I did a test of DxDiag but I don't know how to read or find the question myself. and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the player. When the installation is says there is an installation problem and that I have a flash already installed but I know that it is not true that I uninstalled before hand. Any advise?

  Could you copy and paste the content of your dxdiag report thereon?  This is a text file, so you should be able to simply open it with Notepad.  My best guess at this point would be that it is audio related.  Please see this thread for more details.

• Flash does not work in FF26, it works in Chrome and IE. I reinstalled FF and Flash several times. I can't adjust the setting of local storage for Flash either.

  Flash does not work on some web sites. I never had a problem before with flash on FF in the nearly 15 years that I've used FF. Recently it has stopped working for some reason any and on some flash sites does not, NHL.com and site of kid Herotopia being just two of them. I updated FF, Adobe flash, the reinstalled version them repeatedly deleted all the files that have been stored on my laptop; that is, profiles, saved favorite nothing that I could find in user accounts and in the local app, low local and roaming data folders. What is strange, is that I can't set the local storage for flash either. When I visit the Adobe site to view the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager I can move the scroll bar, but cannot check the: allow third-party flash content to store data on your computer. I can't do it on a Web site where the flash does not work. When I try and it changed on any site that it goes back to zero. Not sure if it is a part of the problem.   The other strange thing is that I used to get the "warning: script does not" prompt that displays "a script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding." You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script ends. "sometimes when I would buy on Macy's.com. This is the only site that it happened.
  I know I have only little technical knowledge, but I have tried to figure this out for a few days and do not know what is happening. The only thing I can think is that I somewhere files corrupted causing this problem. I have just updated to Windows 8.1 tonight in the hope that can help, but nothing helped. I would be very disappointing if I couldn't use FF or must go back using Chrome and FF.

  Install Firefox 13 yesterday. Now flash does not work. Have done all the patches that are supposed to no avail. Have uninstalled and reinstalled flash. I'm at my wits end with this issue.   I found the solution for shockwave does not.

  1. go in topic: addons

  2. make sure that "Shockwave for Director" is present

  3. look for "Mozilla ActiveX Control and Support of plugins"

  4 disable

  5. refresh the page

  It worked for me to get stuff flash shockwave works again.

  Edit: shockwave flash worked perfectly for me with my old together until I updated to 13, so it is certainly the issue of Mozilla, and after finding this solution, I'm sure of it.

• I created 'language bar' for 5 languages. All 4 works well, but "Korean" does not work when selected. My system is windows 7 ultimate.

  I use a few different languages in communication with others.

  So I implemented 'language bar' on my new windows 7, just like I used to do it on windows xp.
  I followed through all the suggestions to make trouble, but it still does not work.
  "Korean" does not work when selected.  He types English instead of Korean.
  Maybe "Korean" was not installed.

  I have a Lenovo Y510P I've had since January 2014. Core i5, 6 GB RAM, 2 x 2 GB GeForce 750 M cards (SLI, currently disabled), running Windows 10.

  Suddenly, from like two days ago, I was not able to play Flash videos on any browser on any Web site. YouTube does not work, other video sites do not work. Nothing plays. Before two days ago, this particular situation had never occurred. In addition, when I go to a page that did not contain Flash video but which has another Flash content, it won't work either. Flash just doesn't work.

  I usually use Firefox and when I try to go to a page with Flash content, I get the warning plugin is not responding. Meanwhile, Firefox completely freezes and is unusable. However, as soon as I stop the plugin with the button on the window of Firefox, or as soon as I finish the process in the Task Manager, Firefox Flash instantly starts working again, only the Flash content on the page is not displayed. I just get the greyed box error thing.

  I must say that Monday, I got my computer back from Lenovo. Contacts of charging port on the side of my laptop has become shaved and accordingly did not have contact with my power cable adapter. According to the book I received they replaced my motherboard with the same model as above. I don't know if this has nothing to do with this issue, because since about Monday to most of Friday, content Flash was working very well.

