    Hi there vulcelt,

I don't know if you are running Windows 7 64-bit or 32-bit however, please check to see that you are running, and then I would say either by the Hotfix Microsoft tool here if you have 64-bit, and if you're running 32-bit, you can try CCleaner to help repair the corrupted in your operating system files. If you have a different registry cleaner that you use normal or prefer, try and let me know if it helps.

    Good luck!

I have successfully removed all malware from his computer, but now I miss the service Windows Installer InstallServices64.msi key. I wonder if it is available for download somewhere for this, or if it is possible to repair with a disc.

I'm positive, I can fix it with a disk, but I have a professional Windows 7 disk when the laptop runs Home Premium. Will it still work, or there at - there somewhere a download? Thanks to a bouquet.

UPDATE! I think I know what is the cause. The ScorpionSaver application is installed on the computer that I'm fixing. Apparently, it infects InstallServices64.msi. I used Malwarebytes' and SUPERAntiSpyware to clean up the computer in safe mode, and one of the programs may have deleted the file because he was infected. I hope this helps.

It is useful if you have an AMD processor capable of virtualization.

SVM stands for sure virtual machine.

  • TouchSmart HP Envy 15-150: HP Support Assistant does not

After the upgrade to windows 10 8.1, I back return because of windows 10 graphics issues. I noticed that HP Support Assistant has stopped working with the error "Missing leader HP Support Solutions Framework 11.51.0049.msi". I did a windows update and installed the required updates. Tried to uninstall the framework but can't because of the same error. Upgrade to windows 10 with the same results.

I have read and tried several suggestion forum, but alas to no avail. Any suggestions?

OK, I got it fixed and thought I'd share my solution. I followed another thread and used Revo uninstaller. When missing the usual shit of msi (HPSUPPORTSOLUTIONSFRAMEWORK - 11.51.0049.msi) is come, I clicked on ok and let Revo do its thing and check the registry. When you are prompted to check the 'fat' records I've done and deleted (just check it out those / "BOLD"). When I finished, I reinstalled the HP solutions on the HP site framework and I was in service yet. Thanks to all who have shared and posted.

  • Need help with a new SSD OCZ Agility 3

I need assistance with my OCZ Vertex 3 60 GB SSD.

I bought it yesterday because my current HARD drive is too slow.

The problem is that I can't have my genuine version of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit on it and I tried the system recovery DVD, I got from HP.

    Is my laptop: HP G62-b60SD

Unfortunately my warranty has expired, so I hope someone could help me with this.

In order to get my work of SSD, I just had to put an illegal version of 64-bit Windows 7 on it.

But now I can't some functions to work, for example: disabling touchpad, brightness reduction etc.

I have HP Support Assistant and assistant wireless network from several Web sites.

How can I get my legal W7 Home Premium with the key functions of work in this regard?

BTW, I use the SSD as my boot and the main driver and my old HDD is now elsewhere.

Thank you very much for read/answer/help me already.

    Hello

Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the activation code on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

Create an installation disk yourself using another PC - just download the good Disk Image from the link below (this has to be the same version as your original OEM installation - IE if your laptop comes with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, it's the commercial version accurate , you would need).

Use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write an ISO on a disc is here.  These Images are clean and a well respected source, however there are only limited versions available.

    Windows 7 sp1-iso-official-32-bit-and-64-bit

Use the disk to complete the installation of Windows 7 on your new SSD, enter the activation key of Windows on the label of the COA in the request and one time Setup is complete, use the 'method of phone", described in detail in the link below to activate the operating system - this method supported by Microsoft and is popular with people who want just that a new installation of Windows 7 without software load additional normally comes with facilities OEM.

  • Photosmart 2575: HP Solution Center does not work

I recently got a new PC with Windows 8.1.
After installation of my printer HP 2575 (purchased in 2006) with the Setup file recommended AIO_CDB_2570_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe I discovered that the HP Solution Center did not work.
I received the message that the printer was not found.
But printing works perfectly, so that the part of the installation was successful.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer in many ways, including:
-Uninstall using Uninstall_L1.bat, Uninstall_L2.bat, Uninstall_L3.bat, with reboot between the two.
-Installation of the printer driver just in a first time, then installation of the center of HP solutions after reboot.
The result net is now HP Solution Center shows "HP Solution Center cannot start because your device is incomplete." When I try to start it (so it's even worse than before).
V4.7.0.29 HPPSdr.exe print and Scan doctor says, "a later version of the program is available for this product.
When I use HPSupportSolutionsFramework - 11.51.0049.msi to identify the right driver, I get the same AIO_CDB_2570_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe driver file that I have already installed.
Let HPPSdr.exe begins to extract what he considers the right driver gives the file AIO_CDB_2570_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe I already downloaded.
I have not actually tried to use the downloaded file, because the download crashed when only a few MB left.

    @Carl-H,

    Welcome to the HP community!

