  Thanks for posting your question on the forums of NOR. It is not necessary to have your clamping of cables connected to the pins of the PXI-6509. The screwdowns are mainly here to make sure that your cable is connected to your device. Currently, I don't have my cable fixed in my PCI due to the fact that I'm constantly change hardware autour.   Looks like you have is connected wrong charger (you have an older Mac in the House?) or the charger has been damaged. Perhaps the magnetic head is damaged.

  You can certainly buy replacement chargers, but I recommend that ensure you it is the charger that is the first problem to avoid spending money. If this is a problem with the port on the Mac, then a replacement charger will not help.

  If you don't have a 2nd charger to test, you can take your Mac at the Apple Store or your local electronics store that sells Macs and ask to try the plug one of their display models.

  It seems that your charger is broken despite the supply voltage. My guess what it cannot deliver sufficient power. Try to find someone with the same charger (voltage, socket and polarity must be the same. There may be several amperes/watt) and try to use it. If you do not know someone who might have a charger as it try stores electronics or services.

  I met some difficulties loading reCAPTCHA. I tried on several different websites and none of them does not load correctly. Instead of the simple box captcha, I get a captcha like the image.
