• Why is the app store not update/download apps

  It has been more than a week.  I have 35 applications that need to be updates and new applications I want to achieve... downloaded and the app store is dead... just dead and useless.  I did research on the issue and none of the solutions I've scratched the work.  How Apple let this just drag?

  In addition, I feel like that has happened, my battery seems to be draining much faster than usual.  I can't help but speculate that something is happening in the background of this phone and it's associated software.

  If my version 9.2 is not the most recent, then my phone is not letting me check for later version software (an error pops up when checking for software updates in the settings... this small wheel just guard spinning that appears an error message).

  If this continues, I'll have to bring my phone and I am seriously considering to return to Android.  I'm frustrated to say the least... and is preparing to launch this gigantic brick of a phone off the Bay Bridge.  Help!

  That's why apps store ask for password of different account rather than the account that has connected to itune for my device?

  Ask when? Whether to download updates of your applications then all applications (and anything else downloaded from iTunes) are linked to the account that downloaded them - then only this account can download updates of its applications (and make in-app purchases in them).

  If when you try to download new try the account record by hitting it to bottom of the tab in the App Store application, close the App Store application via the taskbar of the iPad and then re - open the app and reconnect and try again

I think that this is where my troubles all started.  I re-checked PayPal and set up to be reused, but it says that my Apple ID has been locked.  So I changed my payment method for a credit card and checked that.  My Apple ID is always locked when I try to do an itunes buy or update an app on the app store.  I re-entered my password on my ipad via the settings area, but nothing seems to work.  He'll take my password and everything seems fine until I try to make a purchase or update applications.
