I did a norton scan and nothing detected, my software is up to date. I have enough disk hard vacuum to play games online in pogo. pop ups are allowed for ea and pogo games. Should I tryu uninstall update 1 by 1 or what?
  Please answer as soon as possible. I tried to call support (@ 5:30 p.m. CST), but there was no answer. I am disabled and spend a lot of time playing games and "intermittent with friends" on pogo.   First thing I suggest is to reset the internet settings for Internet Explorer:

  1. Start Internet Explorer.

  Then the next thing that I propose would be to re - install your Java installation.
