  I have the problem with loading fresh installed Flash CS6.

  Yesterday, I reinstalled system (win7 64 bit) and start the download and installation of the Adobe software. Everything worked well, Flash has started, I made a few banners and he went to sleep.

  After installing I can not start Flash. I'm clicking on the icon, I see Welcome screen, and while "Initializing fonts" simply disappear. No error, no warning, nothing.

  In fact, just solved the problem (and ongoing):

  If you go to:

  C:\Users\«yourusername»\AppData\Local\Adobe\Flash CS6\en_US\Configuration

  There is a file fontinfo.txt. This opens up in Notepad and remove all what it and save it, but before new Flash, change the properties of this file fontinfo.txt to read only if Flash is unable to crush it again.  Seems clear loading crash issue.

  Please, try the following steps:

  Rename the default workspace "Adobe Flash Builder 4.7" (on Mac, it is located at users/username/Documents/Adobe Flash Builder 4.7) and try to start Flash Builder.

  Even if it does not work. Please uninstall Flash Builder and use the cleaning (from this location http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html ) tool to clean and re-install Flash Builder.

  New install of WIndows 7 (32 bit). Test Flash CS6 installation costs. Click Help > using Flash and nothing happens. Help does not load. Browser opens. Nothing happens.   I have not used the Flash CS6 (on Win 7 x 64 Pro) for a few months, and now, when you open or create projects, Flash crashes at about 10% CPU and will not continue loading.

  Thank you. None of these circumstances applied to me, but I found the problem by using a few process and Thread analysis tools. There was a problem with my Wacom drivers and for some reason, and to delete and reinstall these has solved the problem.

  I take an online class this semester and our class requires the use of the version of Flash CS6.

  I just got the phone with the customer service and we were able to solve the problem. In fact he was doing me a favor because apparently they provide no service for Flash CS6 version and they advised me to post on the forums.

  I use an IMAC late 2013, El Capitan. The CC version works fine, but my teacher wants us to use the CS6 version, I guess it has more features.   in any case, the Flash is not admissible it takes forever to load and then I was advised to stop force but then when it opens in fact soon it after less than a minute it crashes.

I tried everything I can, relocations and others without success. The only thing I have not done is disable hardware acceleration, but it's because of Flash Player crashing until I can pull up the context menu to do so. I even turned off all extra add-on to ensure that those who were not the culprits.

  OK it seems the best temporary solution to this problem (until they release a new version of flash) is to uninstall Adobe Flash Player and then download an old version of Adobe Flash Player (11.2 worked for me - don't use 11.3 because he has problems too).

  I strongly recommend that look you in Flash Builder, if you do any serious coding. The workflow is much more intuitive than Flash Pro especially for mobile development. That being said, I still use Flash Pro every day to the creation of content, but I do all my coding in Flash Builder.

  As others have found ways to get the API in Flash Pro there, but it is not a supported platform and will not in the short term.   Firefox crashes if you try to open the context menu on the Flash Player in Windows 8.1.  This is a known issue.  We don't know for the moment if it's our bug or Mozilla.  The bug is assigned to a developer of inquiry within the time of Flash Player 16.  Firefox is to kill the Flash process, which causes the plugin dialog box crashed to display, but it's really a blockage, and the player ends safely.

  In the meantime, you'll need to use Chrome or Internet Explorer as a workaround.
