  There are several ways. The two easiest are click on the Junk icon to turn off or click with the right button on the message and select Mart As - Not Junk.

It might be easier to click on the column heading "installed on" to bring the most recent infections, I mean additions, upward.   Also you can try using lightshot application, it works really good for me.
