  The following steps may be worth a try...

  I'm guessing that this isn't a step a commercial DVD
  with protection against copying? If_yes_read on...

  FWIW... break the copy protection on
  commercial DVDs is illegal.

  Insert the DVD into your DVD drive... If AutoPlay or
  Launch of Windows Media Player... just close them.

  Now... to... Start / computer... a click right on the
  icon for the DVD player is in and choose...
  Open or explore... it allows to display the directory
  the DVD.

  Find the VIDEO_TS folder and open it... video
  files have a. Extension VOB.
  Copy them to a folder on your hard drive... it
  Maybe more than VOB files and those with the
  larger sizes of files are the ones you need.

  If you're running Vista Home Premium or Ultimate...
  You may be able to import the VOB files directly
  in Movie Maker.

  If not, try renaming the. VOB files. MPG or
  . AVI and try to import into Movie Maker. If this
  works... drag in the timeline, one at a time
  and publish (save) in the .wmv format.
  Then reimport the files for editing .wmv.

  If still no success... you will need to convert the. VOB
  format .wmv before import into movie files
  Machine to...

  That was before your big and decent company has made a deal to buy the company Macromedia software, then stopped after that wonderful (hands free) software.

  The question that arises why this software stopped?

  This software is very easy and flexible and faster than other software of the same class is missing only a few little things to become the most powerful software in its class.

  It is not only my opinion, but a lot of other Designers more who suffer other software that forced to work with her.

  We have a history of our formal designs that well be lost earlier if (handsfree) does not return once more.

  You did not answer all the questions I asked in the previous post. You currently have an AV program installed or not? If you do not, do it while you collect all the necessary information.

  1 run a full scan with Malwarebytes AV (free Version).

  Malwarebytes.

  Remove everything it finds, and when you're done, restart and download SuperAntispyware (free) from the link below and also organize a full scan.

  When it is done scanning, remove items and found everything (especially the cookies and adware)

  Reset.

  2. I would say that you remove PC Tuneup Maestro via Add/REMOVE programs in the control panel and all of the associated files by performing a search. In my view, programs such as PC Tuneup do more harm than good. Just my opinion and other people who post here and I respect their level of knowledge in this area.

  Now, I noticed that you not list a current AV. You have one installed? If you do not, I would recommend that you download and install a copy of the MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) to protect your system against malice and other bad guys. It's free.

  @Steve, disabling services not speedup the boot at all. Services are started in the last stage of 2nd start.

  Make sure you have Superfetch and ReadyBoost service while running and then try to speed up the startup using my guide [1]. This causes the prefetcher in Windows 7. This increase startup performance a lot. All other tweaking tools are useless. Use this method only with the Microsoft Toolkit.

  If it is not to speed up the startup process, follow my guide [2] to start track and compress the boot_BASE + CSWITCH + DRIVERS + POWER_1.etl 7z and RAR and transfer it to your Skydrive [3] and post the link here.

  I take a look at the trace, maybe I see what's wrong with your Windows.
