  I have Windows XP Home Edition and a VPS service for Forex trading.  I 'accidentally' deleted my DESKTOP CONNECTION link remotely located in START / all PROGRAMS / ACCESSORIES / COMMUNICATIONS and I can't understand how he put on my desk, so I can connect to my VPS.  I'll have to type MSTSC. EXE in the box to RUN whenever I want to check my VPS and Forex, results instead of having an icon on my desktop to use.

  Open search and search for mstsc.exe, where it is found right click and choose open folder, item selected right click and choose send to desktop, create a shortcut, it will be back on your desktop.

• Cannot open program

  I downloaded a program related to forex trading as an EA warning system, but it does not open. I know several people with the same program who do not have this problem. I was able to open it in safe mode but not in normal mode. I am using windows 7 I've downloaded using Google Chrome.

  I can click on the programs icon that goes to the taskbar, but when I double click on it it will not open, when I move the mouse over the icon it shows an empty white box. When I put the cursor on the white box all the other programs disappear and there is just the desktop display with an outline of a transparent box

  I have tried to uninstall and re install several times but no avail. Anyone know what the issue is here?

  When I right click on the icon I get 3 options: 1 name of the program, 2 pin this program to taskbar and 3 close the window.

  I also went in the control panel and disabled security antivirus firewall protection and internet security settings, it made no difference.

  I would point out after spending hours on the last 3 months, I finally discovered what the problem was. It has everything to do with the screen resolutions, having 3 screens 1 was running 6 resolutions lower than the other 2 when I made them anyway the program open.

  My old rig is dying so I need to upgrade.

  MY PLAN-

  I intend to buy a mobo ASUS or Gigabyte Z87 affordable and installing an i5-4570 (or perhaps something better according to the Intel Haswell update in a few weeks). In addition, this platform will have a SSD boot and a second 250 GB SSD for programs. This PC is running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

  MY USE-

  This platform plays several roles. Daily use PC for work at home. I do also some videos of basic editing from time to time. I also use VMWARE WORKSTATION to the implementation of the laboratories in the network of small size and test scenarios. Finally, I'll create a VM in Windows 7 only for day Forex trading - VMWARE is perfect because it gives me snapshots and allows easy back to the top of the entire virtual machine in the case where something goes kablooey! Overall, my typical daily use will be general works of PC (emails, web browsing, Office 2013, etc.) and a commercial VM at the same time.

  Question #1-

  Strictly from a perspective of VM Workstation - will I benefit from something faster than the DDR3 1600 MHz RAM?

  Z87 line memory can OCing. Right now my game rig works 16 GB to 2133 MHz and everything is smooth like butter. At the present time, other than a kind of promotion of sale savage/refund that 8 GB of 1600 is only around $65-70 but 2133 or 2400 is only about $25 more. But if anything faster than 1600 MHz is overkill, so I'd rather spend the $ extra and get the 16 GB of RAM instead of 8 GB.

  I always have a hard time finding benchmarks of VMware. I hear the most common reason is that VMware does not publicly display (maybe it's in the team of specialists, too, but I always just brilliant on it). They seem to also go out of their way to communicate with blogs and sites of news that they are not allowed to display the marks of their products. At least it's what publishers. I do not have my own tech blog.

  Regarding the actual numbers on the impact of the memory speed (latency should also be considered too) for applications in general, you could look for benchmarks by AnandTech and Phoronix. In general, the GPU intensive tasks on systems with graphics processors that use main system memory, as GPU from Intel and AMD APU (GPU integrated into the AMD APU are speed memory more limited than those of Intel), are those who get the most. CPU related tasks don't get affected much or at all. Tasks that are not intensive CPU and GPU is significantly more effective with a faster memory since their active times are so short that ups of speed are not very large in comparison with the total time of the assets (ie. 2 x speed upward on a frequent in 1 second task is not really significantly by most people).

  It does not appear that you will be playing games and virtual GPU for virtual machines may be the factor limiting more than the speed of the memory. I don't know what kind of speculation, but the speed and latency would be probably more important for those who make transactions to high frequency where the latencies between trades are calculated in milliseconds.

  The AnandTech article talking about avoiding memory DDR3-1600 for competitive amateur and overlockers but the actual numbers reveals almost 0 improvement on CPU tasks and room for improvement of 5% on GPU tasks running on Intel GPU. Not really noticeable.

  Phoronix article also shows the differences of negligible performance with the tasks from the CPU. For the AMD APU, GPU intensive tasks significantly benefit from faster memory. These numbers GPU may or may not translate to virtual machines.

  I visited the site of Metatrader Forex Mt4 and visited the indicators page: http://www.earnforex.com/metatrader-indicators.  Let me say it is one of the commercial tools more sophisticated that I've ever seen and I spent some time in my past trading for a living (but personally - not professionally).  I wish I only had had then this tool.

  My first suggestion is to try to download and install them again - maybe thay's not 'take' the first couple of times for some reason any.  Then I would try to boot into safe mode with networking (by hitting several times the F8 key during startup until the screen comes with that one of the options).  Try to download and install in safe mode and see if it works.