  I had intermittent problems of Flash in the past I received popups plugin on which the works, but I've never had a situation in which all the Flash content simply refuses to work in all browsers. I tried Firefox, Chrome, IE and the new thing on board. I uninstalled and reinstalled Flash once. I also restarted my computer. The last thing I can think is that on Friday I installed the most recent driver NVIDIA for my graphics card. This may have something to do with it, I'm not sure. In fact, I did everything right that connection in my head.

  I have uninstalled Flash, restarted my computer, went into control panel NVIDIA and SLI compatible. I guess it was a problem of video card settings. I have no idea why allowing the SLI would make a difference. Whenever I have install the NVIDIA driver updates, my SLI settings are reset in non - SLI mode (single card), making me have to manually put in SLI mode for each update of the driver. However, this is never a problem with Flash in the past. Single card mode has always worked with Flash for me in the past and he has never been a problem until now.

  It makes no sense to me, but to the SLI worked for some reason any.

  Firefox 30 spent some less commonly used "Always turned on" plugins "asking to activate. To check and change this to SimplePass, you can use the page modules. Either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

  In the left column, click on Plugins. Then on the right, check the control on the right side of the SimplePass.

  You may need to exit Firefox and start it again before it takes effect.

  CC Flash does not work in Windows RTM 8.1, by clicking on the icon of the program to inicialo it starts or comes to show the error code it does not start, what is the problem? It worked fine on Windows 8 and Windows RTM 8.1 now it won't start? I tried to run in compatibility with Windows 8 mode still doesn't work!

  It is a known problem with CC Pro Flash - generation of GM.

  This accident has been fixed in the update that came out recently. Please update to 13.0.1.808 version and it should fix this.

  I'm so frustrated.    I have a new HP laptop and have had problems since day one.

  I was getting a green screen during video playback.    Came to this site and saw that I have to install adobe flash uninstaller and then reinstall adobe flash.

  Tried once and it worked for a few days.    Came back today and decided to uninstall adobe flash again and reinstall.   I uninstalled and now it won't let me not reinstall because it affirms that this computer comes with adobe already installed.

  He takes me to their test page and said that I have already installed.   BUT I did not and it does not work.

  What now that I do, I'm about to throw this laptop in the river.   Help, please.

  Hi Skidizmo,

  Sorry for the late reply.  I would say it is extremely common with Google Chrome.  Lets try a few steps and see if we can solve this problem.

  This is because Google Chrome will make itself the web browser by default.  If you go and uninstall Google Chrome with switching on the default browser output, then you are experiencing this problem.  I have a few options that you can try.  Please try Option 1 first before you try Option 2.  Option 2 should be done only if Option 1 did not work.

  Also note that some of these steps, you will be directly associated with system and any deletion or Pack with files can cause the computer does not work.  Please follow the instructions how I tell you.  Perform these steps at your own risk.

  Lets start

  Option 1

  1. Click Start and select Control Panel.  NOTE: Parameter change display large icons. Look for a section "display by" located on the upper right of the Control Panel. Click on the arrow down and select large icons.
  2. Click on Internet Options
  3. When open Internet Options, click the Programs tab
  4. Click Make Default
  5. Click apply
  6. Click OK

  Restart computer and try again your icons.  See if it works and if not go to Option 2.

  Option 2

  WARNING: You will be altering a hive of system critical files of the operating system.  Deletion or modification of any sort can shut down the operating system of the ownership of work.  Please perform this procedure at your own risk.

  Please follow the steps exactly do not remove or change anything, unless the instructions below tell you.

  First back up the registry.  To do this he follow directions below.

  1. Click Start
  2. In the type in regedit search box and press enter
  3. Click Yes at the prompt of admin commands
  4. When the Registry Editor opens click on file and select export
  5. Name the file regbackup and save it on the desktop
  6. Click Save.

  With the now open register, follow these steps to delete the registry files that put Chrome in place which is the origin of the problem.

  1. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER
  2. Expand Software
  3. Extend Classes
  4. Click .html
  5. On the right panel, you will see a default value.  Click on this and select Edit.
  6. Delete the "ChromeHTML" and put in "htmlfile", click OK
  7. Do the same with .shtml, .htm , .xhtml
  8. Restart the computer
