  Don't know what you want to do. Right now, it seems that you use AOL and Windows Mail to receive the same messages. Do you want another email address? If you want to access your AOL email via WinMail and not AOL, then simply choose this option.

  Yes, but it's going to be tricky, because you have 9 addresses.
  It's called Message rules, and in your case, rules will be defined in order to direct and drop emails into the corresponding folders. You must be careful when you set the rules or emails may get the wrong files or any the worse. Anyway, here goes...

  A. open Windows Mail > under In - box, create 9 folders of each with a name
  B. Tools > Message rules > Mail > new...
  1.) under him select the conditions for your rule, select "where the line contains people".

  Why can not get windows live as a provider of Internet services and swap for yahoo by default?  whenever I have check contacts = even in yahoo = I can't get windows live in option.  also when in default programs I can't uncheck windows live.  williong to use anything other than outlook to windows live-miss.  Since I live with 6 ISPS and never voluntarily use e-mail address I should have this option.

  It has nothing to do with an e-mail address. Normally, only one e-mail client can be done by default and Yahoo is not a mail client. You can have some success with this workaround.

  Ideally, I wish I could have a learning stage and have some kind of output or export which would include the learnerName variable (which is a text entry box) as well as the duration of the slide from the opening to the last slide to be sent to a specific e-mail address. All this "activity" would be behind the scenes and not known to the user / learner.

  You need custom programming to pull this off.  Captivate does not have with native functionality.

  You must create a widget or a lot of Javascript on the side of Captivate, and you need some programming as well on server side.
