  The video cardback in your case.  It is 6 "x 4,38".  However, the power supply unit (PSU) in the computer is only 300W.  The card requires at least a 400W POWER supply.  This would require an upgrade of the PSU, as well.  In addition, the card has a connector 6 extra pins.  The current PSU will not have the necessary cable for extra power.

  the GPU you prefer, I'm not a reson for why it's not compatible. Just check with power supply to your turn, if I'm not mistaken, the power supply to your turn would be 500W, if so you are good to go.

  After installing a video card and a new PSU (Antec 25 430 WATT power & NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 650), my system has become unstable.  It worked fine for the first 3-4 hours, then had a BSOD (blue screen of death) with kernel_data_inpage_error 0000007 a and later a 000000F4 of critical failure of the process.  I did all the tests mentioned on this page but also removed and replaced the cmos battery:

  All the tests passed and no problems have been found, and yet the system still does not work after 3-4 hours of use.

  The machine was only 2 years old.  It of a shame that it worked so well for so long and then brought by a poor diet.  It is a 750 GB Seagate Barracuda hard drive.

  I went back to the power supply and the video card, cut my losses and buy a 1 TB drive.  I cloned the old disk (on fortunately he was still working) and left on for more than 24 hours.  The system is now on his feet and works as it should.  Who will be last and only attempt to upgrade.

  No, this isn't on the list, but yes, it would work.  But my suggested minimum card is the 660 GTX that has more than 70% of bandwidth.  I am owner of a GTX 660 and it works very well with small change to the Adobe "cuda_supported_cards.txt" file

  After effects is not really using the GPU for many outside of renderer traced to obsolete RADIUS (see here), if one should be fine. Some effects of the third party, as VideoCopilot 3-d element, make use of the GPU, but their needs are different from the AE and if you plan to use them, you must check their needs before you buy.

I found them in the Web page of lenovo, I put them in a USB port, but the installer does not recognize the drivers.

  I recently bought a copy of the first items 10 (with photoshop elements) and I came to brick wall in the installation. First of all, I have already installed photoshop and its works well, but when I try to install the first I get the following message:

  I can confirm cthat my processor is infact meets the requirements. It is faster than 2.0 GhZ and supports SSE2.

  Try to download the trial on the Adobe web site and using the serial number you received with your software to activate it.

• With Lightroom 2.0 strange installation problem

  I'm having the worst time, trying to find a solution to my problem of installation.  I bought a new iMac and have tried to install it on Lightroom 2.0.  I keep receiveing this error during the copy process:

  'Alias "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.pkg" impossible to copy to this destination, perhaps because the destination does not support this type of alias.'

  I called Apple support to see if they could help.  They don't understand.  I have looked on various forums and have yet to see anything remotely close to that.

  This copy of Lightroom was lent to me from a friend.  I don't know if there is a limit on the number of uses or if it is not relevant.

  Anyone have any idea what could cause?

  Am I missing something really simple?

  I would buy my own copy if I could be assured that I can install it properly.

  Why are you copying a pkg file or try to create an alias? You just need to double click on it and use the installer. Anyway. 2.0 is old and has several significant bugs in it. You must download the latest version of http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshoplightroom/ Hit the download free trial button. This will download the full version of LR 2.4 that will work with your serial number 2.0.

  I have a HP Pavilion p7 - 1187c with integrated graphics (DX 10.1) on a card mother IPISB-CU (Carmel 2). I improved the diet of a Corsair 550 (no problem) and then installed a Gigabyte GEFORCE GTX 650 graphics card ti. The map to be able to judge by the fact that the fan rotates.

  When I tried to install the driver on the CD provided by Gigabyte, I immediately get the message: this graphics driver not found hardware graphic compatible so was not able to install. "I'm a computer novice so this message means nothing to me.   Hi Leon,

  NVIDIA 650 TI requires a power supply via the PCI-E power connector 6 pin to fully turn on.  If the card is not fully turns on then the bios will not see the map and so the OS will not see the map.

  Map of TI 650 is 110 + watts and the without the PCI-E power connector 6 pin he won't be enough power to power the card from the PCI-E slot.  See the image to the location attached below the PCI-E power connector 6-pin.

  Your PC was shipped only with a version 7 of HP BIOS so the NVIDIA 970 isn't going to work. There is no provision in a BIOS version 7 to deactivate or activate the secure boot or activate the UEFI.  You would see these selections on the Security tab in the BIOS if there is this selection.

  Try one of these models NVIDIA GTX 660.  You only need a power supply of 450 watts.

  Your choice is excellent, because your computer's BIOS is version 7.  Above the level of 650/660 cards usually UEFI, requiring a BIOS version 8.  So, your card is an excellent choice.  But, you have to pass this power supply 300W at minimum of 400W and we (collective members) tend to migrate toward allowing a big overhead.  Power supplies are what attract what is necessary, but the charge/power curve allows the PSU to run at the best performance and a cooler temperature. Currently, the Corsair CX600M is for sale.

  This card has not been tested with After Effects CS6 (11.0). This card did not yet exist when, After Effects CS6 (11.0) has been developed and tested.
