  I had problems trying to play new games (Maplestory and Minecraft) on my laptop. After trying many problems on the forums of game specific, I came to the conclusion that my video card is what affect my ability to play these games.

  I have a HP Pavilion dv7 laptop running 64-bit Windows 10.

  • Processor Quad-Core AMD Phenom P960
  • 4.00 GB ram
  • AMD Radeon HD 6300 M series and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 series 'graphics cards.

  The problem that seems to hinder my ability to load these games is my AMD Radeon HD 6300 m series card. Looking in the Device Manager I see it's a Code 43 error: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems."

  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers with windows update. I went on the site of AMD and installed the new beta drivers of Crimson 15.11.1.

  and follow up post mrgooyes (about 4-5 responses down) and again I have no luck.

  I thought maybe since I opened my laptop some time ago and didn't eventually plug them into common sense could be considered, but my dad says they're integrated into the motherboard. I'm starting to believe, it is a problem with Windows 10 and alas, I have no possibility of return.

  If anyone has any ideas what could be wrong or how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

  I would like to know if there is more information that I would need to post and I will gladly try my best to keep guys updated day.

  Until you return to the supported o/s there is no real solution to your problem right now.

  Hi all, I get a repeated error whenever I try to play a certain game (Maplestory) two common examples. Whenever the game becomes too intense, for example if I go into the market with a ton of people there or there are a lot of people fighting in the same plane, my game window freezes (generally with blocks of colors/gradients that take 1/3 of the window), the screen of the cell phone signal black and then recovers , with a small lower-right error notification.

  Error that says, "display driver stopped responding and recovered. Display driver Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows XP (R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered. »

  However, my laptop is running Windows 7 32 bit, with recent graphic drivers I have installed manually for Windows 7, certainly not Windows XP.

  Another note, I got to play Maplestory without similar error when I was with Vista 32 x.

  Since my first post, I looked around for solutions to this problem of others, and one of the solutions is to use an older driver, which I'm testing. So far, he seems to have stopped my problem.

  OK so Ive literally tried EVERYTHING, and Ive looked at stuff we do also.
  I have windows 7, now I would say and old computer desktop, but perhaps on an edition of 2003.

  You are the administrator of the PC? If this isn't the case, you need to right click on the MapleStory icon and press "Run as Administrator", you would probably get a pop-up that asks you the administrator password. If you enter the password, and the program is run, all the files/actions/material etc., required by MapleStory is now available.

  Hey I found out so the problem was Windows 7 was not compatible with the new version of the game, but I fixed the problem now.

  I have windows 7 32 bit, I downloaded maplestory and when I clicked it, he jumped to the top with a box that says it has compatibility problems.  I tried to go to the properties of switching it forms XP SP3 and windows vista and rebooted but none of this seems to work.  I also went to troubleshoot compatibility and put it in my specefic problems, but it comes back with an error in Japanese.

  MapleStory has no information on the Windows 7 Compatibility Web site. The origin of the game specifications are for Windows 98 - XP.
  It is possible that they did not have it compatible with Windows 7 yet.

  Well, if you are unable to connect, there is a problen with the game itself, not Windows.
  I would recommend that you contact game support or look in the forums of game for solutions.

  Click with the right button on the Launcher, click Properties, and then select the Compatibility tab and choose the Windows XP Sp2 compatibility option and it will work for you.
