Hello lambo123,

The relay please you use the version of the program. Also, try to perform a clean boot to verify if a background program may interfere and then check the issue. To do this, please see the link below:

    Hi Andy,.

I checked the reported compatibility list, and the game is listed as compatible.  Work in 64-bit or 32-bit Windows 7?  I will try to reinstall the game, if you did an upgrade from Vista to Windows 7 recently.  If it is a new installation and does not, please visit the EA's Web site to get the latest patch for the game to see if that helps address your problem.  Let me know if you've done all that and you still have questions, and we can try something else.

    Hi shellyart,

    ·         What is the exact error message?

    ·         Have you made changes on the computer before this problem?

    Follow these methods.

  • ATKEX_cmd.exe has stopped working

    Hi all

I'm struggling with this problem ATEX for awhile now and still not found a solution myself.

I hope someone knows the answer to solve.

whenever I have start my pc I get the same error "ATKEX_cmd.exe has stopped working" around 5 times in a row!

You can see a printscreen of it added to this post!

I had personally never heard of ATEX so much, I searched on the web

and did not even find why I need exactly.

In any case, I came to know that it is in a part of my registry so it's like all the other parties 'binary codes.

and it would probably be affected by malware because I never changed anything in my regedit on this pc so far.

So I did a SFC scan and I did a few malware scans and scanned and fixed my registry with some of the best free products (like ccleaner and so on)

There is no malware detected and the registry got some repairs (as always) and some of the binary codes that had to be quarantined or deleted had to do with ATKEX!

but the same problem still occurring...

I'm not able to find the ATKEX_cmd.exe but I found the folder named 1.01.02 under "C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AXSP\1.01.02' witch contains 3 files named:"ATKEX.dll","atkexComSvc"and"PEbiosinterface32.dll"so as you can see the DLL is still on my pc)"

You can also see the printscreen of it in my post

I also ran into problems when I tried to update the BIOS of my motherboard asus maximus vii ranger, because apperently I need to rename the cap file before updating, I feel that this could be the cause, but I'm not sure what I should do now

I'd appreciate if someone could help me!

    Thank you very much!

    General troubleshooting

Game crashes can have several different causes depending on your system. The best way to determine that the problem is caused by East follow this guide first:

    Troubleshooting game crashes

    Windows Vista users

There are several patches available for Vista users and Vista users with Nvidia cards. We recommend that you follow the Guide Windows Vista in its entirety.

    Anti-virus software

Some software anti-virus and anti-spyware such as Norton/Symantec, AVG 7.5, Avast, Spyware Doctor and Nod32 have been confirmed to cause the game crashes with Source engine games. If disabling your antivirus software or security is not enough, you can consider completely uninstalling these applications until an update is published by the developers of antivirus software that resolves these compatibility issues. More information found in the section troubleshooting game crashes FAQ linked above.

    Background applications

Graphically intense games such as half-life 2: Episode Two and Team Fortress 2 require a lot of your system resources to operate. Having background applications being run while you play can often result in the game engine competing for resources with other applications system. Often, this can cause the game to crash because it is not free enough for the game to use system resources. Please follow the guide below for more information:

    Disabling background Applications

It is also important to ensure that your system has enough available expanded memory. Please follow this guide for more information.

Hope it will be informative for you.

  • kdbsync.exe has stopped working - win 7 64 bit

I am running Win 7 64 bit on an HP Pafilion HPE h8 - 1360t.  After last week round of updates my computer can't play mp4 files, the Media Center will come is no longer (Message: "Windows Media Player has stopped working"), You Tube files will no longer play, the Web of magic HP also would not come to the top, and the mysterious "kdbsync.exe has stopped working" message when I reboot.

After hours of reading the forums, I found that it seems to be related to the AMD graphics card update.  My computer has an AMD Radeon HD card 7570.

On the AMD website it is listed as a legacy for XP computers adapter.  I don't know why HP installed in a computer running Windows 7 64 bit with an Intel Core I7 CPU.  It does give me confidence in HP equipment.

The AMD utility correctly detected my card and told me that I needed a driver called:

    14-4-Win7-WIN8.1-64-DD-CCC-WHQL.exe

But when I clicked the Down load button, I received the message, "could not conntect to the server.  Could not parse error. »

I have not found such a driver on your Web site.

How can I get my Media Center works again?

The idea of turning off all non-Microsoft services, scares me to death that I now have my computer how I want it.