  When you look at the Section of Mt4 indicators, do you see the new indicators that (fact they stick with success)?  Try changing the order of the entries, so newcomers are higher on the list, and then open the platform.  Are the same as those missing or is it now who do not appear at the bottom of the list?  This can indicaate a limitation the number of concurrent indicators, that the platform can handle.

  I'm not sure this is a problem in Windows Vista, as much as there is a problem with the additions of Metatrader Forex Mt4 indicator involving software.  I think that forge you post your question in the forum of indicators at the: http://www.earnforex.com/forum/.  Maybe they can offer assistance.  I would do it as soon as POSSIBLE because we don't know how long it will take someone to answer and I really think that there is a problem on their end.  If you have a technical support number, you can use it (I couldn't find a phone number unique on site).

  In the meantime, we will proceed on the assumption that it might be something with Vista:

  Do you know when this problem started?  Try a system restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem started.  Here is the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/.  Don't forget to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points.  If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two.  NOTE: You will need to re - install any software and updates that you have installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for updates.  I don't know if you'll have to re - download indicators that paste you into the program, but it is possible.

  If the system restore does not work, do a startup repair, boot from the disk Installation of Windows Vista genuine (or one that you can borrow from someone) or a recovery disc.  Here is the procedure: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial148.html.  You may need to change the BIOS to do first the CD drive in the boot sequence to boot from the CD.  To do this, hold the screen that tells you the key F to push to enter the menu start or start of installation.  Push it quickly. Make the changes, save your work and exit.  Put the CD in the drive and reboot.  When you are prompted, press any key to boot from the CD.

  If you do not have a floppy disk, you can make a bootable recovery disk by using http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/ with burning software like: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html and, of course, a blank CD.

  If this does not work, try to start in safe mode (repeatedly hit F8 key so that the start and go in safe mode with networking).  Then we will check some of your system files:

  Go to start / all programs / accessories / command prompt and right click on command prompt, and then click Run as administrator.

  Type sfc/scannow, go and let it run.  It will scan and try to correct some of your system files.  If all goes well he comes complete with no corruption, it could not repair (if it has these post of corruption here or try to analyze it to find the problem or files using http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928228.

  While in the command prompt, type chkdsk /f /r and enter and let it run.  It will scan and attempt to resolve any corruption or bad sectors on your hard drive and remove especially as a potential cause.

  If it does not, then thanks for posting any repetitive error messages in the event viewer (start / Control Panel / administrative tools / Event Viewer).  Here's how to use Event Viewer: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic40108.html.

  If this does not work, you will need to do a repair/system upgrade using the Windows Vista Installation disc authentic (you own or that you can borrow from someone).  Here is the procedure: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/88236-repair-install-vista.html as well as the upgrade from an earlier version of the Windows section of the following: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918884.  Although this will not affect your data, settings or programs, you should always back up your data before you start just be on the safe side. If other procedures do not work, it is almost certain to work.  You can have a lot of updates to re - install (including all you need to remove service packs).  If the version on system with SP1 or SP2 preinstalled cane and the disc is an earlier version, then you will need to do a slipstream drive as follows: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/151606-vista-sp1-slipstream-installation-dvd.html.

  We receive an incoming custom XML via AS2 document to our two B2B search engine partners Trading ABC and XYZ. Below are the steps followed.

  1 Document Custom/ABC/P_XML/PA_XML was created for ABC business partner

  2 created Document Custom/XYZ/P_XML/PA_XML to XYZ partner

  3 created agreements for the two trading partners and deployed the same

  In our DEV environment, we are able to receive the XML custom of two trading partners with on questions, we moved the code to our test instance where we are able to receive the file successfully from trading partner whose approval is altered deployed.

  For example if we deploy agreement ABC first, then XYZ agreement, we are able to receive the file with success of XYZ and the ABC file fails with the error "B2B not found agreement for the trading partners.

  Similarly, if our first XYZ and ABC next agreement. We are able to receive the file with success of ABC in this case.

  Above the created documents are same XSD and Expression identification.

  Please suggest if're missing us something. Can we create two different document with the same definition and create agreements respectively?

  That's the problem. You should not create two types of doc with the same expression of identification. If you have two options-

  1. either reuse the same type of document with two partners

  2 create doc with identification types unique xpath

  I have a question on how to identify the trading partner during an operation of B2B inbound. I know, if the record sheet in the way of returning the name of the partner, it will succeed.   From now only the name of the directory (record sheet) or the file name can be used for the identification of TP in case of files/FTP (except EDI). If your use case is not one of them, then please file a request for improvement with support.

  I'm dilemaaa if I need to take an EDI x 12 on the internet and EDI x 12 via exchange genric.

  I think it's something that you should discuss with your TP and according to the availability and demand a decision must be rendered.

  If you use the FTP protocol in the internal delivery channel, then you must follow the file naming convention to provide information to identify the TP and B2B transactions. For this, you can consult-
