm using Labview 2013 worm 13.0f2 (32 bit).

  The "EventStructure_Trigger_in_EnumStateMachine.vi" is a State Enum machine.
  The "resting" State contains a structure of event that detect evnet of changing value of 3 buttons:

  Do something touches: simply show something of the display flag
  Start Run button: bring the program into "run" State
  End key: put the program in the 'final' State and then close it

  The State of 'run' is a time loop that will be stopped only by clicking the 4th button - button stop running and bring back the program in case of 'lazy '.

  The problem is to "run" State, any click on irrelevent buttons 3 (buttons only detected by the structure of the event in case of 'lazy') will make the program crash.
  By comparison, I create an another vi attached as 'WhileLoop_in_EnumStateMachine.vi', which is almost the same except that the event structure is replaced by a while loop (and do something key has no function). In this vi, everything works well - by clicking the irrelevent buttons will not crash.

  I can't understand why.

  I'll bite. Here are the steps you need to take. Keep in mind that it's my best guess - I have never installed or used Cobra show creator, so I don't know exactly how it is supposed to work:

  TO START:

  1. Launch VMware Fusion. I guess that you have done with this.

  2. install Windows 7. I guess that you have done with this.

  3. start Windows 7 in VMware Fusion. Looks like you do this step correctly, and appeared a window Windows 7 (with the toolbar, etc.). What I don't understand is why the window is black. My Windows 7 window is black as long as Windows 7 is starting, but I see a normal Windows 7 window, once it's over.

  FIX: In the menu bar Mac, VMware Fusion, select the Virtual Machine-> Reboot and tell us what is happening. We will need more information to help you solve this problem.

  Next steps:

  WINDOWS IS GO:

  4. Once Windows 7 is to the top, you should see a normal screen of Windows 7 with the Windows flag 'Start' button in the lower left corner. If this is not the case, connect to Windows 7 with the account and the password that you created during the installation. Now you should see the Windows flag 'start '.

  5. in the Mac, VMware Fusion menu bar, read the Virtual Machine menu.

  Does include "Install VMware Tools"? If so, select and install VMware Tools from within the window of Windows 7. Choose all the default values.

  SET UP A SHARED FOLDER:

  9. click on the sign more, then navigate to the Mac folder that has the installer of Cobra show creator.

  10. the folder should appear in the list, and "on" must be checked.

  11. close the Setup window and return to the screen of your Windows 7.

  INSTALL COBRA SHOW CREATOR:

  12. click on the button "Start" Windows flag in the bottom left corner and select "Computer" on the right side of the menu.

  13. subject to the network location, double-click shared folders to open, and then double-click your shared folder to open it.

  14. double-click on setup of Cobra show creator.

  15. follow the prompts to install Cobra show creator. I hope it's intuitive. If in doubt, accept the default value.

  16. after the installation, you can double-click a desktop icon Cobra show creator. If there is no icon on the desktop, then click the Windows flag 'Start' menu and then click on Cobra show creator.

  Warnings and additional remarks:

  * I assumed you use settings by default when you installed Windows 7 virtual machine in VMware.

  * I guess these default settings are sufficient for Cobra show creator.

  * I take you to the word you go only to run Cobra show creator. If you do a lot of other things in Windows, including connection to the Internet, then you should proactively make sure it is safe by installing software anti-malware, keeping Windows updated with patches updates, monthly Microsoft etc..

  Currently, I started my first project with After Effects. I have a flag and a bar to grab the flag. So first the bar arrives, then the flag should lower from the top to the left.

  I guess you know what I mean, if not: if I hold a flag rolled into my hands, just keep holding the upper part of the flag and free the rest, he rolls up and down.

  'Roll-Out' doesn't seem to be the correct name to do this because Google locks up totally on this research.

  I think it is possible with a trick or something. There is no "place" as in real time, sound enough if its Venatrix comes from top to bottom!

  Edit: Idea: simply make a block with the same as the background and let it move down on top, so the flag starts to be visible at the top, and then deeper later.

  Can someone out there describe in simple basic procedure, how a first time user start using Premiere Pro to the layer just a moving figure video of 5 minutes (a friend aerial artist model with white moving belt in silk on a rest mainly black background layer and a change to a night sky stars panorama I photographed previously?)

  I know that this can easily be done, I have worked in thousands of still images with creative cloud for previous years, but not yet in video in Premiere Pro, so thanks for any advice.

  I enclose the actual video that I use and some samples of the fields of the night sky that I photographed recently for ideas

  I intend to make possibly more elaborate, but for now if anyone of you could just show the basic commands and menus/menus to start to do it simply and quickly. Maybe how to most later convert it tone black & white or sepia. The ideas here is to recreate a sequence modern suite of familiar German Film, wings of desire. Perhaps also a progression in the future to create an effect of the night sky very slowly turning into one layer background behind the main façade first video layer in normal movement. Then maybe a little further - how to adjust the speed of the front to a path layer more slow half price while keeping the substantive motion, the original speed. (* although I realize that I didn't do in 64 fps for the slow movement, I am not concerned about that and would actually welcome a light old world "flip effect framework" as if, in appearance of the films more former silent motion.) * In addition, possibly cutting on 'dead time' a few seconds at the beginning of the video and the 2nd or 3rd time for a few seconds of this unexpected error, when the silk scarf fell on the camera lens (without changing the audio timeline?)

  I have JDeveloper 11.1.1.4 with Integrated Weblogic Server. I had activated all "Debug" flags in the WLS and now after the bounce required servers, it does not come to the top. Should I did more than all the "Debug" options, but I am just unable to login to turn it off.

  Check also if you could comment on the underside of the elements in the config.xml file and restart the server, if you have not kept the backup copy of the configuration file.

  It certainly seems that the video card.  If the computer works properly using the integrated video, I would replace the Board.  If you do not change the map, be sure to check the power SUPPLY of the computer.  HP has their cards designed to work with the installed PSU.  Therefore, the same card out of the shelf model may not work correctly.

  Try the following.

  Click with the right button on the Start Menu and select (Admin) command prompt and click 'Yes' to the uac prompt.

  In the command prompt window, type powershell and press to enter.

  Copy the following text and paste it into the command prompt, and then press ENTER.

  Get-AppXPackage - AllUsers | Foreach {add-AppxPackage-DisableDevelopmentMode-register "$($_.) {"InstallLocation) \AppXManifest.xml"}

  When it finished, type exit, press ENTER, and then type exit and press enter once more.

  Reboot the laptop.
