full of invisible Documents iCloud

Hello

I have a problem with my iCloud account. It seems that I have 500 MB left out of 5 GB. The icloud appears full of 4, 7 GB of Documents, no pictures, no backups, just invisible Documents.

How can I get to see what is actually too much space on my iCloud?

Has anyone else had this problem before?

Are you sure it's documents and no back ups that take place.

I didn't know that you could attach several documents to an email from iCloud. I always have the feeling that this was not possible due to iCloud and mail be poorly designed, and I even read somewhere to use a third-party application such as the good player to perform such a function.

We save PDFs in SQL Server using 2012 FileTables. We have implemented the Full Text Search on the server. We tried with Adobe iFilter 9 and Adobe iFilter 11. Tried it on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012 (both x 64 machines). We are not able to search for text in a secure PDF document. It does not analyze/index of such documents. How can achieve us? What is a security feature of configuration? Are there alternatives?

This is a security feature of design, you will not be able to find text in a PDF file without having to open the PDF file by using the password.

How to use iCloud without let it control my files?

I'm not a fan of iCloud or machinery interfering with my activities.

I had hoped to share my calendar with another computer in my home. During the implementation of the share through the cloud, I discovered that I have disabled my contacts in the list of things to share iCloud, the result would be that my laptop would lose all contact information.

I would say iCloud is not the tool for you.

That said, any other "sync" calendar type service works pretty much the same. 2 computers do not speak with each other directly. They use a server as a synchronization point. A 'cloud' is part of the synchronization process.

What you want is a shared calendar that does not use a cloud server based to synchronize.

When you use iCloud photo library, your iCloud storage can work to free up storage on your iPhone by keeping versions space saving on your iPhone and the full-size originals in iCloud. However, unable to save pictures to iCloud instead of have them on your iPhone at all.

Another option is to import all existing photos from your iPhone to computer, and then delete the originals of your iPhone, freeing up a space for new.

Because I like to try to stay in the Apple ecosystem as much as possible, I am finally moving to an investigation on iCloud Drive on my Mac as a substitute for Google Drive, which I am currently using.

Why I use Google Drive: so that my documents on my Mac is accessible when I'm on my iPhone and iPad. (Pretty good the way Drop Box works, I think)

My question: is it possible to have My Documents folder on my Mac automatically sync with iCloud Drive, so that if I work on my Mac and create a new document (which can be found in the Documents folder), it will be automatically uploaded to iCloud by car?

I know this must be a matter of common/simple, but my research could not get a satisfactory answer.

If you have enough room on your iCloud Drive create a new folder called "Documents" and place it in the iCloud drive:

Now select and do drag and drop these elements in your Documents/Home/users folder you want to synchronize with all your devices in the folder Documents/iCloud .

If I no longer use iCloud I lose all my photos stored in the Cloud?

I am undecided if I want to upload all of my pictures on iCloud photo library. I learned by others than if I always chose to no longer use iCloud for storing my photos I'll lose these pictures. Another thing, what I was told is that iCloud store pictures for awhile and then I won't lose them. I'm confused about all this, but I like to use my Apple devices!

I learned by others than if I always chose to no longer use iCloud for storing my photos I'll lose these pictures.

If you use iCloud photo library, you have two options:
1. You can download your photo library in iCloud, but keep all original photos on your Mac as well.
2. You can transfer your photo library on iCloud and enable optimization of storage. Then you can save storage on your Mac, but you will need to download the originals from iCloud, when you want to edit or export your photos. You can change, if you have an Internet connection.
Without optimization of storage you can disable iCloud library anytime, because all the pictures are on your Mac. If you "Optimize storage", you will have to disable this option and wait for your photos to download it again, before disabling iCloud photo library. This applies to 'My Photo Stream', not iCloud Photo library. iCloud provides many services to be used with photos. My photo stream is a way to transfer photos between devices. It broadcasts photos between devices and implements buffer your most recent photos for a limited time, so that all devices can download new photos. If you have a large library of Photos, you need a subscription paid iCloud to transfer the full library.

iCloud library is useful if you have multiple Macs or mobile devices and want to keep the libraries updated on all your devices. Or if you want to be able to access your photo library in iCloud from mobile devices, because you don't have enough storage on the device.

But it is not intended as a backup of your photos with a cloud. You will need to keep a backup of your library of Photos as well.

Quick question about the Acer C720 - is this a good camera to read pdf documents? Is it possible to have the full-screen pdf documents and read them in order to have the full page in PDF on the screen in portrait mode?

Basically I have to go through hundreds of pages of pdf documents and I want to use the C720 as a tablet which has also a keyboard - I also need to take notes and I found very frustrating tablets for this.

On road is to disassemble the XML into the relational views and join these views with tables of choice and then back, this time with labels translated, using XMLElement, etc...

You didn't tell the version of your database, so I assume one of them later.

You can include the part of the translation in the XSL transformation, by accessing an external research paper generated from the database beforehand.
