  You run Easy Transfer on the Vista installation, and then restore from Windows 7.

  Easy transfer should should be on the files that contain the stats but I don't know if they will be compatible. Since they resumed their XP to Vista, I do not see why they not well with Windows 7.

  Regarding Windows Mail, what I understand, it can be done, but it is not taken in charge and there may be unforeseen problems accordingly.

  I found a way to do it myself.  I knew someone who was still using Windows XP, and with his permission, I found all the files of spiders by searching, put them on my backup stick and put the files on my computer at home.  I just put it on the desktop so it is easy to find and it works very well.  Only, I transferred the .exe file.

  Games in Windows 7, Microsoft has removed by design and they are not available in windows 8 or from Microsoft. . But it can be downloaded and installed from here: http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/33814-Microsoft-Games-for-Windows-8.  They set up flawless and run the same on Win 7. I hope this helps.

  The system restore solved my problem and after that I had to do it AGAIN today, I went to Windows Update and changed the settings so that the updates would not automatically download and install on my computer.  It is certainly a problem with one of the Microsoft updates.  I just hope that they recognize that one and let us know as soon as POSSIBLE!  I'll be very selective on what updates, I am hosting in the future!

  The built-in games that were in previous versions of Windows are not available in Windows 8. Instead, there are some free applications from Microsoft games product from store Windows (on departure). Card by Microsoft games are called Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
