  From Windows 8, Microsoft integrates Flash Player in Internet Explorer and all updates are distributed by Microsoft, no Adobe.

  In addition to checking that Flash Player is enabled, please ensure that the ActiveX filtering is disabled, see difficulty ActiveX in Flash Player in Internet Explorer issues.

  Today is patch Tuesday, which means that Microsoft will come out all sorts of updates, including an update to Flash Player for IE.  I don't know when they're going to live, because the update has not yet posted to Microsoft Security Advisory 2755801.  You can check this page later today, or run Windows Update later today or tomorrow to install updates.

  Here are 2 flash used on my pc W10 1511 version attached.

  While 64-bit Vista is not listed on there, the latest version of Flash Player, 18.0.0.160, will always install on it.

  What does "does not average"?  It installs correctly, but the Flash content is not displayed?  Using the browser Internet Explorer 32-bit or 64-bit?

  I installed the debug version of Flash Player to make development work. I would now like to uninstall the version of developers and get back to the standard version. How?

  Given that Microsoft integrates Flash Player in Internet Explorer on Wndows 8.x/10, the standalone uninstall program does not have to remove the ActiveX on Windows 8.x/10 control (it does not uninstall the plugins NPAPI and PPAPI.)  Instructions to uninstall the debugger Windows 8.x are displayed to the Adobe Flash Player - download which is the same page that contains the links for debugger Windows 8.x installers.  Uninstall instructions are directly below the links for debuggers.

  Microsoft integrates Flash Player on Windows 8.x/10 they lock files to prevent users to uninstall because it is a built-in component of IE.  Since you have manually unregistered ActiveX components you have done irreparable damage to the file system, which is beyond the scope of this Flash Player installer forum.  This could by why you get the message that the update does not apply to you, however, that it is difficult to determine at this stage.  I could start by running Windows Update and see if it includes an update to "update for Internet Explorer for Windows Player Flash 8.x".  If she is not there, you may need to install other updates before "update for Internet Explorer for Windows Player Flash 8.x" update appears.  If it appears at all, you will need to contact Microsoft for assistance.

  Flash in Internet Explorer 64-bit is not Possible yet

  If you use Windows 7 64-bit, you can use Flash with Internet Explorer, but you must use the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer - in the use of the start 'Internet Explorer' Menu and not the one named "Internet Explorer (64-bit).

  In the future Adobe will support 64-bit for Flash on Windows, but for now, you must use the regular 32-bit version of Internet Explorer.

• Installing/re-repair the built-in Flash Player for Windows 10 (Egde)

  Hi all

  While I tried to disable the message "Press ESC TO EXIT FULL SCREEN" that I find very annoying, I came across a Web site where a guy said he had found a patch (at least for IE, Chrome and Firefox) for her.

  I went and tried. Unfortunately, instead of this problem it caused the flash player integrated to Windows Edge (/er 11) to stop working. The Adobe Troubleshooting page is no help, and I can't really find a way to uninstall/reinstall or repair the above Flash Player. (Note that with Flash installed for Chrome, somewhat obviously, player still works).

  So my question is: what I can repair/reinstall this built-in Flash Player or do I go with the brute force solution and format my PC because of this corrupted file?

  I ran the command, and he showed that he was indeed corrupt but he has failed to fix them. I went to your second option, and after realizing that you cannot download the updates of Windows online more, I went for a last option and checked if it had been updated to Flash in the past days... and for my fortune very it turned up to be a right the other day. So I went disinstalling the update and then let Windows Update re-install and it turns out to work! So problem solved

  I hope that this information will be useful. Again, my goal is to uninstall and reinstall Java and Adobe. I wish I only had 1 version (if possible), ensuring that it is the most recent, when uninstalling and deleting unnecessary files or previous versions / Add-ons. Actually, just try to get the cleaned computer and make browsing the web more efficient (recently have had some difficulties to the display of web pages using these programs).   Thanks on the info to add/remove. I almost never go there unless I want to remove something.

  If you did it all over again? LOL, well it paid that I see. This 2SSV of Java; I just keep mine disabled. Interesting on the deployment kit. I don't have FF on my system, but this last week installed Java in my Add ons. So I disabled the automatic download etc. of Java & also disabled the Toolbox. I've always seen for "other browsers". He should really keep an eye on these various programs :-)

  You're right about me not knowing too much about Shockwave Player. As long as the other folder does not cause a problem, that I would just leave.

  I know it's a little late, but it's the solution to your problem:

  Go to Adobe Flash Player - download and download one of the two "projector" shown here:

  

  Locate the file that you downloaded (in Firefox you can click on the little icon of folder next to it):

  

  

  move this file somewhere logical is not in your hand file downloads.

  I usually do something like 'C:\bin\adobe\flash\debuggers'... it's a little linux-ish, but I would like to organize my tools of command line and autonomous under the c:\bin directory just to keep a clean house so to speak...

  Right-click on any swf and select "open with":

  

  Click more options and then "search another application on this PC":

  

  Navigate to the location where you stored the standalone player:

  

  Select it, then click on 'open '.

  There, you go, you'll open the swf file in the office with the standalone player:

  

  And all swf files displays an icon to flash drive!

  and I'm too exhausted after trying to find a solution (which is not too technical for me...) to my problem:

  I use a PC system laptop Dell 1555 with 7 operating system 64-bit. I need many reasons Flash Player (my grandson tried to play games on the internet and only get a 'Red Cross' top left when you press the Play button...) and I understand that Flash Player s is not yet finished to come Adobe for 64-bit systems.

  Now, I also tried to install a program of music by streaming but received message back that I need to install Adobe Flash Player...

  I have not been able to find an "easy" way to get my PC working with Flash Player 32-bit I understood, must be a solution to my problems.

  I am a retired person not too good technically and wonder if it is possible to get a relatively easy instruction how solve my problem.

  Even if you are a 64-bit machine 8 default IE should be 32-bit version.  This is the version that runs on 64-bit computers by default.  If you use this version, then the problems will disappear.  As previously reported Adobe are still working on a version of Flash for 64 - bit.
