  iPhone 6, IOS 9.3.2

  I need to cancel a subscription.  I was informed that I must go to 'Settings', then 'iTunes and App Store'.  I'm typing on my Apple ID.  This is supposed to take me to a menu where I can manage my subscriptions.

  This is not the case.  When I type on my Apple ID, I chose "View Apple ID".  I have window starts to open, but closes immediately, without any additional effect.  I connected several times and rebooted several times.  I don't use iTunes software.

  Any help is appreciated.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know have a problem with the management of your subscriptions, it's not what you expect. If I understand correctly, you cannot view the details of your login settings Apple > iTunes and App Store to manage your subscriptions on your iPhone. Here's what I suggest for your problem:

  1. the signal of your Apple ID to settings > iTunes and App Store. Force, then close the application settings.

  Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  2. then reboot your iPhone, like closing down and starting process is important to keep the iPhone software works correctly:

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  3. then log in your Apple ID to settings > iTunes and App Store and try to manage your subscription again.

  View, change or cancel your subscription

• Not able to run standalone Photoshop CS6, error "go into the Manager of subscription and subscription renewal.

  It's a bit complicated - I'm on a Mac, OS 10.8.5. I have CS5 and CS6 on my computer but a little while back, that I'm subscribed again CC.  I don't really like the CC at all... much less intuitive for me and much harder to understand.  So I dropped this subscription but now I can't open CS6 more.  I can use CS5 and I can use the CS6 Bridge, which I use all the time, but when I try to use CS6 - that will work with my new cameras, he said I have to go to the subscription manager and to renew my subscription. I tried deleting everything CC, spoke to a representative of a certain time, but I can't understand how simply out of the CC altogether and be able to reuse the CS6.

  OK, what happened is that when you subscribe to CC, CS6 has been also improved from 13.0.6 to 13.1.2 for Mac. So it's a cloud CS6 version and not your old version of license permanent.

  Go to your folder of Photoshop CS6 and launch the uninstall program, and then install your copy of license permanently with your serial number and update to 13.0.6

  Also update Adobe Camera Raw, to 9.1.1 Note: 9.1.1 is the final version of ACR for CS6. Do not install 9.3.1

  All cameras that came after that 9.1.1 should the free DNG Converter to convert RAW to DNG in order to be open to the CS6.

  I recently bought a laptop HP ENVY 360 and apparently, there's an application installed (via HP) called FlexNet who supposedly examines your system for updates and maintains the current system.  The system is constantly accumulate errors throughout the day like this...

  FLEXNET CONNECT CLIENT...  Generic communication error...  HTTP error was returned by the server... said response code Error (500)

  I'll go up to 10 or more of these error windows accumulate on my screen at any time.

  I followed suggestions to install a Manager software and using the procedure of removal of companies without success.

  Does anyone else have this problem - suggestions?

  FlexNet Connect is mainly for virtual (VPN) connections. If you do not use this option, you may simply need to uninstall. Here are a few links that should be instructive. :

• Suggestions on the raw capture to transcode AVI - DV for streamer

  I am familiar with Pr Pro and SOUL and I'm doing the DVD SD / HD Blu - Ray of self-released

  video that I also run. Of course, I have to use an older version of still still works out of. I know this goes against what Adobe thinks do video editors, but most of the people I know are indeed still burning discs to customers or members of the family.  And then of course they can listen to the ISO or a conversion of this drive if they are more technically savvy. Yes, I wish that adobe would support fully again!  But it's another question...

  Anyway, there are still a few old SD - DV clips that I capture that just stay in their (wrapper) with a DV format AVI and that I don't edit and create a disc of.  They play fine on my PC, but surprisingly my streamer (a WDTV streaming device that plays absolutely everything else) does not support a wrapper file AVI DV SD encoding. So he won't play it.

  Finally here is my question regarding SOUL.  What are the suggested formats would be preferable to simply convert AVI - DV files if I don't want to make a DVD, just play the clip?  The streamer is supported by almost all other common codecs, that is not the issue.   It seems I have to keep 2 copies on my NAS.  For purposes of archiving format DV - AVI and transcoded smaller copy the streamer can play.  So far I've only used TEA to transcode images to make a DVD or Blu - Ray.  But in this case, I just need to change the DV - AVI format into a more common format so it will play the stream.  I guess if it was the friendly disc that wouldn't work if for a possible future SD-DVD which would be good old MPEG2, correct? But it could be anything and I think it is unlikely that I would never use these images to a disc project. And if I did, I would have the original AVI - DV capture.  Ideas?  I am also looking to on-the-fly transcoding in my streamer, but is outside the world of the SOUL.

  No activity here but if anyone has this issue, I received the following suggestion elsewhere.  For regular stereo audio, video AVI - DV SD, use MP4 with H.264 and AAC as codecs. So I will hunt around my SOUL presets find or install something appropriate.

  If you are an administrator of the workspace, you can manage the subscription by going to the following interface:
  Administration > manage > manage interactive report settings > subscriptions (4350:92)

  There isn't any UI built to manage application registration. You should design your own by querying APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_IR_SUB. Unfortunately, there is not an available API that you can use to delete. I filed a bug just to get included in the next update.

  In the future, we are trying to improve the subscription, so it is easy to identify origin.

  Initially, contacts without email address are generally unsubscribed. In addition if there is an activity that drives online (for example, a mailing with PURL) and there is a form submission, then their subscription preferences are processed as usual.   I work with my subscription management center and entered the option 'Edit & Preview '.

  What I'm trying to do, is to have the "Accept > >" button on the bottom run a javascript script that redirects to our main site. This would be instead of having just a message at the top says "your subscription status has changed."

  I recently changed my email address. I regularly receive emails from Mozilla and follow the link at the bottom of the last being to "edit my preferences". Need me a screen that says 'manage your subscription to a newsletter. I updated my email address on this screen and click "Save preferences" at the bottom of the screen. Whenever I do this, I get a message that says that "something is wrong with our system, I'm sorry!" Please try again later. "I tried to update my e-mail address at least 6 times between yesterday and today and still receive the same message. How can I change my email address so that I keep getting ballots to my new address?

  The Subscribe page works for me. There is no method to modify the e-mail address under which you subscribed. You must unsubscribe under the old e-mail address and enter a new subscription to the title of your new e-mail address.

  To unsubscribe to your old e-mail address, cela 1 or 2 below:

  1. Click on unsubscribe at the bottom of an electronic newsletter sent to your old email address
  2. Click on the "Edit preferences" link in an e-mail message from your old email address, then choose (bottom) to "{x} remove me from all e-mails from Mozilla" and click "save preferences."

  Subscribe to your new e-mail address go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/newsletter/ , enter your new email address and choose your subscriptions.
