Food aid S7 391

I want a replacement power adapter for my beautiful new S7 but each provider that I can find who claims to have an adapter for the S7 is selling the bad tip size - 5.5 mm typical tip is too large. Should be approx. 3,5 mm, better that I can measure. The supplied adapter is Liteon PA-1850-80, but Googling this only loads produced the wrong tip size (as far as you can tell from pictures).

Does anyone know where I can get the right AC adapter / CC to the United Kingdom? It is not on the Acer site.

Got this number to ring accessories - Acer store

They provide (atually, ordering in) the right adapter for £39,42 inc delivery and VAT

This probably means the HD has failed and must be replaced. How you proceed, is to take the computer to your local Apple authorized provider who can help replace the disk and get you back in business. You want to update this.  As a beginner with this tech stuff, I thought I'd do first aid has been only when the computer is running.  I've since read that you run you reboot with 'command + R' starts upward.  Chose my hard drive, then ran the disk recovery and first aid to repair, he ran and repair the hard drive.  Then restart chose this screen, now is doing well!

  • Files of Thunderbird does not open, aid not to answer and only get Messages responds on the toolbar.

    Hi people,

My Thunderbird has turned into a pigeon feather-less in the last days.

It does not at all most of the time. If I restart the PC (Windows 7), it will start sometimes.

Even if started, the only way I can see the contents of any folder is to right-click and 'open in a new tab '. Then, I can see the content but can not respond to anything.

The tab 'Get new Messages' works, but nothing else on the work of the toolbar at all. Aid does not work.

I used MozBackup to, hopefully, back up everything.

May I ask if there is any repair that I can do or do I just re - install and rely on Mozbackup to recover and re - install all the stuff?

    Thank you.

    Ian

Install the program only touchs the program, not your data. Thus, on an existing program.

Thunderbird does not all files except "inbox." and against the info 'aid', there is NO 'account settings' under 'Tools' & I have the latest version of T. I just need to download the SENT MESSAGES, Inbox not only.

Re: Where is 'account settings '.
If you do not see 'Tools', then you do not have your active 'Menu Bar'.
See picture below on the activation of all the toolbars make life easier.

Different methods of location of the 'account settings ':
    Via the toolbar "Menu Bar":

    • Tools > accounts settings

    Through the pane of folders:

    • Right-click on the name of the e-mail account in the folders pane, and then select "settings".

    Via "Menu Icon.

    • Menu icon > Options > account settings

Re: I need to download sent Messages Inbox not only.
E-mail accounts IMAP see a remote view of the files on the server.
You subscribe to view these folders in Thunderbird.
You synchronize directories subscribed for a copy in Thunderbird.
What you do in a folder for example imap: delete, will occur on the server, so viewing via webmail or Thunderbird folders appear identical.

However, in your case, it seems that you have created a POP e-mail account.
E-mail POP accounts can only connect to Inbox server and download server Inbox for the Thunderbird Inbox pop e-mail account.
It's not a quirk of Thunderbird; This is how all Pop mail represents the work.

There is a work around to get "sent" in the folder mail sent from server in Thunderbird. You just do it once, because when you send it through Thunderbird, it will put the e-mails in the folder sent TB pop mail account and not on the server.

Thunderbird creates a "Sent" folder when first send you an email.
So, if you have not yet sent an email, please send one, even if only to yourself.

Then, move all inbox emails in the appropriate folders.
You can create new folders to organize them.

How to create a new folder:

    • Right-click on the name of the e-mail account, and then select "new folder."
    • Give an appropriate file name and click "create a folder".

    When the Inbox is empty:

    • Logon to the Web e-mail account by using a browser.
    • Move all emails "Sent" in the "Inbox".

    In thunderbird:

    • Click on 'Get the message'

all the "Sent" emails must get downloaded from the server Inbox anto your Inbox in Thunderbird.

    • Then move all your emails in the 'Sent' Thunderbird folder.

You should now have all these emails downloaded from the server and display in Thunderbird.

  • Recovery running of first aid questions

I have an iMac with disc Fusion. I ran the first aid on the part of the disc SSD and he said "first aid found corruption that needs to be repaired. To repair the boot volume, run first aid recovery. »

So I restarted the iMac and kept pressed Cmd - R to enter recovery mode. Once there, I opened disk utility, select the SSD and ran first aid. Even though I am in recovery mode, I always get the message saying "first aid found corruption that needs to be repaired. To repair the boot volume, run first aid recovery. Click OK to continue. "When I click on done, nothing happens, same as when I was booted up normally.

Is there another method, that I can try? And Yes, I am definitely in recovery mode...

    Thanks for the help!

FWIW, if you see the SSD and HDD in disk utility means that your merger drive is merged is no longer. You can try the race as first aid on the upper level of the drive in Recovery Mode but make sure that everything is backed up first.

  • The folder with the question mark comes every day. I can connect by reselection of start-up, but how can I avoid this problem happening every day? I ran the first aid successfully. MacBook Air 2011, El Capitan 10.11.5

Problem persists, every day. Able to bypass, but would love for the problem to occur. Problem when it's on battery or plugged in. A run first aid on the disc and has demonstrated no error.

Try a SCM and reset NVRAM:

This is a guess on my part, but no harm can come to your MBA by performing these.

  • Failed to process first aid disk - utility

I've been running into issues with my iMac, as random freezes and stops at random times while doing completely different things. I thought that I've narrowed the problem to a USB hub, but it crashed on me again once the other day. Without apparent reason, everything stops in response, trackpad unresponsive, the music stops, and in a minute it stops and restarts itself. The behavior is unpredictable and completely random. Sometimes I can go for a few weeks, sometimes it will happen after reboot later. Super annoying, especially since I never had this problem with my 2008 iMac.

Recently, I had a lot of beach balls in the Finder of spinning. Sometimes I can wait it out, sometimes I have to restart completely. I tried to reinstall the operating system to reset the PRAM, removed all devices, started in Safe Mode, all without success.

The other day I tried to launch disk utility to repair permissions, but I get an error message: "first aid process has failed. Save if possible data on this volume. "" "The operation could not compete. (Cocoa error - 1) ». Not sure why this is happening. I wonder if it has to do with my problems eventually? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My 1 than to Seagate HARD drive works well, but recently, did not properly. Suggested that I use the disk driver. I ran first aid, and who ended up with first aid process has failed.

Can I just throw the HARD drive and get a new one, or is there something else I can do.

    IMac early 2008 using OSX v 10.11.5.

    Thank you, John

I just throw the HARD drive and get a new

    Yes.

Even if disk utility is able to 'fix' a hard disk dive, it is bound to fail once again, sometimes in a very short time. Replace it.

  • Disk utility 15.0 has no way to stop the first aid

    On OS / X 10.11.4 on a MacBook Pro for mid-2014.   Utility disk 15.0 (1511.3).   But I've noticed this for a while.

Once I start first aid, disk utility appears a small dialog box modal ["first aid running on '... "] of which there is no evacuation - short to kill the process, unplug the drive, or restart the machine.   This was not the case before an upgrade months ago.

Since first aid on the large disks, in particular connected by USB 2.0, can take a long time, it's very embarrassing.

All three exit opportunities (kill, remove, reboot) do not seem to run the risk of leaving the disk in a bad state - which is exactly the thing running first aid is supposed to solve, no question.
