Flash Player installer does not accept my password?

I'm having the same problem. I can sign on my Adobe account; just did to this forum, but when I try to install Flashplayer, or my password Adobe or Apple password works. It's so frustrating! In addition, why should I update Flash Player

so often?

Hello

It comes to the OS, Flash Player not of international protection, to request the password.  See what userid & password I need to install Flash Player?  for assistance.

If you do not have a password configured on your system you probably can just leave the field blank and click OK to continue.

The installation of the software usually requires the password that you use to connect to your MacBook, not the password to iCloud.

Help! I'm at the end of my mind! Windows 9, 32-bit. I have uninstalled older versions of Flash Player and seem to be downloading, but after waiting several hours, am always on "step 2" download. "" Manager tasks indicates install_flashplayer is a process, but never finished. Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by clicking the link next and selecting "save target as."

    Flash Player ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Save the file to your download folder or office, where you can find it - DO NOT run again.

Restart your system - a hard reboot - arrested, waith 30 seconds and then restart.

been trying to install the most recent update of the adobe reader, but it will not be installed at gets all the up to 7% then gpes far so I tried to uninstall, but it will not uninstall need help! I use google chrome on my macbook pro

Google Chrome (even on a Mac) has its own exclusive construction of Flash Player ("PepperFlash"). It was modified by Google, incorporated by Google and maintained by Google. Adobe is working with Google for updates and patches, but it is "their baby" once it happens in the browser. It cannot be updated through this site. It updates ONLY by updating Chrome.

There are instructions to perform a "clean installation" (How to perform a "clean installation" of Flash Player in Mac OS X) but that doesn't apply to the Flash Player for Safari and Firefox plugin.

    You can try this:

Go to: [username] / Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome ([username] / library is accessible by pressing the "Option" when you click on 'Go' in the Finder menu)

Inside the Chrome folder is a folder named "PepperFlash".

    Trash and empty the trash.

    Restart Chrome.

He must rebuild the file system plugins. Otherwise, update of Chrome and it will be.

  • Windows Vista does not accept my password (unchanged) but I have no recovery disk - Windows is already installed

    Hello

As the title says after using my laptop without any previous problems, suddenly I can not connect on Windows Vista.

I'm 100% sure that the password has not been changed, caps lock, shift, caps lock Num etc is not active.

When I bought the laptop, Vista was already installed, so I don't have a recovery disk.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello

Microsoft prohibits any help given in these Forums for you help bypass or "crack" passwords lost or forgotten.

    This is the Information from Microsoft on the problems of passwords;

You will need to borrow a Microsoft DVD from a friend, Recovery DVD a manufacturer without these special work options available.

If you are unable to connect to Windows 7 or Windows Vista, you can use the Windows Vista System Restore feature, or the Windows 7 system restore feature.

You may be unable to connect to Windows Vista or Windows 7 in the following scenarios:

    • Scenario 1: You recently set a new password for the protected administrator account. However, you don't remember the password.
    • Scenario 2: You type the correct password. However, Windows Vista or Windows 7 does not accept the password because the system is damaged.
    • Scenario 3: You delete a protected administrator account. Now, you cannot connect to another administrator account.
    • Scenario 4: You change an administrator account protected with a standard user account. Now, you cannot connect to another administrator account.

If the above does not fix it:

Here are the different methods to reinstall Vista.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/SS/bootorderchange.htm

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

  • Vista does not accept the password (password not changed or forgotten)

Vista does not accept the password (we have not forgotten password of windows startup) how can we get around this problem .the password has not been changed or forgotten Vista has a little programming problem which stops the right password

It is most often caused by the computer being infected, so after you go back into the system, it would be wise to make an analysis.

You can change your password to something you remember (or use a white) another administrative user account. If you had only an administrative user account, all is not lost. You can then follow the general recommendations for implementing user accounts in Vista that I will give you at the end of this post.

All this requires a certain level of computer skills. You know better and that take the machine to a competent local computer tech (not a type of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad place) is the best solution for you.

If you have an installation of Vista DVD (not a recovery DVDs), you can start the system with it. Select the default language, then select "repair your computer". Then select "Command Prompt". At the command prompt, type:

NET user administrator / Active: Yes [press Enter]
NET user [insert here the name of your user account] [insert the new password of user as 1234 here] [press Enter]

[Note: do not enter the brackets!]

Remove the installation DVD and restart the computer. Now, you will be able to connect to your user account by using the password that you set; for example, 1234.

If you do not have a Vista installation DVD (only have a recovery disk), the computer mftr. may have given you the option to repair Vista (not a system recovery!) system in the diagnostic menu. This menu of diagnosis is the same one where you can choose Safe Mode. Get to this menu by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. If you do not have this option, you can make a bootable Vista file repair DVD in this link:

    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/

Note: All the Neosmart recovery disk downloads are torrent files. There is a good explanation of the torrent on the site Web of Neosmart files. You will need a torrent as muTorrent client to get the files. Torrent client will download the .iso file with which to create the bootable DVD. You will need to use third-party burning software such as Nero, Roxio or the free ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com ) to burn the image .iso image file, not in the form of data.

Once you have fixed things, log on to the additional administrative account you will be made by the suggestions below and disable the administrator account integrated yet for security reasons:

Start Orb > Search box > type: cmd
When cmd appears in the above results, right-click and choose "Run as Administrator" [OK]. Now, you will get the command prompt. At the command prompt, type:

NET user administrator / active: No. [Enter]

    Exit the command prompt.

General recommendations for creating users in Vista:

You absolutely don't want to have only one user account. As XP and all the other modern operating systems, Vista is a multi-user system with integrated system of accounts as default Administrator and comments. These accounts should be left alone because they are part of the structure of the operating system.

In particular, you do not want one account user with administrative privileges on Vista because the administrator account integrated (normally only used in emergencies) is disabled by default. If you use as an administrator for your daily work, and this account is corrupt, things will be difficult.  It is not impossible to activate the built-in administrator to rescue things, but there may be more that you want to do. Better not to put you in a bad situation at first.

The user account that is for your daily work must be a Standard user, with the extra administrative user (call it something like 'CompAdmin' or 'Tech' or similar) only it for elevation purposes. As a user Standard is recommended for security reasons and will help protect your computer against infections. After you have created "CompAdmin", connect to it and change your normal user account Standard. Then log on to your regular account.

If you want to go directly to the desktop and ignore the Welcome screen with the icons of the user accounts, you can do this:

Start Orb > Search box > type: netplwiz [Enter]
Click continue (or provide an administrator password) when you are prompted by UAC

Uncheck "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer". Select a user account to connect automatically by clicking on the account you want to highlight and press OK. Enter the password for this user account (when it exists) when you are prompted. Leave blank if there is no password (null).

    Hi Steve,

Please excuse my late reply, but I am currently very busy and not at home.

Yes, 'shutdown' meant turn off .

The need to restore the keys seems to me as if all of the key information have been removed. Maybe there is some key information that remains after the uninstall process, and these are retrieved later during the new installation. During my process any key information have been recovered so far here.

Are you sure, be connected as "LENOVO - BC8C81F0\Administrator. The name of the computer looks as if it was a random name. If your computer now has a different name. Maybe you have to change the name of the computer.

I also feel that CSS is not very accurate in finding the right user and user profile folder.

Sorry, if uninstalling and cleaning of different locations does not help you. If the problem is related to different account of your administrator account ID, I can't help you. It is a problem well beyond my capabilities of Windows.

    Good luck!
