Flash Player playing multiple tones at the same time... even when the browser is closed
I recently updated my Flash drive to 11.3 (latest version). When I go to a site that uses Flash (YouTube, for example), I'll start the video and then 10 seconds later, I get multiple tones at the same time. They all look like advertising, or TV stations. Even when I close my browser, the sound continues. When I opened my sound mixer, it is a "program" listed in "winrscmde", who plays both audio channels. When I go to the Task Manager, "winrscmde" presents itself as a svchost.exe * 32. When I stop this service the sound stops. It will resume again when I access a flash site. When I uninstall Flash Player 11.3, it stops.
I am running Windows 7-64 bit with latest updates. THAT IS TO SAY 9.0.8112.16421
Any help would be appreciated.
Well, I think I solved the problem.
I found this topic:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic442928.html
On the second post down, the poster recommended download killer TDS winrscmde.exe is disquised as svchhost.exe in the \windows\system32 folder (you click on 'Properties', then the 'Détails' tab and check the original file name... If it is false, it will say winrscmde.exe under the original name).
I also ran the program aswMBR as well as FixTDSS (http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/global/removal_tool/threat_writeups/FixTDSS.exe).
That seems to fix the problem. Just reinstalled Flash and do not get the same questions. The svchost.exe in the \windows\system32 folder is legitimate!
Hope this helps someone else with the same problem.

When I open IE, flash works - exclude problems with flash and graphics card. Yes ff, you're on.
So, I realized that one of my extensions was causing the problem. I disabled it and now everything works. Thanks for the help with this very frustrating issue.

Flash Player is not installed on the browser Google Chrome
So I recently got a new computer and put my old Flash Professional 8 on it, but I accidentally installed the Flash Player 8 as well. Now I'm stuck with Flash Player 8 on Chrome and I can't access some Flash content that I used. I tried to reinstall Chrome, but it did not work. Here is the technical note explaining why Chrome is not 'allowed' to manually install the Flash Player: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/839/cpsid_83950.html

Perhaps the best course of action for you would be to

My installed flash player is not recognized by the flash websites
Hello, all of a sudden none of the sites requiring flash player recognize that I have the latest version of the player installed. I use IE 9 and I am running Windows 7. The laptop computer strange thing of my son has the same operating system and the browser, but it has no problem to access these sites? Also if I use another browser, Chrome, or Safari I do not know this problem? Can you help flash player works with IE 9? Patrick
Internet Explorer has introduced a number of changes in the way where JavaScript is treated and how the browser is identified with remote sites. This causes the content on a number of sites with IE-specific logic to no longer work as expected. In the end content providers will have to adapt their content so that their sites to work as expected in Internet Explorer.
Until the web is updated, Internet Explorer compatibility view usually gets things working again.

Moreover, another browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox may be an easy approach for your favorite sites that no longer work right.

Thank you. A few more questions:
Installation fails on all systems, or only some? If it works on some, but not others, are there differences between those who succeed and those who fail?
In your first post you say "hosting updates Flash Player extracted from the background update .cab file" in your most recent post you state you get the files of fpdownload2.macromedia.com, who is at odds with your first message. Your server set up, as evidenced by your screenshot contains many more files that are included in the background resources (fp_background_update.cab) updated cab file. What you currently have on your server (. /beta for example, the patch directories), as shown in your screenshot is NOT supported for background work to update internal-flow. Configure your local server using ONLY the files in the background resources (fp_background_update.cab) updated CAB file. Essentially to delete everything you have in/pub/flashplayer/and deploy only what is included in the background update cab file resources
Please try the following: on an affected system, restart the system and force a background update. He succeeds?

Reset the password to spawn a return to download Flash player

Hi mrse69610920,
It is the OS, not Flash Player to ask for the password. Please read the FAQ what userid & password I need to install Flash Player?

Using Windows7, trying to install Flash Player version 17.0.0.134
I have download the installation program, specifically on the site for Firefox and uninstall the previous version, and yet I get this message.
Have tried several times to update and now to install new and these are impossible. I don't have the previous version, which did not work on
Firefox anyway and now cannot install the new version. Help, please.
Hi Norman,
lease try the following:
- Download uninstaller uninstall Flash Player | Windows
- Download the installer of Flash Player for Firefox, posted at the bottom of the problems Installation | Flash Player | Windows page in the ' always having problems.
- Launch the uninstaller
- This will remove all versions of Flash Player installed on the system except the control ActiveX for Internet Explorer
- Restart your system
- Install Flash Player using the installation program downloaded in step 2
- Once the installation is complete, launch Firefox, go to The Flash Player Help and click on the "Check now" button

There is no progress bar or whatever it is, and even after keeping it running for a long time, there is no progress. Please help with this question.

Windows Media Player plays only one file at a time
These days, my Media Player acted upward. It will play a music/film without problem, but when I try to play multiple files at the same time it hangs and I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete to stop the player because it does more. When I try to use it again after t6hat, it doesn't respond at all and will even stop my computer restart/stop, saying that the program is not responding. How can I fix?
Update your sound card drivers to their latest version. Don't simply check Windows Update, but the site of the manufacturer as well. Who help me? Tim Baets

If the Time Capsule and MacBook Pros are not on the same network, the MacBook is not backup in the time Capsule. You probably see what snapshots leaving MacBook on the local disk, until the two are reconnected. If you don't want that to happen, disable Time Machine on a different network.
Good day.

I have a DAQ Assistant configured to read 2 channels at the same time. When I have a graphical indicator of wire to the output, I see 2 signals mixed together. How I divided them into separate signals?
When I wire any type of indicator, it is show that a release of a single channel.
I want 2 indicators showing 2 different signals as expected from 2 channels configured. How to do this?
I tried to use split signal but it end by showing that 1 out of 1 signal two indicators.
Thanks in advance.
Yes you are right. I tried, but I don't have the result.
I just find the path. When we launch the split signal, we should expand it (split signal icon) by top, not the bottom. It took me a while to understand this.
Thank you

Vudu requires Adobe Flash Player for movies and gives me an error message saying that I need to upgrade to the latest version and it gives a link. When I followed the link and install the latest version, I still get the same message. I checked the Add-ons Firefox and Adobe Flash Player does not appear as an add-on available or plug-in. What is the problem?
Hello
Make sure that you have downloaded the Flash Player right as Firefox uses a different plugin than Internet Explorer (which uses ActiveX).
- (all installers) https://www.Adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
- (automatically select the correct Installer for you) https://get.Adobe.com/flashplayer/
- Notice that the link is usually an 'optional' offer for the McAfee toolbar in the middle pane you can untick this box as it is not necessary to use a Flash.

I tried to put it on Safari, but I can't find how to accept the terms of use, I have seen and am stuck on what to do now.

I thought after you download the latest Adobe Flash all my browsers would use it but Safari. Know that I am not technically oriented. Can someone help me?
