G70 213EM Windows 7 Fax does not connect to the modem

"Hi, my G70 213EM let me use Windows 7 Fax, when I try to send a fax, it tries to detect the modem (HDAUDIO Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP) and reportsan error occurred - try the operation later or contact your system administrator '. He has worked with the release candidate, but not now with Windows 7 Home Premium full version.

I questioned the modem via Device Manager and obviously only the fault I can see is a line in the newspaper that says ' DSR is low during the initialization of the modem. Verify the modem is turned on ' , but it responds after that? very strange.