I will do my best to make some useful suggestions in order to get the Solution Center installed and running on your system Windows 8.1. Please first test best in the printer, as this will show us if there are hardware problems, what could be the cause of all the failures of software.

If copies seem to be working, try the following steps:

    1. perform a clean boot, restart the PC and try to run the installation.

    2. use the tool File Checker system for lack of repair or corrupt system files , run the scan to find the files corrupted on your computer. You can run the scan up to three times to see if he'll get all the bugs.

3 cancel the registration and re - register the Microsoft Windows Installer service:
    1. click on the Start menu and type "cmd" in the search field and press ENTER.
2 type "msiexec /Unregister" and then press ENTER.
    3. Type "msiexec/regserver" and then press ENTER.
4 reboot your PC and try the install again.

    4. create a new profile user account with administrative privileges on your PC and run the Setup from there to see if it is correctly executed.

Let me know the results, good luck

  • HP Officejet Pro 8500 a Premium: HP Officejet Pro 8500 a Premium does not print the docs of the computer, but will display a test page.

HP Officejet Pro 8500 a Premium does not print the docs of the computer, but will display a test page.  I constantly get a message that the computer cannot communicate with the printer.   Not only it will be not be printed docs, it will not print web pages using 11 IE or Google Chrome.

I used print and Scan of doctor, he always reports there are no questions and print page one same test so I can not print anything else.

Whenever I want to print, I have to restart the computer.  After the reboot, I have a chance to print.   This problem started on February 15, 2015.

My operating system is Windows 8.1.   I have unintalled HP, rebooted, and then reinstalled the software software:

    OJ8500_A910_1315 - 1.exe

HP Print and Scan - HPPSdr.exe doctor

    HPSupportSolutionsFramework - 11.51.0049.msi

All versions were last uploaded on 4 April 2015.

I have a home wireless network (router Ubee DDW366).  All other devices in the House will be printed on the printer of 8500 has no problems: 2 Toshiba laptops, 2 Android phones and 1FireHD.

The desk top is installed with a network card Netgear, I don't know the model, but I had it tested by a PC technology to verify that the card works.   The card and 8.1 of Windows have been installed on January 3, 2015.

I have run virus scans and analyzes malware.  Whenever they show that there are no problems with my desktop computer.  What kind of desktop? Specially designed for my listing of... without brand computer parts store.  ASUS motherboard P6X580 Premium.  Now I will probably get hacked!

I'm at my wits end.  And it's frustrating when I need to print something and the system hangs.  I often use screen printing to a word document to save in order to restart... but then I lose all sorts of features when I pick up what I needed.  It is also a time consuming.

This printer we served well for two years and I have expensive cartridges pending; another two cycles of recharge.

    Help?

Addendum: can I scan with the HP printer help.  I open the HP printer assistant, he "gets" the printer information, then I select "scan a document or photo" and the printer answers.   I have no problem with the sweep.

It has been awhile, but I played on something you wrote.  "There could be a software conflict with the HP software" everything worked very well... impression was shifted at best; just didn't know if it would work.  So I would eliminate a program, reboot clean, try to print, and then reinstall the software.  I finally found the culprit.  I had a program running in the background, occasionally.  When it ran, HP does not print.  Stop the program and I was able to print... Do not have a problem since I found it... I do not say that it was a software to share files... so I replaced since this program with something else that doesn't cause problems...  It took a long time and I couldn't work the question every day.... but I can say that I have problems printing for the past 5 days!  I can print with confidence.

  • BlackBerry smartphones * code Please HELP ANYONE * error 507 and new for BlackBerry!

I bought my new Blackberry "BOLD", the Manager of office installed on my computer and Device Manager installed as well for the "BOLD" of 4.7.  When I plugged in my camera for the first time to fund manager began through a procedure and update the phone.  After a few minutes he said it was a mistake of some sort, that the backup was on the computer and use to fund manager transfer on the phone.  I opened the Desktop Manager, and does not recognize the phone.  Give me just a DTM vacuum with no connection and no option either.  Please someone help me, this causes a lot of stress for a new phone.

Ok!!  I solved my problem (with the help of MANY people here or by phone).  I wanted to implement EXACTLY what I've done so that no one has yet this headache.

This is for people who have some kind nuked Blackberrys or receipt error message 507.

Step 1: My problem initially was the destop Manager (DM) and the operating system (OS) that I tried to download.  Two of them that I found online from blackberry.com and ATT.com.  They were correct, but for some reason versions DM messed up during installation.  It looked OK, but as I had no idea of what it was supposed to look like at, I knew not the wisest.  This is what it looked like to me:

Step 2: If it happened to you, RE INSTALL THE DTM!, do not UNINSTALL.  When reinstalling, it will ask you if you want to modify, repair or remove.  Click on repair and move forward.  This will install the file that was missing, for me it was software.msi of blackberry desktop.

Step 3: Now install the OS of your provider

Step 4: Do not open the DM!  Instead, click on start > my computer.  Click local disk > Program files > common files > Research In Motion > Apploader.  Then search for the file named "loader", there must be an icon phone little next to the name.