I've also posted on the forums of AMD that I concluded that their Board of Directors has been offending material element:

http://forums.AMD.com/game/messageview.cfm?CATID=454&ThreadId=173935&forumid=11 you can read my response to the agent who helped me.

Basically, I had to uninstall all the drivers AMD and sotware using functions of control panel of configuration/programs & and then run the clean uninstall AMD program: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

Then install the drivers from here:

    http://support.AMD.com/en-us/download/desktop?OS=Windows+7+-+64#AMD-catalyst-packages

I do not recommend installing this set of drivers unless you are SURE that they are correct for your hardware.  I could not use steps 1-5 on the AMD site because the last necessary step you choose the operating system that your equipment is running.  The HP installed in my computer 'last and best' video card a year ago was so old that the operating system that is only offered to step 5 have been XP and Vista!  Be aware that HP uses inherited in its latest PC hardware.

  • Autorun.exe has stopped working on my computer

I can't install or run any games.  About 2 months ago, I noticed that I could not play any of my games that require a cd.  I uninstalled all the games and tried to reinstall.
I get the same message autorun.exe has stopped working windows will search for a solution.  I researched the problem on Google, did not see the problem in my registry. did not change anything in the registry since I was too chicken to do so blindly. Help?  no idea what to do other than a complete wipe and reformat:(prendre àle moins une semaine pour remettre à jour tout ce que si je le fais.)

You need not autorun to work to play games.  Install the game by running the setup.exe or similar file when you browse the contents of the CD/DVD.

  • p3dpythonw.exe has stopped working

Thank you for your time. While you connecting to his game (pirates of the Caribbean), my daughter can choose a character to play, but when she chooses 'play' 53% of loading game she gets a message 'p3dpythonw.exe' has stopped working. Windows will search for a solution, etc. then game returns to the main menu for the game. This does not happen on other PCs of in the House, so I guess it's a problem with her laptop and not game. She is using windows 7 on an HP laptop. I tried to go to a restore point but there is no for before this problem started. again, thank you for your time.

  • "modman.exe has stopped working".

I downloaded a program called 7300 Modman which relays some e.g. adding skins games or textures.

He worked only once and whenever I start the program it says "modman.exe stopped working.

I am running Win 7 SP1 on HP laptop with 4 GB memory and NVidia GForce graphics card 1 GB & 500 MB of storage with 390 GB

    available storage space.

    Troubleshooting steps, I tried:

Restart the computer, changed to different compatibility modes, run as administrator, ran my Norton Anti Virus

to search for errors or virus & even uninstall & reinstall the program 'Modman.

Most of my games installed on the C:\ root because it is the only way Modman can have access to the

game programs to be able to change it. Modman is also installed in the C:\ root

Nothing seems to work and will continue to receive same pop-up message "Modman.exe has stopped working".

If someone had the same problem and was able to find a solution please let me know that I would be very grateful.

  • After you install torchlight 1, my PC stops several times and gives an error "torchlight exe has stopped working".

Hello, I recently bought torchlight 1 for my pc, Windows 7/Vista. Ive had my pc stop repeatedly. I contacted technical support of Torchlight, sent files Dxdiag and msinfo, after reviewing, the suggested running in safe mode, but, after having tried 2 times, each time, got a dialog box stating "" torchlight exe has stopped working '. " When I send a tech, their eval was as follows:

Looks like it's a question of system rather than a question of the torchlight.  I say this because, as the game has been started in SafeMode only the windows system files are loaded into memory.  So, when Torchlight.exe attempts to access these files with torches can not due to a problem with your file system.  At this point, the only options are the following:

    (1) create a new user profile and attempt to play the torches of this new profile.
    (2) depending on how long it's been since your last windows installation costs, you can try to repair windows to resolve any system problems of files or reformat your PC
    (3) contact the Support technology Windows to help your application for stay of troubleshooting problems.

Using technicians on site for your comments, is their a problem with my Windows 7?

As torchlight works perfectly on my Windows 7 x 64 laptop, I suppose that "it is a question of system rather than a question of the torchlight", too. Especially when your system shuts down instead of simply display a message on a program "stopped working", brings us to this conclusion.

The most common causes for a corrupt Windows are "optimizers" of sorts (registry cleaners, etc.), the over-zealous antivirus programs and incomplete software installations. This can affect your overall performance of the system, not only the proper functioning of a game, so reformatting/reinstall or restore an unchanged system image from backup may be the safest advice.