Step 5: this will launch the application loader.  Remove the battery on the back of the phone.  Now plug the phone DIRECTLY into the USB port.  Don't use hubs or anything like that and make sure that you use the BACK USB ports, those are made for mass information.  Then click in the apploader, it will say "UNKNOWN USB" that's fine, just after...

You will get a screen of control everything you want to download, go ahead and take your things, some you can't.  and then click Next.  It will give you a list of all you send to the BB.  Hit next and sit, make sure the computer will not sleep or Hibernate or screensaver for this can interrupt the download!   I did this and for some reason any upload took forever and I kept getting this screen:

    Encountered unknown error [J:0 x 00000005]

I had no idea what to do.  I went out and bought a USB cable for cameras and MP3 players.   It was Belkin and make sure its GREAT SPEED!  I came home after MANY attempts with my other USB cable (motorola razr) and plugged it up, done what above, and it worked in 10 minutes, rebooted and back to factory settings.  I am so relieved that I wanted to put this up immediately.  I hope this helps you all!

  • Windows update fails-G62-225DX - bad startup a factory?

My nephew came to me recently with a G62-225DX HP, concerned about safety.  Given this machine is several years old (recently handed down from his father - I quickly understood why), I was surprised to see she was always being basic Windows 7 Home Premium.  Without SP1.

My first attempt to resolve this was to run Windows Update - no luck - immediately fails with "cannot run - services is not started.  Of course, verification services, yes I see WU and BITS running.

So, like any good tech person, I check in the case where the logs and see various errors, including the constant complaints on the Crypto database being corrupted.

Then, up to be Googling for these symptoms/messages.  I see many people with the same problem and a lot of suggestions on how to fix this (re - reg WU, STRANDS of clear/reset, flush/empty C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution, catroot2 flush/empty, etc.).  Even seen one on the Intel hard drive problems due to replace it with a drive of more than 500 GB (this unit still has the original 320).

Spent hours trying all the suggestions there, especially when people said 'Yes, that fixed', nothing helps.

Since it was not something of value on this machine, I decide backup and restore "factory".

Imagine my surprise when, after reset of the image 'factory', it has exactly the same problem - Windows Update fails, out-of-the-box on the right!

I think to myself, it's crazy.  The machine is faulty from the start and everyone was naïve to not get Windows updates, AT ALL!

I even decided to try the Windows Update Checker (supposed to perform before installing SP1) and it fails with ' Windows Update Standalone install encountered and error - 0xc80000247 ".

So, I decided to run through the suggested fixes (from M$, no less) and all of a sudden, that Windows Update works.

I thought, it's fantastic.  He immediately calls to > 130 fixed critical.

After a few hours of download and installed, I restart only to get a BSOD - STOP 6 b - AAARRRGGGHHHH!  Tried to go through Windows restore previous checkpoint but that too fails with a mysterious error.  In addition, many Google hits on the 6 b says that it's a hardware problem.  But he was executed until the Windows update, with nothing in the case where newspapers to indicate hardware problems.

Then, I decided to do a restore from the image of what I started with.  At least it ran, even though she could not be updated.

I no longer dig and see a bunch of updates to the firmware/software for this machine, including the BIOS.  Even saw some strange 'Windows updates' HP.  I thought maybe it was something like the fiasco when the power management update for Intel processors had on machines AMD, thus paralyzing them!  Still nothing - WU still does not work!

Tried again to return to the original image, hoping that maybe to install all updates of office/hardware/driver on a virgin machine solve the problem.  Nope-WU still does not work.  Even went back through all the suggested fixed (saved as .bat files everthing).  Nothing, nada...

So, I'm posting here in hopes that someone has a miracle cure that I missed.

    Hello:

    I don't have a magic bullet...

The same thing happened to me while working on a friends HP 8100 Elite CMT, Windows 7 Pro, HP original image.

Would not install SP1 or Windows updates. I tried every trick in the book and after spending more than two hours, going nowhere, including restore from the recovery discs, I decided to install a plain OS W7 clean add drivers myself using the product key for W7 on the PC.

    It has worked well.

You can do the same thing if you can read the product key of W7 on the bottom of the laptop, and your nephew can't live without programs that was shipped with the PC.

In addition, if you format the drive and just install W7 on current partition, you can probably find the program of the installation files for the programs supplied with the PC in the SWSetup folder.

Here's how to do when you don't have installation of W7 media.

Use the installation of Windows 7 USB/DVD tool to compile the ISO file that you download from Digital River. The link below. You need a DVD or a 4 GB flash drive using the USB compilation method.

Use the product key of windows 7 of 25 characters to activate your installation.

    http://download.CNET.com/Windows-7-USB-DVD-download-tool/3000-18513_4-10972600.html

Then go to the support of the PC and driver page to install the drivers you need.

Link to downloads ISO of W7 is below. Download the Windows 7 version that is on your product (Home Premium, professional or ultimate) key to apply.
